My experience with JE Robison has been great. Having a 1972 Porsche 914, I had two prior experiences with Mechanics that were not positive in any way. I am thrilled to have professionals working on my car. They have kept me informed and sent along photos to show me the process. Very happy!

I had a thoroughly positive experience with Robison, having found them on a fast Google search when my very old Mercedes broke down on a cross-country trip. Everyone I met there was helpful, getting me in quickly and addressing the problem efficiently, showing me the Why's and What's and options while showing real interest in me and my car. Most unexpectedly, John found me and introduced himself and we had a most interesting chat. I told him I'd try to keep my car running long enough to break down again near Springfield. For ten years now, I ve received stellar service from J.E.Robison, first on my previously-owned Mercedes, and now on my newer BMW. They are experts in everything they do, honest, straightforward, pleasant, and accommodating. I trust them completely. Even with a 40-minute drive to get there, it is well worth it.

My husband and I brought our Mercedes here for a pre-purchase inspection. They were thorough and spent time with us after the inspection explaining the results. Robison Service has an excellent reputation and are very capable of repairing and restoring a wide spectrum of makes and models. I do all of the maintenance on my cars but when my steering developed a leak in the rack & pinion I decided to give Robison Service a call. Marybeth was very easy to communicate with during the repair process and not only did they repair my steering but also resolved a couple of coding issues with my 2007 BMW 650i. Smoke in interior and headlight issue led to a short notice appointment. JE Robison was quick and responsive. What seemed initially to be a minor repair turned into something much more expensive! They were very responsive and detailed. They were also extremely honest. Car repairs can be quite pricey - they clearly laid out all the information for me to make an informed decision - deciding on what needed my attention now vs. what could wait. I brought my car in and needed to leave town a few days afterward. They were very accomodating - able to fit me into their already busy schedule. I was extremely grateful for their flexibility. Every time they've serviced/repaired my car, it feels like a brand new vehicle! I absolutely recommend them - I don't take my car anywhere else. I find that they do tip top work...I have brought my 2003 Jaguar XKR supercharged to them twice and I'm very satisfied with there results of the work however as much as I would love them to be my one and one place to take my Jag . I find the work per hour to be way out of my Budget. But if you need it done ASAP and done right..the first time and you have the money to blow.... this is the place to go....I only gave them 3 stars because of price...they get 10 stars for quality workServices: Auto rear window replacement, Auto maintenance

My first time working with this awesome team! John and Maribeth are wonderful to work with! John came out to meet me when I dropped off my Mini. Maribeth did the admission. Very friendly. They answered all my questions. Gave me sage advice and insight about my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman S All4, manual shift issues. Cost of repair was reasonable and timely. Had them do my transmission fluid as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I wholeheartedly recommend them!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

Professional, Clean and CourteousI very much appreciate the continuous feedback and willingness to allow me to be under the car during the process. I have spent many hours working with my son on this car so being involved in the repair process allowed me to make timely, informed decisions on how best to move forward to keep an old gem safe and reliable when we were in over our heads. It was pricey but in my experience you get what you pay for and the work was A+.

You won't find places like Robison much anymore . Almost like a relic from earlier days of honesty, kindness, hard work and integrity. We are lucky to have them in Springfield. John is very knowledgeable and honest and an all-around wonderful person. Maribeth is just amazing - and is on top of everything! Sal does incredible detailing work, he made my old Rover look brand new. Paul in service knows more about car mechanics than anyone I have ever met. And he can explain in an understandable way to others who dont share his knowledge! Now that is a gift! Overall, they take the time to make sure things are done properly with great attention to detail. That is something special. This place is a gem. Highly recommend.

I d heard good things about this Springfield shop and brought my Mercedes there. They are quite competent and cost maybe 25% less than a dealer for labor. Of course, you re not getting that new car loaner here. In their parking lot, I did see Range Rovers, Mercedes, a Rolls Royce, a late model Bentley (being backed out of service bay), a Porsche Cayenne, and other pricey exotics, which implies they know what they re doing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Drove up to New England from the Texas and needed the right people to diagnose and fix my car s problem after a long trip. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was always kept informed about any issues. Prices are very reasonable.

I was lucky to find J.E. Robison Service Co., on line when I bought my first Range Rover. Today I am enjoying my second 2002 Range Rover thanks to John and his incredible staff. With their depth of experience, it seems that no matter what I broke, they know what is wrong and how best to fix it. I now take all my BMW, Hummer and newer RR to Robinson, because I know it will be fix RIGHT the first time. Thank you, John and staff. I Highly recommend Robison.

This was my first time at J. E. Robison Service Co.I heard many great things about thus shop and after brief conversation with John I decided to take a ride to see the shop.When u arrived I was greeted by the owner John and decided to bring my 1980 Bentley T-2 for engine trouble diagnosis at the later date. Unfortunately on the way back home I hade engine problem which prompted me to tow the car back to the shop. John was BERY HELPFUL to send dependable towing company.After receiving initial diagnosis I have been receiving weekly progress report by email.I find J.E. Robison Service Co. very professional, very knowledgeable and feel very confident in the repair performed.I would recommend this company to anyone interested in honest, professional knowledgeable and reasonably priced repair shop.LGService: Engine repair
