To me, the BEST. We live nearby in Longmeadow and have had a Minivan, Altima and two Mercedes repaired at Felix's with varying degrees of damage. Bill is a superior mechanic. They are organized, timely, super fastidious and very skilled. Paint work is excellent. Most importantly, this shop is fair with pricing and honest as the day is long. Some of these we paid out of pocket and they knew how to keep the costs down. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, great detail shop.

I have been using Felix's auto body since the 80's . My 1st accident and and then some through the years . John's work has always been great. The detailer's do excellent work. I have always recommended them to friends and family. Recently , I referred my daughter when her stolen car needed repair . She called and spoke with someone extremely rude, named Betty . I thought maybe my daughter wasn't clear because this was the 1st time she had to go through this issue with a car. So I made a call to them to make sure everything was clear on what we needed to do. The woman "Betty"was extremely rude to me as well. We retrieved the car, and everything looks great. The workers were friendly and helpful. We needed to settle the account . Betty was on the phone and clearly planned to check us out without even acknowledging us. She proceeded to point at a pen and point at the amount we would owe without saying a word. She wasn't young, so I expected she would have some amount of customer service. I am a huge believer of customer service, and one bad apple can lose customers for a business owner.

I m blown away! Felix Auto Body has set a high standard in their field. They go above and beyond. Not only was the body work done well but they delivered my car back to me clean inside & out. Taking it upon themselves to buff my headlights and shine my tires too. Felix has done a handful amount of work for my father, and his talent and genuineness keeps him from going elsewhere. Thank you Felix Auto Body! Highly recommend, this business won t disappoint.

Everyone is so kind is thorough. Had gotten in a hit and run and they made my car look brand new! They even put new rims and tires. This place took care of me and made me happy.

The Detailing Center at Felix's Auto Body did a great job detailing my car, it looks brand new! The headlights are now crystal clear, and there's a new pinstripe along the side, thanks to Felix's! I can tell Felix's Auto Body puts hard work into what they do.

Jon and Bill did a excellent job with my car. I had no contacts in body work and picked them they worked with my insurance and got my car looking brand new. It also got detailed inside and out and it s absolutely stunning. Highly Recommend getting your work done with these guys.

My mother and I have been going to him for years including family. If your looking for quality auto repairs or car detailing go see them. They do outstanding work! Car looks brand new like an accident has never happened. Blessed to have met such generous staff.

it's an amazing place! fliex auto body is a diamond in the location! so clean, friendly and professional! my card got a hit, one part of shifted. i went there for evaluate, they fixed right away, pushed the part back to the place without asking me to pay! so efficient and so help! I love Felix auto body. They always take care of our cars but I just got it detailed the first time and it came out beautiful. The owner I dealt with in passing when dropping it off and then when picking it up I had a question. He came over right away, drove around the block with me and was super informational. Sweetest guy! I love them and will definitely be purchasing a gift certificate for Father s Day for my husbands car!!

First time in 10 years that I needed an auto body shop. Checked on line, saw some good posts for Felix. Arrived and saw a friend there by coincidence. Felt reassured. Work was done as ordered, on time and less money that originally quoted. My car looks new again. Had a new bumper, my hatch back door handle replaced and detailing. Thanks Bill and Betty and Lester.

They deserve 5 stars! They did an AWESOME job with my body damage, car literally looks like new! On top of that, they vacuum and cleaned everything in the inside, just like new! Well definitely be coming back if needed in the future!

Top quality work by professionals who obviously take pride in what they do. My six-year old Honda Accord looked like it just came out of the showroom; spotless, perfect, detailed beyond my wildest expectation, at a price that beat the dealer by almost 50%! Neighbors had told me "you cannot get better work at any price". They were right.

I accidentally put a HUGE dent in my car. Cracked it and everything. I was recommended Felix's from Morisi insurance and for $1600 not one person would ever know I put such a huge dent in my car. I think they are straight up magicians at Felix Auto body. To top things off, they cleaned my car, inside and out and made it look even better than it did when I bought it from the dealership. Not sure how that's even possible but I will absolutely be using Felix's if I need it for detailing or auto body, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

It was the frist time i used felix auto body i had my car reconditioned by them i have used outher companies Felix's out did all of them for the same money Felix's is such pro's at what they do i will always use them for all my vehicles thank you guys

Went there looking to get an area of rust patched up. They told me it was too small of a job, they wouldn't take anything under $500. Also just generally aggressive and made me feel uncomfortable, kept getting in my face and wasn't wearing a mask.

This place is awesome. They fixed my bumper in one day and detailed the inside of my car as a bonus. I would definitely recommend.
