Undoubtedly, one of the best parts store there is. If they don't have it in stock they usually get it for you the next day. Prices are competitive and I love doing my order online and picking it up later that day. Such a convenience.

Just like any other advance Auto parts store they will have lots of options for quick and easy shopping for your vehicle. Whether you're looking for car additives, oil, tools, batteries , maintenance and repair solutions , car accessories and automotive gadgets this is the place to go to. They are also a UPS drop off point which I noticed a lot of people didn't know. So if you have a UPS box and label ready to be picked you can drop this off at this location. The only downside is they have a lot of off-the-shelf cheap brands and products that wouldn't be very good to use for your vehicle. Other than that convenient little place in the plaza.

Couple years ago I left a two star review because of a completely careless employee, gonna add on a few stars because of my latest experience here. Last week Paul helped me get brake parts, he was extremely helpful and went out've his way for me. Appreciate it!

Went in to pick up a new headlight bulb. You can scan a QR code on your phone to find out which bulb you need. The guy at checkout double-checked for me so I didn't get the wrong one, and offered some advice on installation. Very helpful!

I ONLY go to this location for my car parts that I can't find at a junk yard. They always have a great sale on oil. The staff is also top notch and are very knowledgeable. I would suggest signing up for their rewards program, speed perks. It's free and give you exclusive offers with cash back rewards (not real cash, but like $$ coupons to use on future purchases)

By far the best auto parts place around. I pass 2 CAP s and a O reillys just to come here. The staff, who are basically experts, will literally help you with anything! I recommend this place to anyone that needs any kind of auto parts. 6 stars if I could..!

Usually have what I need, sometimes there is a wait to checkout (typically if someone is trying to find all the parts for their 1994 Reliant or such). Pro-Tip you can save some money by ordering online and then picking up at the store. It's usually available for pickup in just an hour or so. When ordering online there are often discount codes available.

Great store it's well kept, very well stocked and the customer service is fantastic, they can help with most anything you need along with advice for other parts you might need to do the job properly, I've been shopping there for over 20 years, and I plan to continue.

Go here frequently to get parts for my miata. Great staff. PRO TIP: Always go online, and buy the parts for in store pickup. You instantly save 10 percent on your order, and they'll have the order ready to pick up in e0 mins. Much, MUCH easier and faster. Plus if you frequently go, you'll rack up the savings

I walked in there with a big smile and positivism that I was going to get the advise and help that I needed. First of all, no one greeted me. The guy at the front desk was with a customer but also starring at a cellphone... Then I approached an older guy and he looked just so confused by my request... All I wanted was a knowledgeable person to look at my car that was parked right outside, so he could tell me exactly what part I needed because I didn't know exactly. This old man calls for BOB. This man treated me like I was an ignorant and stupid person, he said "we are not mechanics here that's your problem" I was being patient because I instantly noticed he was one of those ones... Plain and simple ASSHOLE. He goes "ALL I NEED IS YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL"' Which I already knew!!! I followed him back inside and I was already pissed off. I told him you "know what- nevermind; I wont give you the sale, your customer service skills SUCK". Instead of trying to fix the problem, he answered back "HOW MY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK, MA'M? I could not believe this guy. What's worse is that I went there recommended by my father in law, who has been a customer for many years. I will never-EVER- set a foot on this store and I will always DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

Good for "if they have it and you can't find it anywhere else, we'll charge you well over the price it goes for" auto parts. Save yourself the time, drive down the street to NAPA or AutoZone, heck drive 1/2 hour to Milford CAP than deal with these jokers, who won't honor their own rewards discount program, the parts loan program is a joke, you can buy the tool for less than the deposit and it will be better quality.

One of their drivers almost took me out in the crosswalk outside doing 30+ mph in the parking lot so can t recommend.

Pretty good auto parts store. Helpful and knowledgeable employees. Sometimes the prices charged are double what you can find a part for online. Still I'm glad they're nearby.I

I went in to get an OBD scan done and the woman behind the counter told me she was short staffed and to come back later. Meanwhile, I just opened the door for one employee to walk into the store, and two others were standing in the back, talking and laughing. I went to NAPA and had the scan done that only took 60 seconds and got the part that was needed. The woman behind the counter needs a lesson or two in customer service.

Called twice about an hour apart to see if they had something in stock. Both times on hold for over 10 minutes. No exaggeration. That can't be acceptable.
