Jay is absolutely wonderful!! I felt like a kid in a candy store!! I've been waiting for over a year to get my system back and he gave it to me withing a few hours!! He knows his stuff!! He called me when the quote he gave was no longer accurate just to let me know and see if it was ok for him to proceed. This is now my go to place and Jay is my go to guy for anything and everything that I can possibly get him to do!! Thanks for the awesome experience and thank you so very very much for installing my system and giving me back my steering wheel controls!! Wonderful man he is!!!

I would highly recommend for any of your audio/stereo needs, very fast, reliable, punctual and knowledgeable when it comes to your audio needs...very straight forward and the best prices around....Points you in the right direction and gets you exactly what you're looking for in a stereo system...I will definitely recommend and continue to do business in the future 100%!!!....all in all great service and staff.....10/10 across the board.... thank you for everything, my family truly appreciates it.... you're a awesome man Jay.

I called one afternoon, and the next day my double-din radio was installed. Jay is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. In fact, I dropped off my car around 10AM, I received a call by 2PM that it was completed. His price for the install was very reasonable. I will definitely return should the need arise.

They are very professional and personable business. My son recommended Mobile Audio to me for a Remote Starter installation. I called my car dealer and other installation shops in my area (Northbridge, MA), but they were not able to match the price Mobile Audio gave me. Jay agreed to come in early to do the install in my 2012 Camry, which I really appreciated. He did a great job and the price was right. It s been 6 months now with no issues. 2 weeks ago I brought in my wife s 2014 CR-V for a remote starter. Between the 2 vehicles it was a considerable savings compared to other places. It definitely was worth the drive and time.

Skilled sales and customer service. A quick and impeccably neat installation. I highly recommend this one man show to anyone needing a remote starter, car alarm, or sterio. Definitely worth the trip for quality workmanship!

I came here for a remote starter and it was nothing but a great experience. Jay was friendly and very professional, the install was quick and a reasonable price. If you're near Southbridge and want a remote started I couldn't recommend this place enough.

When you go to a business for the first time you always hope you are not going to get taken advantage of. Jay at Mobile Audio was a gentleman and as far as I can tell, a bit of a magician too. He fixed up a radio issue in a vehicle I purchased where the dealer's service people relaced a missing (stolen?) radio with an aftermarket unit. The sound was terrible but Jay was able to rewire everything so that now it plays as well if not better then when it rolled off the assembly line. I was hoping that I wouldn't have to take a second mortgage out to pay for the repair. I was shocked at the final price. Hell I spend more than that when I go out to dinner! Jay's pricing was far far below what I was expecting. I will be seeing him soon for a remote starter. What a great place to take your vehicle for sound and other accessories!

Im pretty hard to impress but this place got me as a lifetime customer! The gentleman is very nice, attentive and professional! Im baffled at how amazing of a job he did and it was incredibly fast also. Whenever I may need something done to my car again I will go to high lengths and rather travel if I am far just to bring it here! I would legit give 10 stars if I could.
