Genden for years has given good service for auto parts, if there is an error with a part they are quick to resolve the issue

Just came here to post because you have absolutely awful drivers who almost caused a serious accident today in chicopee. It tooknplace between 2:20 and 2:25 in a vehicle with a license plate that started with a N and the side of the vehicle said G45. It was a man that looked like he had White hair and glasses.We were at the pendelton light in chicopee heading towards Walmart area and we had a red light. I was in the right lane and he was the first car beside me in the left lane. The side across from us had the left turn arrow so they obviously had the right away yet your idiot driver went straight on a solid red light and almost caused a major accident because drivers were turning left and he almost hit them... no wonder the vehicle he drove already looked beat up... do better! I sure wouldn't trust you guys as a company with anything and you certainly shouldn't trust this guy as he obviously sucks

Trying to order a particular brand of paint. On their website it will only let you buy 3 cans, I wanted more. I call the store and wait on hold for 15 minutes, guy says they have 18 cans in stock. Great, but apparently he can't do the order for me, so he forwards me to the online order guy. Wait on hold another 10 minutes only to be told he can't be gotten a hold of. They take down my number with a promise to call back. I also send a message through the website. 3 days later and I've heard nothing, finally found what I needed somewhere else. I'm sure they might have good customer service in person but the website is a joke.

Great store the always have what u looking for if not they will dig for you. Some front counter helpers need to gat another job if they dont like what they do. Answers to any questions are always followed by attitude. Like isnt that what your job title is?? Customer service?? I should gave it 3 stars but cant complain about there prices either good.

Gets out better than John and Andy. Carquest rules the parts industry. Waybetter tha. The factory OEM parts. Do it once,done for life. I can attest to GENDEN 1000000%. BRAKES THAT I DID IN 1992 ARE STILL THE BEST BRAKES EVER EVER ON MY 4 DOOR S10 Chevrolet Blazer 4x4,4 door,4.3 V6 5-speed manual fuel injection. Non vortech of course. Go GENDEN AUTO PARTS!!!

Service is unmatched. They always find the part I need for my trucks ranging from 1988-2018 prices are great and quality of parts is good. They really go above and beyond. If I'm not walking to get parts I'm not going anywhere else!!!!

Great customer service.Larry went out of his way to help.I could not find a part for my VW Touareg in stock anywhere in town, and I had to fix my car same day.Larry was very helpful in finding for me a better quality part, for half the price and that was a perfect fit.I would recommend this business to anyone.Thank you Larry

Called on a Sunday was on hold for am long time(23m47s) , but Larry answered and apologized and hunted for the part I needed, even finding it for a cheaper price and got it for me the next day. I didn't get a call that it was in, but when I called ,Scott answered and found it. When I headed over it was busy, but I was checked out quickly and everything was correct!

The best place to shop got Auto Parts for whatever you are driving.Very Helpful people that work there.They will go the extra mile to find and get the part that you need and are looking for.

One of the last Carquest locations, not many of them left, most turned into Advanced Auto Pars, this one is not an exception, however this store still has lot more variety of products. especially for pick up trucks and semi trucks. Pricewise it s better than other locations.

Awesome as usual. Had one incident here about last year this time around however the manager and handled it and never again has this situation happened. Prices are reasonable as well as their warranty.

Has lots of parts. They deliver. They close a bit early but they open early. They have a good amount of knowledgeable staff to help get what you need done.

Open early, very knowledgeable staff, if they don't have it, they can usually order it next day. Rare cars, old cars, they got it. If you want a parts store that actually knows about cars and service, check em out

Best place for aftermarket parts that meet or exceed O.E.M specs. Knowledgeable staff that not only do they sell parts but they know about cars and wrenching. They always sell me the right part. Not the cheapest place for parts but the quality of parts and the knowledge of staff, there's no other place like genden auto parts. Go and try it for yourself.

Great store, amazing helpful staff. Not a huge chain, and that's what makes their service great. They're a little further from my home than Autozone, Pep Boys, or NAPA, but Genden goes the extra mile. If all other stores fail to have that last minute part in stock, GENDEN has it. I don't even bother calling the other stores anymore. Genden is the best!

Couldn't exchange my thermostat (never used) because I threw out the box. Was supposed to be used ended up junking the vehicle I put away along with receipt. Now I need break pads and I can't exchange because no box... Jordan's cost more than that thermostat and they take them back no box smh. I didn't want cash I already spent it with them just a part I actually needed.

The staff here are among the most knowledgeable in the business. Auto Zone is a couple of blocks away and asking even a basic question there will fill the employee with dread; here at Genden however, there is nothing they don't know or won't answer.
