UPDATED: It took a Google review to get satisfaction, but the company came through for me when the branch owner could not. So for the location itself 1 star, but for the company as a whole 5 stars for an average of 3.MAKE SURE YOUR LUG NUGS GET TIGHTENED!Long term customer, I brought my car in for an oil change with tire rotation. Two days later, driving to work in the dark, I felt a bad vibration. Pulled over, I could turn the lug nuts with my fingers, they were SO LOOSE!!!! I dug out my tire iron and snugged them all the best I could and had my maintenance guy at work torque them down for me.None of the tires had been fully tightened!!! My heart was pounding all day, it was a very frightening experience for a 60+ year old woman having to pull over in the dark on a busy road. I contacted Monro repeatedly and got no satisfaction from them. Extremely poor service and equally poor customer service.

Super friendly, never feel pressured in any suggestions the make. I feel like I'm at a small family mechanic not a national chain. Quality work for a fair price. Highly recommend. Great bunch of people who work there. Have been customers now for a long time and will continue to be. Thank you

Lacked communication as to how much repairs will cost even just an estimate until after they do the repairs and how long it should approximately take(I understand things can take longer but a ball park would be nice sometimes). Paid for an alignment and will be going to a different location for a better inspection due to my car pulling to the right still pretty badly.. which I think should have been noticed if they did a test drive after. I understand they are short staffed but that should not affect customer service.

I came to Monroe after getting an oil change at Valvoline. After driving an hour to work, I noticed that my car was leaking oil. I called Monro to see if they could look at my car and they were able to fit me in the same afternoon.Chris was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue of a loose oil filter that Valvoline failed to secure when I had my oil changed two days earlier. They tightened the filter free of charge and my experience was positive from start to finish. I really appreciate their help and kindness during that stressful time.

Took 2hrs to get my tire fixed! Costumer service is ok needs a little more work dont recomend unless u got 2hrs or more.

Had never had a problem with an oil change before until last month. Made an appointment day before, came in next day on said time to be told they had no technicians..really? Had to come back at 3. Came back to get attitude by employee On who told me told me to come back!!! Unprofessional and rude. ended up getting an oil change .. I think but didn t rotate tires like advertised. Got a survey next day and got nothing back from anybody about what I wrote. Who runs this place? The people or a company. Never again.

My oil change was the worst job I ve ever had done. The person who did my oil change left my cap off and placed it next to it instead of screwing it on and my car died on me one week after. I brought it to a mechanic and they found the cap off of it and oil was EVERYWHERE. My engine had to be wiped off and I never got a refund. Worst service I ever had in my life. When I returned to tell the manager what the person did to my car, he never apologized. He simply said we I can give you more oil . That wasn t the point. My kids were in the car with me when my car died and I absolutely was terrified. I brought my car there with no problems and came out with it damaged.

Made a 1:30pm appointment for an oil change and proceeded to wait 45 minutes without them even taking my car into the garage. Would have waited longer but I ended up leaving after 45 minutes. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you'd like to spend an hour or more waiting for the technicians to even ask for your keys.

Great staff, but some issues.Alignment machine is broken, rotor resurface machines are broken. Need to Make appointment before the visit. Prices are higher compare to others. Got Free pads replacements which i will never use. 10 Stars for friendly staff.

The manager Chris is very friendly and helpful, and obviously cares about his work and his customers. The only reason I didn t give 5 stars is that the shop was very short staffed leading to long wait times for basic services like oil change and tire rotation.

Better technicians this time. First experience was not good but this one was so far. A little pricey but worth it but we ll see the more I drive my vehicle since repairs. Thank you and hope to use your services in the future if needed.

Highly recommend. I had an oil change somewhere else. They did not tighten everything and oil was leaking out. Angel was so helpful. Looked over everything and fixed issue. So grateful for his help and kindness in a very stressful situation.

Had monroe put a exhaust system on my ford f150, 2 years ago. The tail pipe fell off a few month ago and then today october 31st the muffler fell off. Not a good place to get a exhaust system. They need to find a new mechanic, obviously they sell junk.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Went to Monroe for an oil change and tire rotation. First of all they forgot to rotate my tires and when asked they rotated them quickly and never told me my alignment was off. Ever since I went to Monroe my car has been shaking so I took it to Nissan and they told me I need 4 new tires and an alignment because Monroe never did anything about my alignment. I ll never go here again everyone beware

Fantastic services! I couldn t be happier. The facilities are very clean, the staff are super friendly. They were super quick in fixing our flat tires. In general highly recommend.

The best, hands down. Our coolant started leaking everywhere on the highway at noon on a Saturday. Two other shops wouldn't even LOOK at the car. The guys at Monro checked right after we pulled in, told us what we needed to do, and let us wait in their lobby/use the bathroom for over an hour while we waited for a friend to rescue us. 10/10, thank you for saving us!

Made a appointment to bring my dully truck in there with 6 brand new tires that were shipped there from simple tire so the tires were in the shop dropped it off wasn t a problem now this is a 2015 ram 3500 17 inch rim nothing out of the ordinary factory rims was told it would be a 1 1/2-2 hours so I went shopping I had no truck so nothing I could do so I said no problem was called 1 1/2hr later and they can t do the job was rudely told me he can t do it and there s nothing he can do so I said I would be right over and same story I asked why and he said he had a old machine and my rims are to deep just had these tires off 6 months ago for a rotation balance and aliment from another shop in 45 minutes not like they ve been on for years and they are hard to come off I m very surprised a shop that all over the place very well known can t work on a dully like this the most common rim out there not like there 19.5 and 14 ply like my other truck they are e rated tires on a factory rim figured I would give warning on any dully going there not to waist your time like I did half a day was wasted. And I have my tires in my bed 6 of them. Didn t even recommend another shop i even pre paid for the job.

They did an oil change quickly. The manager was pretty rude. I was ready to tell him a thing or two but I needed the oil change. I was 5 minutes late and he scrolled me. There were no customers present.

Don't... Had a flat, put on the doughnut, late sunday so I went on line and booked an appointment for 2 new tires.Due to a ball joint issue the driver side front and passanger rear woren on the outside.When I got there they told me I was late and that I should call because the web site is not accurate.I asked if they could still fit me in and was told by the end of the day they could.I called later that day around 4 to see if it was ready as I had not heard back, and the tires had not yet been deliveredAnother day later it was ready 15min before closing...it was raining hard and getting dark so I didn't notice till the next day they put both on the front... 2 days and still wrong...Had to buy another tire somewhere eles.....

My van has had ongoing issues over the last year and Monro staff have always been incredibly helpful. We had work done and one of the techs (who I don't believe works there any longer) had messed up and forgotten to grease some parts causing a thumping feeling and sound. Monro owned it and scheduled me to come in and fix it on them (as they should have). They are a bunch of great guys.

Had an appointment for 9:00 am arrived early, took my car right in. Leaving now at 9:01 am. Tire fixed, the guys were awesome. Highly recommend!

I got a flat tire today. My husband walked in and they looked at my car immediately like within 10 mins. Then they fixed the flat tire right away without charging us any money. I ll definitely come back here to get some service next time!!

Got charged for a tire rotation and oil change when I only received an oil change. Literally watched the guy preform the oil change, no tire rotation.

Very friendly and helpful! Fit us in for 2 oil changes even though we accidentally went to the wrong shop so arrived here late for the appointments. We ll definitely be back for future services.Update: just stopped by because my tire keeps losing air. They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment and patch my tire up for me real quick! Five Stars all the way!
