My husband for a week and a half had been trying to get his exhaust fixed , went to ADT in charlton was told we had to order entire exhaust at 700.00 so we contacted another auto body shop in Oxford dropped car off two days later ughhh can t do it blah blah blah , husband and I took a ride from charlton to southbridge on a whim to see if w could speak with a mechanic about this exhaust we stopped at Edwards with out hesitation he told my husband sure I ll have it done in a few hours, we dropped it off at noon at by 4:00 pm we get the calm the car is ready !!!! First time here also , great job fair price and done fast impressed is an understatement! Blown away that two other highly rated garages had excuses and not enough time or just didn t wanna do it ! Soooo it s safe to say Edwards has become our go to mechanic! Thank you for a job well done, amazing service and price seriously you don t know how happy we are!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had trouble finding a place to fix my truck. Most said job was too difficult and complicated. Brought it to Edwards... no problem. Job done quick, right, for a great price! Highly recommended.

The kid pumping gas is rude. I sat there for 10 minutes to get gas, then he has and attitude told me to go around cuz there was 3 cars behide me. I drive 2500 not easy to go around the island, other side was full also, should have had the other cars to go around. Didnt even bother getting gas after that. Not going back there again

The mechanics and staff here are the absolute best. Very very friendly. I love coming here because the staff are always super nice and very professional. I've been coming here to Ed's for years. Ed and his father Tony as well as everyone who works there knows what their doing and get the job done right. Edward is a great guy, extremely professional and friendly. He always gives me the best price in town and takes care of me consistently & usually fits me in his busy schedule which I appreciate a lot. Been coming here for years and never had a problem. Best place in Southbridge! Any time my friends are having car problems I send them here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Never have I had to return to an auto shop for the third time in just 36 hours. I just wanted all my breaks replaced front back all around I didn t care about price and now I ve had to have 4 different mechanics look at this car laughing at the job. Really nice owner who tried his hardest to fix it but unfortunately nice doesn t fix my car. Now I have new problems I have to get diagnosed from a different mechanic. Please don t go here other for gas and inspections.Service: Brakes

I would recommend coming here, they are great people! My 2009 Subaru Forster head gasket blew and he found my radiator had a crack. Eddy fixed it within a weekend even tho he had to take everything apart and help me out with the cost. I paid half the price i would from any other shop. Thank you eddy!!

I have been a customer of Edwards for years. I have always owned high end imported vehicles (Audi & BMW), and currently still do. I learned of Edwards Auto and have had my cars serviced there ever since. Some of the issues where very technical in nature. Super knowledgeable owner and mechanic (Dave). They are fair, honest, and always answer any questions that I have. I highly recommend them!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Brakes, Air conditioning

Edward's Garage went above and beyond what anyone would reasonably expect, to get a car back on the road for a stranded out-of-Stater. Their work resolved a real emergency we were experiencing, and they did this for a very reasonable price. All this was on a Saturday and required that they work after normal business hours. I cannot praise Edward and his staff highly enough. They absolutely demonstrated the highest level of caring and ethical behavior in this emergency we were experiencing.We in Massachusetts this past weekend for an event with a number of other out-of-states. A good friend from Pennsylvania had a minor collision with his car that rendered it undrivable. We ended up at Edward's Garage where the car was made roadworthy for the trip home. I cannot imagine another mechanic doing more to help a stranded traveler. I wish I had a mechanic like Edward nearer to my home! I will never go to another mechanic again!!! after months and months of trying to figure out what was wrong with my car lots of different shops and lots of wasted money I want to edwards he took care of my problem within an hour didn't overcharge me! Might not look like much compared to other mechanic places, but TRUST me Edwards is definitely where u should go for your car needs. I needed an oil change and everywhere I called was booked and didn t take walk ins. I walked into Edwards and he took me right away for my oil change. Was professional and nice about it too. Was in and out and he checked my tire pressures too. Will definitely be back to EdwardsService: Oil change

I got my car inspected in October. After waiting for nearly half an hour, I got told that I had some repairs that needed doing for the car to pass. No biggie, it's an old car. I get told 45-1 hour, so I walk down to the local Dunkin donuts. While there, I get another call; they've found something else wrong with it. When I asked if it was part of the inspection, my question was evaded and they say it's necessary but won't say why. I get a new price estimate: $130. Ok! That's fine. I go back to the shop, and get told there's something else wrong that they could fix but parts alone would be $300ish, and it's not mandatory so I skip it. I go to pay, and the price has somehow rocketed up to almost $400! When I looked at the invoice after, they had charged me for an hour and a half of labor, twice, at $75 an hour. Now, don't get me wrong, that's a reasonable price per hour. But how dare they not include that in the estimate? I feel cheated, and hurt, and my wallet still hasn't recovered. I won't be going back there for anything, and I'm upset with myself for not listening to other reviews about the inspection service.

I fill up I get gas here this is my gas station they have great prices they're very one of the lowest in the town of Southbridge owner has great personality and he works hard at his businesses

Conartist to the highest degree! Messed up my brand new control arm by not installing it properly. Now it's about to come off. They also didn't install my tie rod properly on the other side of my car(compromised as well). I'm upset all the parts that I bought to have them put in is now junk! I can't drive my car, and it hasn't even been a year. I have to replace everything! I would NOT recommend anybody to go to this place! Also, when my car was in their shop they called to tell me they were charging me extra to replace another part on my tire(I still don't have the proof of that). Looked the same to me. BAD BUISNESS!

I guess the gas pump was broken or they didn t have gas and the owner was incredibly rude when I pulled up. And he talked to me like I didn t know how to drive and asked if I saw the sign which was a small piece of paper on a pump. I usually dont go here but now never again. Anyway I don t want watered down gas in my car . Have a good one!

Dave is a really cool mechanic. Hes fast and efficient. Knows what hes doin. Just a little hard getting quotes on work seeing the owner doesnt like to answer his phone. But besides that i recommend

Needed an oil change told them I was coming between 10 and 1015 when I got there they asked me what I was there for I told them An oil change I called he said OK I proceeded to sit in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before I just decided to leave because I couldn t stay any longer. I went there with a check engine light on and they diagnosed it free of charge. Then I had them do the work and they got me in the next day. Their prices are very reasonable and they had me in and out in no time flat. I highly recommend them..!!!!

Being from out of state amd unfamiliar with this area i was hesitant on taking my toyota corolla anywhere but my local mechanic in NH. These guys were great, professional amd very efficient. Great service and wont take advantage of you because your a female. Definitely recommend for anything from a tow , to a oil change, to auto work!!! Best around!!

When I bought my 2001 Toyota Corolla a couple months ago I ve been having nothing but trouble and Edward was the first place I went to they fix every problem best mechanics in Southbridge in my opinion so everyone who is mouthing off about the garage and go to any to stop because their professional hard-working guys the owner type a guy that will help you out Dave done my front and back brake lines we went somewhere else you will be paying probably triple what I paid they ve done my calendar I had a converter welded on fit perfectly and he even welded a piece a part that was kind of coming loose he puts fix my electrical problems with my battery I will always come to Edwards for any problem I have my car because they re the only ones I trust in this town because most cities mechanics in town will try to make up some thing that s nothing wrong with your car and see it needs to be replaced and it doesn t at Edwards they re honest and they were always tell u what wrong with it not tell u to fix something you don t need so everyone go to Edwards best place in southbridgeServices: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change
