Drove here with a flat tire 5min to closing and they didn't hesitate to attend my need. Changed my tire and within 10min I was out of there. Fast service very friendly and respectful staff.Thank you

This place is absolutely terrible if you re a women, I went to get a used tire and the whole time they kept my original tire and tried to patch it. The next day I got out of work and my tire was on the ground, and I could ve easily gotten into a car accident. My aunt went a few days earlier than I did and they treated her car like trash, messed up her rims and over charged her. I 100% don t recommend women going here alone because they will do a terrible job on your car, and they can care less. This is a photo of my tire after I seen them, instead of a replacement they tried to plug the tire. After I went there specifically requesting a new one.

3 out of 4 of my rims were bent badly. Rob made sure I got the rims I wanted and showed me other few that I mightve like. They were quick, efficient and got the job done. I definitely recommend to any one who needs a new set of wheels.

I Love How this business works together, they do well in making sure you as a person is satisfied they have not failed at making me a happy returning customer. Not happy with this place went in with a flat tire and waited a long time then came out with a slow leak tire took it to another shop and found out it had a nail it and found out they broke my tire pressure sensor and they taped it on. I only gave it one star because I had to to write this review.

This place may be a smaller business.... but they are beyond nice and they have great prices. I can't wait till they can expand to have faster more efficient service but if you plan for extra time to get work done it will be worth it especially for the $$ you'll save! I'm so glad we discovered this place 2 years ago when no other place had the type of tire in stock for one of my cars! Rob one of the owners is great! The owners themselves are also amazing.

They're a bunch of hackers and pigs went a few months back to get tires. The other day I went to do a break job on my vehicle they broke 2 lug nut stud one in the front drivers side and another in the rear passenger side and they never bothered to tell me anything this place sucks go somewhere else don't waste your money here I'll never go back again.

I really dislike leaving bad reviews. However, as consumers, we have the power to directly impact commerce. Afterall, it is our hard earned money we turn over to these businesses. It should be solely up to us to keep them honest. Which is why I started doing reviews. That being said, I purchased a set of rims/tires from this place several weeks back. Literally, as soon as I drove away, I could tell something was wrong. I contacted them the very next morning, since they were closing at the time I picked up my car after the install. I told them my car was vibrating and that there was obviously an issue. The first problem was that the rims they installed (not the rims I asked for) were immediately scratched, as they were rubbing against my calipers. The heavy rain that day prevented me from being able to hear any rubbing. They scratched some of the paint off of my calipers. The second issue was discovered by my mechanic while my vehicle was in the shop for an unrelated issue the very next morning. I learned that two of the rims were bent. When I informed my mechanic that I had just purchased the rims the afternoon before, he suggested that they could have been defective from the manufacturer. Understandable, except my mechanic did not understand why it was not caught before the install. I informed the folks over at Bay Auto (the day after I purchased the rims) they had me drive back in several times, never replaced the rims, even though one of their employees confirmed that two of the rims were in fact bent and they were shown where the back of the rims were scratched from rubbing against my calipers. They said they would replace them, I am still waiting. During my 3rd visit, for what I thought was to get the replacements, I was told they were ordered and that I would be receiving a phone call by next week. That was last week. I have driven an hour and a half every week for the past 3 weeks, just to be told to come back next week. It isn't that hard to make this right. You installed rims onto my vehicle, they were not the correct rims for my vehicle. Instead of telling me that so I can choose different rims, you install spacers (without telling me)...my calipers get scratched, along with the new rims I just purchased, and on top of that two of the rims are bent. It should be easy to figure out what to do here in the interest of customer service. I waited a month to post this review. I believe in giving businesses a chance to make things right. I have been patient, but nothing has been done about my situation. Now, I have no choice but to post this review. In addition, I will be contacting the better business bureau. It is not about the good reviews an establishment receives. It is about the few bad ones that really tell the story. If you cannot fix issues where it concerns the unsatisfied customers who had legitimate complaints, that is more defining than the ones who were happy with the services that went smoothly. Before you pay your hard earned money, please go to a business that immediately makes things right when they make a mistake. Avoid this place on the off chance that next time something like this happens, it could be to you. Mistakes happen. Honest people who do honest business do not make the customer jump through hoops before they make it right. I wish I could give 0 starts...because 1 star is too many. Thanks for reading!

Great first visit! I saw them yesterday because I needed a tire. They were so much cheaper than town fair tire. I will be using them ftom now on. They even do alignments and other car service work. They all very nice people, including the receptionist.

Very reasonable honest people. Went here and had my brakes done even though they are a tire place. I also thought I needed a new tire but instead of just letting me buy a new one they fixed the bead leak I had and let me know the tire was fine. Then when I needed an alternator I thought I d see if they would change it for me and they did, at a much more reasonable price than anyone else wanted to do it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I called he told me to come down. I went right away waited maybe 10 mins and they did their thing my mirror was fixed in less than 10 mins. I had called around to few other places and got quoted hours of wait time. I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs! Great service at very affordable price. THANK YOU BAY AUTO!!!

I went in right before closing and they removed the nail in my tire patched me up and I was on my way quick and have been riding great since friendly service and location great in and out

Was recommended to come here for a tire sensor issue. I usually don t like going to new places because I m worried about getting ripped off. That was not at all the case here. We were greeted as soon as we came in. It was busy but that s a good thing. The manager was helpful and honest. I asked if we needed new tires, he could ve easily said yes and taken my money, but he didn t. Will definitely be coming back for all my tire needs and I recommend everyone else does too. Great job Bay Auto Tires and Wheels.
