Steve has worked on my cars in the past and has done an amazing job. This time I came for a full stereo upgrade. He walked me through the best options for the car (an hybrid) and unlike other shops didn t try to upsell at all. He spends time asking his clients what their goal is and crafts a solution that works for their budget. He recommended a Audison amp/DSP which I haven t had before and he was certain I d love it.The install went great he let me know about any minor install issues as soon as they happened, he s amazing with transparency.The system blew away my expectations. It sounds better than luxury car systems. The DSP is totally worth it and I can t believe how quiet the car is with husmat sound deadening.If you need anything stereo related Steve is your man. I ll be back for sure!

Had a remote start installed by Steve on my 2023 Audi Q7. From him spending 45 minutes on the phone with me going over options and my 1 million questions, to the seamless install, and then a tutorial on how everything works I would give him 10 stars if I could. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and has a clean store and shop. Highly recommend!

Steve at So Real Sounds is the BEST. he has guided me through several audio upgrades on my car and the installation of a back up camera.Just last week, Steve helped with an issue I was having with the audio. I thought that I would need to purchase at least $1000 of additional components.One thing I really admire about Steve is his integrity and honesty. He could have easily sold me additional components, but he painstakingly tuned the system to the point where it is absolutely perfect - at no charge. I highly recommend Steve and SoReal Sounds!

Steve has installed cameras in 2 vehicles as well as radar detector and window tint. I asked if he could install a custom tow hitch and wiring which is something he does not usually do. Work was the best and everything works great. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXPERTISE. Bought a remote starter package earlier this year. Steve & team did a great jon putting it in. Didn t use it for the summer months but when the weather got colder, I noticed the app to use it no longer worked (fob did, so we knew it wasn t an issue with the start mechanism). Steve got me scheduled that week and had it fixed within an hour. Couldn t have been smoother. Great shop run by a great crew.

Steve and his team did a great job applying the ceramic tint to my 2017 VW GLI! They also installed an OEM remote start that works with my factory keys. Steve guided me through the entire process from start to finish. They also did a great job prepping the car and protecting it during installation. Within the last six months, I ve had a handful of things done on my car here. New radio, back up camera, window tinting, window deflectors and my most recent, dash cam installed. I still plan on getting other things done in the future with this business. Their work is exceptional. If you want things done right the first time I would recommend bringing your vehicle here. You won t regret it.

Steve is truly a master of his craft. I couldn t be happier with the Hushmat product and professional install on my car. It completely transformed how crisp everything sounds with less road noise and more responsive bass. I wouldn t trust anyone else with my car!

Best place to get the bang for your buck. Not only is their customer service amazing, but they work in a timely manner. I was looking for something to really blow my mind while I'm driving; when they showed me the demo, the subs weren't even on, I was like your kidding, Steven then turned them on, and boy was I mind on cloud nine. I dealt directly with Hanz he really hooked me up. He knew what I was looking for and delivered the product perfectly. SoReal Sounds does phenomenal job, at wiring, and really making it all come out crispy clean. I would recommend anyone to visit them for a quote, I myself worked with them for several months. After talking things through with them they really hooked me up. Today I got my car, drove for about 5hrs before I got home. I felt on another level. They also work with your best interest in mind. Go check them out if you are looking for a local Custom job. They are good honest people, and will work with you to help you understand what you really want/need.

Backup camera stop working after 2 years . They troubled shot wiring and found the camera was the issue .informed me it was under warranty . Ordered a new one and replaced it. No charge I didn't even realize it was covered . Thank you Steve . You operate a professional business.

So Real sounds is incredible to deal with. I have had 4 different cars tints done there. I have had multiple security systems and remote starts installed also. Its a great place to go and get the latest and greatest in auto security, tints and radio items. The staff and owner cares about a quality job and a professional work. I wouldn't go anywhere else

This is the only place I will bring my vehicle for aftermarket products. The staff is very professional and know exactly what your vehicle needs. Whether you want to add some sleek tint to your vehicle or add some hush mat to the interior to stop that pesky outside noise, they can do it. Their quality is unmatched. Guys, please be aware. Please read carefully before signing their invoice. The deposits are non-refundable and they mean it. I cancelled a scheduled service date 3 weeks before and they refused to refund the deposit money. I am totally shocked about that. That was the first time in my life time I had such kind of horrible experience. They charged me for the service they never delivered.The service charge relatively much higher than the market. I got $100 less deal from another installer for two way remote starter whereas they quoted one way starter for $420. Horrible experience!!

I recently had Kevan at SoReal tune my system in a BMW 335is - unparalleled experience. He took time to explain what he was doing throughout the process, listened to my preferences and was meticulous. Can't recommend enough. Great experience.I just wanted to update this earlier post from last year. I went back to Kevan after I decided to make some changes to my system and add some sound proofing to my doors. Kevan actually talked me out of a more expensive alternative and then Steve reduced the bill when they used less sound proofing material than originally estimated. The sound system is unbelievable now. Its refreshing to deal with craftsmen that take pride in their work and treat their customers well. Great experience again the second time around.

Came here after having issues with my Drone remote starter ( installed by another business not so real sounds). Appointment started on-time. About an hour ish they figured out why the drone wasn t responding, Kevin was very professional explained why the drone wasn t working. Super helpful can t thank them enough.

I got a CD stuck in my car's CD player. I asked SoReal Sounds to see if they could remove the CD. They charged me for 1/2 hour of labor and could not remove the CD. They gave me an estimate for a new radio to which my 1/2 hour of labor could be applied. They were nice and polite. Eventually my husband had some time to look at it, In 20 minutes he took the radio out of the dashboard , removed the CD and had the radio back in the dashboard.

The install was good, but they had no clue how to tune a car. The Helix DSP was completely out of their league. I had to take my car out of state to have it sound correct. After that it now sounds incredible.

After a trying 3 different shops (3 different headaches) in my area I have decided to give SoReal a try. Steve, one of the owners got in my car with me and started listening to my system. He then asked me few questions to get a feel for what I really wanted. Upon listening to my system which sounded sub par, he suggested that he would have to troubleshoot my entire system. My system had many alterations to the point where he did not feel comfortable anyway other than starting at my head unit. I felt pretty skeptical at first because redoing the entire system seemed like an expensive job to me. Since I wanted a nice sound stage in the front of my vehicle, Steve suggested I went with the Audison Bit Ten sound processor. SoReal redid my entire system which included running all the wires and new Audison RCA cables from both of my amplifiers. They also took the time to properly tune the system (gains and equalization) to an optimal level. Not mention that SoReal only charged me for only 4 hours of labor plus parts! Very reasonable price for what I would call an ultimate level of service from walking in the door to final delivery. I remember just smiling and nodding on how good they made my system sound! Steve set in the car with me for nearly an hour, listening to different types of music in my new system and addressing any concerns I may have had. While waiting for my car to be moved from the shop I also noticed the neat display they had set with the top American and European brands of speakers. I also noticed that the shop was very clean. After inspecting my amps I noticed how clean the install was, no more wires sticking out like before. All the wiring was neatly tucked away. Steve is so knowledgeable and passionate about car sound that he does a superb job explaining the subject, which made me ask myself why would I go anywhere else?I was very grateful to rest assure that I would no longer keep spending money on my car just to eliminate the problems in sound system. SoReal has without a doubt earned all my business from now on when it comes to car electronics.

They are pretty good salespeople with limited inventory.Scheduled an appointment to get a new stereo installed and they ignored me for half an hour, so adios. Went elsewhere, got a better deal and walk-in service.
