Specialty Imported and Louis the owner are the best. He is honest, prices are great and his work on my Volvo is excellent. Better than any dealer. As a woman, I know he is going to do the best he can in quality and price. This is very reassuring. He also is a very kind and great person to work with. I would not bring my car anywhere else!

Ive known louie since 2016 when we worked in dealerships together. He is trust worthy and reliable. Suspension work and brakes done in a timely fashion. I will continue my repairs, maintenance and accessories installations with Louie!

I highly recommend specialty imported. Louie was extremely transparent as to what was needed with my car and what the cost and time frame would be. He did an excellent job and most importantly he beat the dealerships price significantly. He used high quality parts and service was top notch. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

I brought in my 2017 C300 coup for a standard Mercedes A service as well as replacement of the rear breaks. Louie provided fast and reliable service on short notice. He even delivered the car to me at my place of employment. All in all I was entirely satisfied by the visit and he managed to save me $1,000+ in comparison to other shops. Would and will go back, I will also be recommending Specialty Imported to everyone in my life that drives a Mercedes. THANK YOU!

An outstanding local business that provides fast, and reliable service. Louie answered all my questions and gave me a full breakdown of all the work he did on my car. I really appreciate that he uses all of the top-of-the-line parts but still charged a great price. Would recommend Specialty Imported to all my friends and family!

My son told me about Speciality Imported LLC, . So far I have had 3 oil changes, new brakes and a tow bar installed.. Prices were great and service was prompt. I like that it s the owner that works on your car so I feel extra pride is taken in doing a job.

Whether it is a routine maintenance such as a quick oil change or an imminent situation that requires attention, he is always willing and able to give you his time and attention. He treats everyone with respect and treats everyone s vehicles like he would his own! Highly recommend!

Louie s the best. I ve followed Louie through the different shops he s been at for over 5 years. I m so happy to see him opening his own place. After getting a so called safety inspection from another mechanic, Louis inspected my 2014 jeep and told and showed me the 2500.00 estimate was not needed. Everything they said I needed was not true. What was needed a ball joint that was not on the original estimate from the other company. Louis fixed it quickly and replaced my front breaks as well. All for 1/3 of the bogus quote! I will be a customer for life.
