I was able to purchase a 2024 Santa Fe in the monthly price point and included amazing features. Excited for my third row!! Traci was SO quick, transparent and caring. Grateful for a quick and easy experience at Balise Hyundai. Chris definitely helped me overcome a lot of nerves (and questions ) while buying my very first new car. I really went in thinking there was no chance of me walking out with a brand new one. Everyone Chris introduced me to there was super nice.Grateful to Chris Nargi (my salesman) and the whole team.I will update when I have an experience with the service department as well but my mom bought her car here and had nothing but raving reviews about them.

I recently bought a car from Chris at Balise Hyundai in Springfield and let me tell you he made the process so easy! Chris really works with all his clients to make sure they are 100% happy with their choice and satisfied with the services, the process was not nearly as stressful as I thought it was going to be. In 2022, I purchased a Sonata from Balise Hyundai in Springfield, MA. Purchasing it was a very good experience, thanks to Brian Ortega, the Product Specialist who assisted us. He is very knowledgeable, communicates clearly and was patient with us. Buying a new car is not easy, but I would go back to Brian as a first option.In addition, I LOVE my Sonata! It s comfortable, handles well, looks good, and there have been no issues in the first two years of owning it. This was expected and is appreciated! The limited free-maintenance plan is generous. We also received substantial 4-year interest-free financing from Balise. Thank you Brian & Balise Hyundai!

2 Words, 1 Salesperson - Jonathan Hall. After having a somewhat unpleasant experience at another local Hyundai dealership, I decided to stop into Balise, and I couldn t be happier that I did From the time we shook hands in our initial greeting to pulling off the dealership lot, Jonathan was transparent, kind, knowledgable and worked with me to get a new 2024 Tucson. He went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint, and it made the car buying process an extremely enjoyable one! It was time to get a new car. I really liked the Santa Fe so I decided to head to Balise Hyundai seeing I've been a Balise customer since I moved to Western Mass in 1995. I pre-applied through Hyundai US and was pre-approved instantly. I soon got contacted by Ryan Karas, a salesman at Balise Hyundai. He was very accommodating with my busy schedule. From the moment I walked through that door he made me feel at ease. ( After all, we "All" love car shopping."NOT"Hyundai had already forwarded my credit approval to Balise so it was only a matter of finding the right car for me. Ryan went above and beyond. He was patient and did not push " I don't like pushy so his approach to me was genius". He let me test drive whatever I wanted. It was all about me for the first time ever car shopping. I can't say enough great things about Ryan. He's the new generation of great car salesmen. I'm totally loving how this newer generation treats people. He is young and eager, he takes his time with you and makes you feel like your wants and needs are the " ONLY" things that matter. I found this purchase to be the most pleasant car buying experience I have EVER had and at my age...I've had quite a few cars. His knowledge of every vehicle made by Hyundai was as if there was a Hyundai College and he was at the top of their class. Thank You Ryan & Balise Hyundai. I will refer you to everyone I know who is interested in purchasing a new vehicle. When Ryan came in on his day off to make sure I had a smooth pickup of my new vehicle it really made a difference. It s taken me a while to write this review but hopefully better late than never! Was in the market for a new Hyundai Palisade and was having a hard time finding any at dealerships. I called several other dealerships with either no return phone calls or limited customer service. I was lucky to land with Chris at Balise Springfield. He was nothing but helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. From answering my questions, to working with my schedule, to being gracious with a last minute change in the trim level I wanted, to advocating for me throughout the process I could go on. He s not only excellent at his job but also a nice person too! This was a great experience that was 100% due to Chris. Thanks again!

Balise might have a courteous, helpful sales department, but once you buy the service department is terrible. Mind you they sold me the car with a tire lock and provided no key. Found out during tire rotation. I schedule a week before to have it removed and I still waited 2 hours for a damn bolt. That's terrible and unacceptable. Do better. Plus the service counter girls are rotten and not helpful, with stank attitudes for no reason. It's your job, do it with a smile on your face not the dog face I received.

Chris Nargi is a great guy/salesman. He is not pushy and does not expect anything from his customers. He leaves all decisions up to the customer after giving his recommendations. Overall, great experience at balise. Would highly recommend!

I needed a car asap after mine suddenly died and I had to junk. As soon as we walked in Ryan approached us and was so nice. I had an idea of what I wanted and price range and there was no pressure from him. He showed us several cars in that range and then asked which I d like to test drive. I fell in love with the first car I tried and after some discussion I picked it, and everything went as smooth as possible. Before taking out he sat with us and went through all the amazing features the car has and I was impressed. Great guy and so friendly! And great professional service! I m so happy Highly recommend Balise!

Jonathan Hall was everything anyone should expect when buying a car and more. My process started by just looking and I was not pressured during day 1, however I was given options and a follow up email with my options of the day. I was able to talk to him that evening about a certified pre owned vehicle, made an appointment for the next day, and drove home with a new car!I was given options, walked through every and all parts of the car, and not once felt like I was taking up too much of his time or hurried up.Both Jonathan and the team were wonderful in this process.

After a frustrating weekend of desperately searching car dealerships from Connecticut to Western Ma to Fall River, our last stop was at Balise where my girlfriend and I were met by Ryan Karas, a sales consultant. Ryan was diligent in responding to our requests and really wanted to help. We needed a vehicle desperately after the previous vehicle had been damaged badly. Every dealer we went to after searching online inventories of each dealership just didn t seem to have the actual cars they had listed as being available. We took a chance with Balise and we are so happy we did. Ryan s biggest concern was making sure we got what we came for. And he delivered. Not only met our expectations but far exceeded them. Even after the paperwork was done, as his shift had ended hours before, he stayed to make sure everything went smooth, never rushing the process at all. He was patient with my girlfriend and I as he explained literally every feature the car has to offer. Car dealers get a bad reputation in terms of trust and customer service sometimes but Balise won when they got Ryan to represent them as a sales consultant. Thank you Ryan we greatly appreciate your help. You literally saved the day and we absolutely love the car!!Dave T

I just bought a new car through Balise Hyundai and Ryan Karas was my Sales Consultant. He was super friendly from the get go and not pushy at all. I d gone to another car dealer in the area and felt like the consultant was standoffish and I was bothering him to help me. Ryan was a delight to work with. He was patient with all of my questions. In September 2021, I financed my first Hyundai, a 2022 Palisade. I got it exactly how I wanted, including the exterior color, interior color, and all the extra features. I absolutely LOVED my new Palisade!! I took it on numerous road trips and felt safe driving it. Exactly 2 years later, in September 2023, with only 45,000 miles on it, I had to get the back brakes and rotors replaced. There were already about 4 recalls on the vehicle by this time. On December 12, 2023, while I was driving to work my car started to shake and kept bucking. I went to Balise and after they ran a diagnostics, they found that the engine head was cracked. I was also informed that the parts needed to fix it were on back order. About 2 months later, I was contacted by a service representative from Balise that the technician at the dealership contacted engineering at Hyundai and was informed that the fuel injector and other things need to be repaired along with the engine. The parts needed for these additional repairs were also on back order. Finally on March 4th I received a call that my Palisade was fixed and I could go pick it up. After picking up the vehicle while I was on my way home, the vehicle bucked a couple of times. I drove the car around for a few weeks and it would still buck from time to time. I went back to Balise and informed them that the car was still having issues. While I was in the customer lounge, my salesman, Jesse Burnham, happened to be walking through and stopped to talk with my husband and I. We discussed the issues that I was having with the Palisade and how unhappy I was with the vehicle. I informed him that we had filed a complaint with Hyundai Corporate and we weren t getting anywhere with them. He said he would come back and check on us. About 10 minutes later Jesse came back and told us that he didn t like that we were dissatisfied and unhappy with the Palisade. He said there were some options to perhaps get me out of the car loan and that he will do everything he can to help me as he didn t like to hear that I was having so many problems with my vehicle. As I expected the technician couldn t find anything wrong with my car. On my way home that evening the vehicle bucked a couple of more times.The next day I went back down to Balise to speak with Jesse about my options . Well Jesse kept his word, he did everything he could to get me out of that car loan without a lot of penalties. He and the manager, Brian personally worked with me to get me into a new vehicle with roughly the same payment. I ended up leasing a 2023 Santa Fe. It s not the Palisade and honestly I didn t care because my faith in the car was unsatisfactory and I wanted nothing more to do with the Palisade. I absolutely appreciate EVERYTHING that Jesse and Brian did for me and my situation. I honestly don t know too many car dealerships/salesmen that would go above and beyond the way they did. I am very grateful to Jesse because he cared about my dissatisfaction with the vehicle and as his customer. While I was at the dealership, he had a couple of other customers show up around the same time and he gave us all the same attention. He made it a point to not let me leave the dealership with the Palisade. He made sure I left as happy as I could with the Santa Fe. Although my experience with the Hyundai product hasn t been great, my experience with Balise Hyundai has been positive. If you are in the market for a Hyundai and want an honest and earnest salesperson, I would definitely recommend Jesse Burnham. He cared enough to help me resolve my issues with a bad situation.

I was thoroughly�impressed with not only the service department and�its people but also the attention�to detail that the service tech (Angel) was able to provide.�Angel even went as far as taking a 20 minute ride with me and he was able to see and identify three problems that I've had with my car since it was brand�new. I had previously brought my car to two other dealerships while it was still under warranty and they weren't even willing to take the time to look for�the�issue's. I'd highly recommend this dealership.
