I feel so violated. A $300 part and two hours of labor shouldn't cost $1500. Never again will Balise do repairs on my car.

It was horrible jus waiting for oil change took them 1:30 pm thru 4pm and with appointment. For all that $110.00. Be the judge...

I taken my Nissan for service several times and the service team ALWAYS shine with their great customer service towards me. No matter the service agent I get, they always nice. The ONLY down about Belise Nissan service dept is that they are not open on Saturdays but great Job Belise Nissan Service Dept. for always treating me with the best customer service.. Full disclosure: I have only come here because there was a 3 yr service plan with my used vehicle purchase here at Balise Nissan. I normally would do the oil changes myself, and if I needed a dealership, it would be RAM.That being said: My service advisors are always polite and helpful. The technicians do a good job and are very clean. I've never found a grease spot or a dirty handprint in my truck. The waiting room is clean and the coffee machine is a plus. I have no worries when getting my lube-oil-filter service and tire rotation done. I can only assume they'll do as good a job on your Nissan.

Normally I hate having to go through dealerships with car issues but Balise gets it right. I was very impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. So glad Jerry Rome is a thing of the past. If you have been avoiding this dealership because of bad past experiences, you should know that things are A LOT different now. These people actually seem to like their jobs and they know a thing or two about customer service. Give them a go. You'll be pleased.

Best place for getting inspection sticker, same price $35 like everywhere, nice waiting room with coffee machine . Recommend.

Was in the midst of buying a car they told me they could get me a way better deal when I got there they tried to sell me the same car four more money $1,000 more and had more mileage and then try to upsell me on more expensive cars.
