I called Western Mass Auto Insurance today and spoke with the nicest lady named Tatiana. She was so patient. Tatiana guided me through everything I needed step by step. If I could give her 10 stars I would! She said she would call me back and she did. She made the process feel like a breeze. Initially when I called I felt anxious. When I finished, I felt calm because I knew I was in good hands. I highly recommend Tatiana to anyone needing car insurance at Western Mass Auto.

Working with Erica is always a great experience. She is very efficient in her work and is always attentive to a the customers specific needs when it comes to finding affordable car insurance. I ve been with this company ( Erica )for over 5 years. She goes above and beyond at what she needs to to close on my policy s. My girl even stayed pass closing hours to get my policy up and running! I love Erica and she s the main reason i go to western mass auto!

Erica in the Springfield location was surprisingly very patient, and made the process extremely smooth. She helped resolve multiple problems I faced with WMAI and is probably the only reason I continued with getting coverage again through this incorporation. Out of all these insurance places I've dealt with this is the most respectful and courteous place I've gone too. The staff is on point with returning calls and I barely did anything when I got my insurance. Erica Colon and the other girls are my favorites. They handle any situation I have no problems. Thanks for being who you guys are!!! I wouldn't change them for anything!

I walked in and wasn't greeted by any of the four employees. Instead they just looked at me and continued on with their perosnal converstion amongst each other. I stood there for 5 mins before anyone even spoke to me. Mind you I was the only customer in the office at the time. The whole experience was unprofessional and the employees need training in customer service. Save your time and go somewhere else with professional staff.
