Can t say enough good things about Bernie s! I will never go anywhere else. He is honest and reliable, the BEST around. He has kept my Jeep Patriot running whenever I have a problem. His wife is a sweetheart too , lots of fun to talk to while you wait for your vehicle. Just started going there for repairs on my 1999 Ford Ranger mainly because of his years of experience, which includes 18 wheelers. Older vehicles are a pain, always something and I cannot afford a newer vehicle yet. So far my dealings with Bernie have been great. He's very personable, has been easy to contact, will work in a last minute fix if he can, has kept repairs very affordable for me and willingly explains the issue and options. I never ask how much it will cost because per my experience so far, he does what he can to do a quality repair and keep it in an affordable range.Just a really nice, easy going guy. Glad he's around.Update: 2023Still my mechanic, wouldn't trust anyone else. I got a larger Dodge truck a few years back, had him go through it, fix what was needed and he's been keeping it in good repair for me ever since. He's still the same great guy as the day he opened. Great work ethic, people skills, always positive and honest.*Tip - He really appreciates people that take care of their vehicles. Hey good motivation to clean your vehicle at least once a year too.Anyway, a big "Thank You" to Bernie and the crew.

Reliable honest work bernie is great! My whole family goes there and we never have issues with our vehicles after getting them back. Everyone is very nice.

Went in for a oil change an knew about another issue he found what the issue was gave me a price for the repair. He explained everything an made some recommendations definatly will go back

My review keeps getting deleted but This company has by far the rudest employees. especially the lady at the desk in the office she swears at people that work 3rd party dropping off THEIR Car parts they ordered. I wouldn t recommend this company to ANYONE.

Bernie's Automotive on Route 9 is a very good place for your automotive repairs and maintenance needs. I bring the vehicles from the company I work for and my personal vehicles there as well. He is honest, easy to talk to, and very informative. He can do just about any repair or maintenance you vehicle needs at very competitive prices.

We just left our house to head out for a camping trip had a problem with our truck. We stopped at advanced got the part pulled in with are camper hooked up to the truck. One of the guys came right out are part we just bought was broken. He had someone drop off a part in less than 20 minutes put the part on with out us unhooking from the camper and we were on are way. They stopped what they were doing to help us out. I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you for helping us out so we could continue on our trip!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a set of tires installed at the end of Aug 2020. He quoted me a price, performed the work the next week, paid what he quoted. Great work, professional, courteous. Will use for any future work. Thanks Bernie!

I didn't know about this place because it's kind of tucked back from the road beside Klem's. Found them when I needed some tire work and they're excellent, fast and professional. They do full service repairs (everything except body work). If I need service I'll be back.Service: TiresService: Tires

Bernie is in my opinion is one of the best assets to come to the town of Spencer. He is absolutely professional and courteous and more then fair with any and all repairs performed...my wife and i have been going exclusively to bernies for over 6 months now and couldnt be happier...he explains any and all repairs, pricing, parts needed etc...dont just take my opinion, look up bernie and see for yourself..years of experience fixing just about everything mechanical known to man..my wife and i and our two vw beetles would be lost without him...your the best Bernie....Mike and Darcy
