They're very quick. But I still got an R on one of my cars. Didn't have any warning lights, nothing like that but there's something new in Massachusetts about the emissions so I won't blame it on the shop

The guys at Springfield Inspection Center were very helpful in understanding what I needed to pass inspection. My window tint didn't meet Mass standards, so I had my tint scraped. I will definitely return to this shop for all future inspections.

Very rude I waited a hour an have a 2020 I went there last year and passed inspection with the same problem they re claiming and they didn t want to pass me when they re the ones who corrected the problem and gave me the sticker !!! New vehicle

They took bribe 100 dollars extra once the cameras are off after inspection , I don t know where are the authorities

Quick and easy, no issues with them. My car had a minor issue they helped me with right on the spot instead of forcing me to return or have to pay a mechanic. Very practical staff who focus on getting you the details very straightforwardly.

I've been bringing my car here for years and will keep goingOperation - Efficient (they get it done)Staff - helpful (they'll tell you what you need to know to get in, out, not waste anyone's time, and not be frustrated while they do)Price - Acceptable (inspections are fixed by state)Wait - quick (they have 2-3 lanes open and running on most days)Availability - full time (they're open normal business hours as opposed to the third Wednesday of every other month.. Like some other places)Bring cash

Last year was my first time there. Easy,quick in and out. They have 2 lanes and bays working. This year, I knew my vehicle was having some issues but I went for inspection even though I figured it would get rejected. They gave me a 60 day reject sticker and a printout of what failed. I was able to go to my mechanic with that and get repairs done within a week. My bill was fairly hefty but much cheaper then buying a new car. Went back today for my sticker and passed with flying colors. No worries.See you guys next year.I would highly recommend .Nice,professional, happy people.

I've been there before and the service was good but this time the man was really disrespectful. He told me that 2 of my tires needed changing and I went and bought 2 tires from a used tire shop(Not really a car expert). This man is gonna straight up say to me that the tires are the same and I just moved them around, I should just go spend some money because he's not fvcking with this. Smh. Would never go back there.

I have been visiting this location to get the 3 vehicles in our family inspected for years. I even drove down from the berkshires in June after we moved. They are fast, fair and friendly. Id say theyre my "favorite mechanic you must visit one a year". If they find something wrong they'll explain the best they can, but they dont do repair there, so the advice always checks out with my "regular mechanic". Hope they get paid well!

I was turned away because my V8 car sounded loud. Exhaust system is stock and older inspector revved the heck out of it in cold weather. He rudely asked how much I paid the last inspector the previous year because it wasn t the standard $35. I went to them last year. Paid $35 and passed. Guess he s looking for handouts. Never coming back again.
