I went to do my inspection. And they almost eat me. This guy came out to me with a very ugly attitude. I don't know if it was because of my clothes, which were dirty because I left work or because I arrived 30 minutes before they closed. It's a nasty place especially this old white dude. I don't recommend it at all. Worst place ever.

Don t buy a car from this man. Both my friend and uncle purchased cars from this place and they both needed major work. One of them was driven for two months before the alternator stopped working. He tried charging to fix it himself but we obviously didn t jump on that. This man is a crook and will sell you bad cars so he may continue to profit. He probably shouldn t have a dealership in general. Be warned.

The worst experience I ever experience with my truck. They put on tie rods for me and my wheel fell off twice, I should never went back after the first time it fell off. Decided to fix my truck at the dealer everything they fixed I had to get if fixed again by the dealer. Told the owner about my experience and how I had to get everything he fixed all over again, he made it seem as if the dealer was just taking my money after my wheel fell off twice after his garage so called fixed it.Never again!!!!!

Fair pricing and service the guys helped me there a lot when I had issues with my muffler in my exhaust system they referred me to someone that was a specialist with mufflers and they got the job done and I was able to go and get my car inspected

Acme Auto did the labor of installing new brakes on my GMC Savana van, that were provided by me, (eg. rotors, calipers, brake pads, drums, the works). After leaving the repair shop and travelling home, I heard pulsating/vibrating noises everytime I pressed the brakes. I figured maybe the brakes shoes needed time to "break in" with the new drums. This problem did not go away, so I brought it to the attention of the shop's owner, and he had his mechanic check the brakes. The mechanic assured me that he didn't find anything wrong. The problem with the brakes persisted thereafter.I decided to take the van to West Side Tire & Auto Services in West springfield. They found the problem with the brake shoes & corrected it. I will not ever do business with with Acme Auto Repair. Recommend to consumers to stay away from this business.

WORST PLACE FOR INSPECTON DONT DO IT. Came here with my Jeep Wrangler and added some Halo LED headlights. Failed me for not MASSDot approved headlights, and they also removed one of my canbus relays to make one of the headlights have faulty high beam function.Basically they removed a wire to make my headlights faulty. Never going here again. Hope I saved someone $35 and a huge red R inspection sticker.

Bought a red Jeep off of them for $2,000 and the Jeep has a lot of problems with it and I only had it for 2 months! They wouldn t fix it no matter how much we asked worst experience ever!
