I got my Acura repaired here and they did and amazing job ! My car looks brand new and shiny, they completely cleaned it inside out and waxed it! They also fixed a small dent it had in the back which had nothing to do with the insurance claim! They dealt with all the car rental issues for me too! I was so shocked and pleased I would recommend this place to anyone. Dan and his colleagues were so professional and nice and very communicative as well! This was my first time dealing with this and they made my experience so stress free!

Second time here. As good as the first. Over the years I've been to an auto body 10 plus times. The service, price and respect at Collision Plus is terrific. On top of that they go way above. This time a full buff and interior cleaning, no charge on too of being reasonably priced. Outstanding. Thank you.

The best experiences with an auto body shop I've ever had. The staff and the owner Dan are very professional and timely with repairs.I have had two repairs done on my vehicle over the years and both times were done quickly and they made the vehicle in better condition than the day I purchased it.I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs on their vehicle.

So for so good. Walked into the reception area. I the lady was present and attentive.She had my papers ready, we walked to the car, assessed the situation and even offered to buff out some minor scuffs. We walked back, signed a couple of lines, set and appointment for the work, and she informed me that enterprises would leave the rental there at my request for my convenience.Super awesomeReally glad I landed at this auto body shop(quality of work to be determined, but they are off to a great start).Edit: Follow-upThey completed the insurance work to the driver sideThey completed the private work to the rear under quote.They complementarily touch-up painted and buffed the passenger side as well as the whole carThey didn t just sweep any mess they may have made, they detailed the interior ($180+ at most detailers, as a courtesy)I paid the bill, left the rental, and departed knowing I made the right decision with Collision Plus Auto.Feel like I'm driving a brand new car!

Brought my 2013 hyundai Sonata to collision plus they did a very good job. They clean my car so nice inside and very respectful people i will recommend if u need your car fix they are number one to go to my experience there was very excellent.

They did great work on my car, done ahead of schedule, and the only surprise was that they also cleaned the car. Hopefully I never need a body shop again but if I do I m definitely coming here.

Man, the workers at Collision Plus Auto Body are great! Hard working and on time with their work! They ll treat your car like one of their own and I m forever grateful for that. Kind, professional and understanding. They make you feel at home with how comfortable they make you feel. That isn t common and shouldn t be taken for granted. I will be a repeat customer in the future and am so grateful for my experience at Collision Plus Auto Body. Great job guys, keep up the fantastic work!

Everyone at this business is friendly, courteous and professional. I was thrilled to get my car finished in less than two days and was called and texted with progress as well. I was even more thrilled when I picked up the car. They had washed my car and even cleaned the inside so thoroughly that my 12 year old vehicle looks brand new again. Collision Plus has my highest recommendation.

Dan dose excellent work! My car was recently hit just shy of a year old so still very brand new and you can t even tell it was hit. He matched my color right/made it look great! He was awesome with dealing with my insurance company/ the car rental place so I didn t have to.Also, through the whole process he kept me posted on everything. I felt like my car was in good hands and I could trust him! Great job Dan keep up the good work!

I was referred to Dan at Collision Plus by a friend after I got into an accident. From the day when I called him for an appointment until I picked my car up he was fantastic to work with! He kept me in the loop with everything. He worked with the insurance company and the adjuster which made the process on my end so easy. My car looks absolutely amazing ! They even detailed the inside giving me the feeling of a brand new car not just on outside but inside too!!! This place was amazing! Highly recommend them! Dan was super nice and his team does amazing work. I was expected to be in a rental for just over a week, but Dan and his team got my car back to me sooner than projected! They cleaned, vacuumed, waxed and even replaced my fog light! This place is amazing, Dan is so easy to work with and made the experience easy. Highly recommend! I had some deep stretches on the bumper of my car from a rear end, thankfully it didn t require a replacement as Dan was able to just repair it and it looks new again. Dropped it off 830 on a Monday and was picking it up by Tuesday afternoon... and the interior was completely cleaned what a nice surprise and relaxing way to get back into your car after an accident.

They did an amazing job fixing my rear bumper cover. Dan kept me updated everyday on the progress. Then they cleaned my whole car inside and out which was so not expected but very much appreciated. I will be using them from now on

Can't say enough about the great experience I had here. Dan has awesome customer service skills and runs a tight ship. He got my car in and out with ease. The repair looks like it did when it was new. He even had his crew detail the entire exterior of my car, when I only had it in for a minor rear bumper repair. He also noticed one of my rain guards was sitting in my backseat because it fallen off. They took it upon themselves to reapply the guard with new adhesive, free of charge. Thanks again Dan and the crew!

Car was in an accident right before Christmas, surrounding body shops told me they wouldn't be able to get to it before February. Called Collision Plus, they set up towing and got to work on it right away. Just picked the car up yesterday, and it's like a brand-new vehicle! Dan and his crew recently did work to my Jeep and I was unbelievably impressed with his prices, the short amount of time it took, the work he did, and most of all the respect he had for my car. This was my first time dealing with body work and I looked around different places but I was recommended to collision plus from a friend. Dan walked me through the entire process. He really did a great job explaining what needed to be done and the costs which shockingly I found reasonable. I would highly recommend Dan s work, I have nothing but great things to say about the business. Thanks again Dan and crew, my Jeep looks great. Fingers crossed I won t see you again but if that happens, I ll know where to go.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Great experience, very profesional, and the work was done faster than I expected. Plus, my car looks amazing - better than when I bought it! Dan and his crew did a wonderful job on my Lexus! The body work was meticulous and the pearl white painting that has an extremely hard to match color...was done beautifully. He made the insurance payment process easy and his quote was very affordable. Overall this is great place, with great service. I'll never go anywhere else!

10/10 Highly recommend!! Unfortunately this is my second time back in a short period of time lol. After getting side swiped on the highway I brought my car in to see Dan and within 4 days my car was finished and looked brand new. Dan and his team have done multiple jobs for myself as well as our business and to say the least it has been a pleasure to work with them. From the excellent work done in the shop to the paperwork process in the front office everything was easy, professional, and honest! Dan's prices are more than reasonable and the service time is great! I highly recommend Collision Plus to everyone!

I wish I could give it 6 stars. Very reasonable prices, great customer service. I have used two other auto body shops in the last couple years. Collision Plus Auto Body is by far the best. Dan was very knowledgeable and provided the best customer service. The first thing I noticed was how clean his shop is. My car looks awesome!

Wow just wow. I don't really take my time to write a review unless I get a horrible service and I want to warn people or I get extraordinary service, which is my case with Collision Plus Auto body, I mean wow! These people took me in when others wanted me to wait 2 weeks and repair my car that was recently involved in a 3 car pile up and repaired it in a timely manner. Not only did they repaired the damages fast, but they dealt with the insurance company who was in charge of paying for the damages, I didn't have to do anything plus they cleaned and buffed my car oh and I also got texts from Dan with any updates. Hands down the best costumer service I have received since living in Western Mass.

I was involved in an auto accident and Dan went above and beyond to fix my car in 48 hours. The car looked and smelled brand new when I got it back, inside and out! Phenomenal service -- will definitely recommend to all of our friends.

I brought my 2016 Honda Accord to collision plus last month. Someone had cut me off the road and damaged the whole left side of my car. Dan (the owner) helped me with all the insurance issues and even helped me with a rental car. The work was completed done like new. I had zero issues. And it was done within the time he said it would be. I would definatly bring all my body work to collision plus auto body. And I will absolutely recommend all my family and friends to Dan.

Dan from Collision Plus Auto Body does Quility work at a affordable price. He has painted several trucks and cars for me. From complete paint jobs including a color change to keep my work truck fleet matching, to vehicles that have been in a accident and to only come and pick it up looking better than it looked before it was in a accident. High recommend!!!
