Everyone at Ricks was so friendly, accommodating and professional the entire time they were working on my car. In 3 weeks time my car went from what should have been totaled to brand new again! They did an amazing job with both the repair as well as keeping me informed with progress updates along the way. I hope I never have to go through something like this again, but if I do I will certainly be coming back to Rick s. :) Love that this is a family owned business too the owners are said to be on site every day and it shows in the integrity of their work!

My car was fixed by Rick's auto body a few years back when I was rear ended they did a wonderful job bringingit back to life! my tails lights had an issue with getting water and shorting the bulbs recently. Rick's auto let me know I have a life time warranty and fixed my issue within the same week and replaced my tail lights. Jeff made sure I was all set and ready for inspection. TX RAB

By far the best experience I have had at an auto body shop. Jeff was extremely nice, helpful, and lead me in the right direction. All the staff was friendly from start to finish. It was a smooth process and did not take long for them to complete the job. Everything was done exactly as said. I will definitely be back.

Rick's is awesome. I brought my car here for repairs after a minor crash and they did a great job, keeping me informed along the way, explaining every step of the process, and completing the work in the estimated timeframe. They treated me very well and I recommend them to anyone that needs collision repair! I have used a different collision repair business in the past and coming to Rick's has made me realize I should have been coming here all along. Thanks to everyone there for a job well done!

Horrible place, and I'd give ZERO STARS if possible.Receptionist was rude, a tech broke an electrical clip in my door panel, and the Operations Manager did not value my patronage.Removed the front and rear bumper, two door panels, door glass, and headlights from my car. After removal, claimed they found suspension damage. Insurance company declared my car a total loss.Instead of junking my car I elected to keep it. Ricks Auto Body refused to replace everything they took off. After collecting my car I personally replaced everything they took off and drove car for 6 hours; suspension did not fail or give me problems.Also discovered an electrical clip was torn when Ricks Auto Body took off my door panel. This torn electrical clip was never mentioned in the insurance estimate. This torn electrical clip has now rendered the door panel's buttons and electronics useless, and the cost to replace the electrical clip involves a significant amount of money.After asking the Ricks Auto Body Operations Manager why was the electrical clip broken off, I was told, "Yea, those clips get broken off sometimes when the door gets removed." Very professional Rick's, very professional.And the icing on the cake is that they failed to give me my license plates back. When I collected the car the license plates were missing. Later I called Rick's and the same Operations Manager told me, "Yea, sorry about that, it seems we forgot to put your license plates in with the car, I will mail those out to you right away."If I had more evidence, more money, and more time, I would pursue legal action against Rick's Auto Body for violating M.G.L. c. 26, � 8G, and 212 CMR 2.00.Rick's Auto Body, you cashed in your chips on my Mercedes, and I will never do business with you again nor recommend you to my worst enemy. To all readers contemplating doing business with Rick's Auto Body, caveat emptor and good luck!Service: Body & Trim

Rick's did a awesome job with my truck the repairs were perfect they returned my truck cleaner inside and out then when I brought it in they ceramic coated the side they repaired and it looks great I will be calling them on Monday to have them ceramic coat the rest of truck

Amazing service. Opened early just for me so I could get to work on time. Polite, pleasant since the first phone call. I ve been driving past Rick s for years on the way to work thinking, I should stop there. Should have stopped here sooner!!

I was in an accident 1 1/2 weeks ago. From the time I first talked a representative to touring the car with George and then signing off on it today I had the most stress less experience in a very stressful situation for a senior citizen. I had car ez with my insurance and that is exactly what it was. I recommend Rick's to anyone who needs auto repair from leat to most. Thank you to all the staff.

I took my BMW to get painted on the bumper and I took someone s word for it they said they are good and they do a good job I thought they were going to get the exact paint color from the dealer instead they tried to match it but when I picked my car up it wasn t we went back and forth so I decided to take the car back for the second time around I specifically said I don t want you to blended it in to the quarter panel and the man there said you can t tell me what to do I listen to the insurance company and I kept repeating my self it s not the the insurance car I got this car directly from the car dealer I m the first owner they showed me pictures saying that the color of the bumper is exact color of the front bumper I said in person it doesn t they try to go by the picture I was so mad at them I took my car back with out them working on the car the second time around I ve could of hired a lawyer but I didn t want the handle with RIcks auto body very rude people especially the guys that does the painting if you have your car damage and are going to take it my advice is not to take take it somewhere else do your research before you take it there they just want money not to keep the customers happy exactly you wanted to paint the quarter panel and I said no . And you didn t paint the bumper and didn t replace the clear wrap on bumper looking at it real close it was the same clear vinyl wrap that my son put on it you guys didn t replace it and lied after that you did .

These guys are hands down THE BEST. They make you feel like a millionaire, even when you're an "average Joe".The place is spotless and all the workers friendly and respectful.I just used them for the 4th time and I'll head right back if need be.

I called and asked if they can fix my car they said yes just bring the car in with the estimate from your insurance and we will take a look and let you know how long it ll take.. Three days later i get my car towed there and they would NOT accept my car because it was undriveable (front bumper damage the rest of the car is completely fine) and they were too full. no one informed me of them being too full when i previously called them and they never gave me another date to possibly get it fixed. Melody was very rude about it and not helpful at all. Terrible customer service and none of the staff are on the same page

I was totally amazed at the repair work done on my car. The professionals at Rick's Auto Body performed magic on my dented tail gate and bumper, ending with a beautiful paint job that totally matched the rest of the car. They also cleaned the interior and washed the exterior. I will recommend their services to anyone who wants the job done correctly, efficiently and at a comparable price.Service: Body & Trim

I recently got a door ding in my beautiful Ford Mustang Mach E. I love this car! I decided to bring my car in for repair to Ricks because I had a good experience here previously. On my behalf, my wife brought the car over to Ricks and had the door ding and another minor scratch looked at by Jeff and Rick. The experience was amazing! Rick and Jeff decided they could repair the ding and the scratch on the spot today! We definitely did not expect this. They gave my wife a loaner car so she could go to work and the repair was completed by the time she returned! The workmanship is perfect. We could not be happier with the entire experience. My wife told me everyone from reception to departure was friendly, courteous, and professional. Thanks so much Rick, Jeff, and Team. Very impressive! You have exceeded our expectations. I have always brought my car to Ricks for repairs and never had an issue until yesterday 3/18/2022. I went in to the receptionist because I need work done on my car. The lady in the front was very rude and bother when I asked her a question. I never experienced this the last three times I had brought a car for repairs there and it is unfortunate that some people can treat others like that specially a returning customer. They lost my business going forward. I feel as minorities we get look down at without them knowing anything about us. SmhService: Painting

I got my front bumper repaired. It had dislodged/fallen apart after i mistakenly pulled up too far in a parking space with barrier. I was thinking the entire bumper would need to be replaced ($$$$$$) but Rick offered an easy, cost effective solution! I brought the car in this morning and he was willing to get the job done within a few hours! Highly recommend!!!

While we never got a chance to have Rick's fix our car because it was ultimately found to be a total loss, the staff at Rick's went above and beyond to help us navigate the insurance end of things. We live 125 miles away from where the accident happened making things a little more complicated. Chuck stepped right in and made all the calls to expedite the process for us knowing full well he would likely not get the business by doing so. Grateful for all the help he and the staff provided. Highly recommend Rick's just based on their magnificent customer service!!

Rick's has been my family's go-to place for years. They've repaired minor and major collision damage - always to factory specs, always with the ultimate level of professionalism. They have gone way beyond what I would expect from any business. Working with Rick's is a happy experience, from their extremely cool waiting area (Check out the Blues Brothers life size figures) to everyone I've dealt with every step of the way. They are all very nice people. Years ago I worked with a small, not so credible auto body facility. Don't make that mistake. Now I only go with the best. I know I'm in good hands with Rick's, and I know that every job will be guaranteed to go beyond my satisfaction level. Five Stars! Heck, make it ten. I have taken multiple vehicles to Rick's Autobody. Every single vehicle they have worked on for me has beyond met my expectations. The paint work is awesome. The People that make up the business are great, and the Owner is a cool guy. He personally came out to introduce himself to me on my BMW project and make sure my expectations were met. My car looks better than showroom perfect! Rick's Auto Body is a top-notch repair facility. They take the time to do the job right, and it shows. In particular, Wayne and Rick are both willing to go the "extra mile" it sometimes takes in order to achieve the desired result. Office staff are friendly, courteous, and efficient. Safelite completely wrecked the interior of our car and Ricks did absolutely everything to help us through getting our car fix. We are astounded at how helpful and kind everyone there is. Putting our car in their hands was the best decision we could have made. So very happy and thankful for the amazing work the whole team did.
