Went to Ed s on Wednesday morning, my only day off for the week arrived at 900am as a walk-in, my truck was in the air and being diagnosed by 920am I knew what the problem was, the repair cost, and how long it would take to repair, by 930.On my way home by 1015am. all the employees spoke and said good morning when they came in. I even got some parting gift. Awesome experience. Highly recommend

Highly recommended. I went in with a tailpipe that broke off at the muffler. They gave me a couple of options at different price points and had me in and out in less than 2 hours on a Saturday morning. The shop is very clean and all the employees I dealt with were extremely friendly. I would definitely go there again and recommend to friends.

This place is clean and quick ..but one thing is that they are to pricey..it's was recommended by someone. But never again. They got 400 hundred to cut and weld a pipe that was at least and foot and half. Freaking ridiculous. Did it because everywhere else couldn't get me in. Never again. Do not recommend

Ed's shop was super clean inside, Ed gave me a reasonable quote on the spot - personally showed me what was wrong and what he could do to fix it. I figured I would be without my car for most of the day since I didn't have an appointment but he took me right away. Called back in about 1.5 hrs said it was all done! Drove the car home - sounded great - nice & quiet as it should. Thanks again for great service - would recommend to all if they need muffler service!

I had an appointment at Ed's on Friday June 9th, 2023, and it COULD NOT HAVE GONE BETTER, at almost any price. I have a pretty rare old Subaru, and Ed walked me through what the best course of action was to keep our baby Harold the 1984 GL wagon happy and healthy. Being such a funky old car, Ed had to start from scratch, and build us a full custom system. You would never know it, it looks better than factory at this point, and it sounds amazing. Ed is a perfectionist, and I don't even know if that word is strong enough. Ed stopped and looked and adjusted and tweaked the system over and over until it was perfect. His lovely wife up in the office was very sweet, and accommodating. Considering everything was full custom, I'd say I got a really fair deal. The shop was practically spotless, and they were amazingly efficient. I'd give Ed 10 stars if I could. Harold the 1984 Subaru GL is running better than ever, these guys are simply the best in the area. No joke. Don't even bother shopping around, hit up Ed's immediately. Highly recommend! Came in at 9:00 as a walk in they put it on the lift had me come out explained what needed to be fixed and had me in and out within an hour with great pricing

I went to get my car inspected, but before I could, Robert's Auto in South Hadley recommended Ed's Custom Muffler Shop. I was advised to arrive early for service availability, then was given great advice and service! The staff here are informative and friendly. Highly recommend!

The best place to go to if your trying to make your car louder I went in to try to get a quote on how much will it be to get my car louder. And one of the workers explained to me everything and the price for it. I ended up getting a muffler delete and it was so worth it. Will definitely recommend other people to come to Ed s Custom Muffler Shop.

Ed s Custom Muffler has provided many repairs for my own vehicle, and others that I send there. Quality work, fair pricing, and they have several lifts so if you are in a pinch, they will probably be able to fit you in. 100% recommend coming here

Inquired about accustomed exhaust was told the hours are 9-2 that I can only bring the car through when their hours are stated otherwise on your website be weary of this business those are red flags.I cannot reply to This post so I am editing the picture as you can see spoke with Edwin Garcia of Ed's custom mufflers who informed me the time is 9:00 to 2:00 that I can drop off there is nothing he can do to help me. If there's an issue I suggest you further train your staff or reach out to me directly. My email is in your file under Edwin Garcia's computer....

Brought my Audi there for a repair after being told I needed a whole new muffler from the cat back. They said to bring it in so they could take a look. They took my car right in and fixed it within 10 min. The shop was very clean and organized. Highly recommend this shop!! I will be going back for any muffler related issues.

If I could give them 6 stars I would!Brought my car in at around 3 pm to be checked out for a possible leak in exhaust in the front. They put it right up on the lift, found the issue, and said they could fix it right then. Said it would take 20 minutes; I don't think it took longer than 12. Very reasonable charge for the job.Highly recommend! Told me if I had brought it in during the morning they wouldn't have been able to do it right away but I hit the sweet spot during the day- they had already finished the 22 jobs they had booked! What I took away from that is that they schedule the jobs appropriately and respect the time of their customers.I will definitely go back should I ever have any exhaust work that I need.Service: Exhaust

I did not have an appointment, I showed up at opening at 9 am. They were able to fix my hanging exhaust, do a muffle delete as well. They did it quickly and affordable. Was worth every penny when I heard it! Thank you so much !! Dodge Durango RT sounds even better. Highly recommend !!

Hate to leave this review but I had my exhaust redone on my challenger here in 2021 and this week the tailpipe broke clean off from the welds. Not really happy since I had to rig it up to get home and now have to wait 2 weeks for another shop to repair this because the shop is closed before anyone who actually works is able to swing by. poor quality work IMO never had welds fail especially at a muffler shop in 2 years! Expensive job for what I thought from the ratings was good work, but cant even weld a simple exhaust hanger on securely..Service: Exhaust

Excellent service and great work!I showed up and received a free estimate. They stuck to the price, were professional while I waited and for all the work they got done, it wasn t that long of a wait!I got the car back and it was so quiet I couldn t even tell it was running!Will definitely recommend and return if more work is ever needed!Service: Exhaust

Installed my own exhaust setup but after a week or 2, the clamps did not hold into place well at all leaving the tips hanging nearly touching the ground. Brought it to them on a complete walk-in basis.After attempting to tighten the clamps and readjusting it tirelessly, they came to the conclusion it needed to be welded and the clamps just weren t holding up. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. Very fast, very professional, very affordable, would go here again and recommend to anybodyService: Exhaust

Showed up today early , told ed my problem that I was told I had a clogged catalytic converter just don t know where it was clogged , immediately put on lift showed me the problem & solution & now I m happy for my car to be back to normal
