Baystate truck service is the absolute best! We were traveling in our 40 foot RV and had a major breakdown on the Mass Turnpike.We were towed to Bay state for repairs.They found the required parts and completed the job within a few of hours !We are very grateful that we found them and would highly recommend their service!!

Told me 1 week out for a axle repair job, told him I can wait. Then tells me sorry were 2 weeks out actually. Explain I'm local. Can have driver do trip and truck will be available for repair when he gets back. Guy actually tells me he's not interested in doing the job. Horrible. Why have a truck repair shop and not want work.

The guys at bay state are the best. They are quick, do great work and Craig and Russ are very personable. I trust Bay State with my whole fleet of straight trucks and never have any issues. Best repair vendor in Springfield.

My wife and I are from South Africa and we purchased a motorhome in 2017 for our extended travels in the USA. This is our second season and we are doing 6 months in the US and a cross Canada (Montreal to Vancouver) for an additional 3-4 months. This will add serious mileage to our coach and we had to service our 30 feet Newmar gas vehicle - and how do you find the best guys around given the fact that we had no references and or contacts - we were just passing through. We have experienced some great service during our travels but, were also subjected to mild and the odd occasion, severe exploitation when we had to do minor repairs to the coach as well as a service for our Honda CRV.I spent a few days on the internet trying to find someone who came recommended and reviewed - I ended up with Bay State Truck Services. They had no negative reviews and seemed to be a decent outfit. I made an appointment over the phone to take the coach in and a few days later we left our campgrounds and drove over an hour to get there. I spoke with Russ and Craig, president of the company and I introduced myself and discussed with him my expectations for the service and the fact that we will be doing a long distance road trip in unknown territory. We need someone to check over our vehicle and make sure we wont get stuck with problems.Craig seems to be running a very efficient operation; buildings looked neat and well kept, the grounds were tidy and the first impression was that they were running a professional and well oiled operation - no pun intended! I had a budget in mind based on previous repairs and a similar service on my Honda - the look of the operation also pointed to good service which obviously would come at a price. I checked the vehicle in and just around noon, the phone rang and Craig told me that I could come and fetch my vehicle.To end a long story, I was presented with a bill that I thought was a joke at first .. about a quarter of what I was budgeting for. They did a fabulous job - I did a number of miles since the service on Jul 13 as I wanted to make sure all were right before I posted the review.Guys, you could have taken advantage of me and I wouldn't have flinched to pay four times more than what you charged me - I wouldn't have known any better other than to pay up. All I can say is THANK YOU for excellent service and workmanship, your kind and professional conduct and above all, your honesty and integrity. I still think that you UNDERCHARGED me but I will also pay it forward when the opportunity presents itself.God bless and may Bay State Truck Services prosper a thousand times over.

I have coming to Baystate Truck for 16years with all my company trucks and my personal vehicles, the staff at Baystate Truck are very friendly and knowledgeable, their work has Been nothing but stellar with great service. They have always stood behind all their work, and helped me out of many situations where I need a quick fix. Very grateful for them.

I have a fleet of 15 school buses and been using Baystate tuck for more then 15 years and would recommend them to anyone looking for good service
