This was was first time using Tony's. I needed a whole new steering rack and had been quoted over 3k by the dealership. Tony gave what I thought was a very fair estimate of $2200. The job was done within a day and when I went to pay it was $1900 because of a part he didn't need to replace. He even waited late for me on a Friday evening so I could pick up my car before the weekend. Car runs great! Fair price! Awesome service! I would highly recommend Tony's automotive for whatever your service needs may be!

Whenever my car has an issue, my first call is always to Tony. I won't take my car anywhere else unless it's a problem he can't fix. Even then, he guides me to a trusted alternative. Tony and his team are the only mechanics I have complete trust in.

A HUGE Thank You to Tony's automotive. A nasty sharp curve reached out and blew out mom's right side tires... Between the tow company and Tony's Automotive, they had her back on the road the same afternoon. Minutes after the first S.O.S. call, Stephen called to tell us the tires were under warranty, they were already delivered to the shop and and he'd only charge her for the installation. Mom drove home after the whole ordeal with less than $50 out of pocket that day.They are ordering replacement hubcaps too! Honest. Ethical. Caring. We love you Tonys' Automotive!!!!

I have just moved here not too long ago and I needed my car repair. Found out that Tony's is only 10 minutes away so I used him. Turns out to be better then expected. He is very professional and letting me know what exactly happen to my car. And the price he charge is insanely good. It feels like he doesn't even charge labor. I took my car into Tony's recently for an overall check and diagnostic and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Tony was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and generous with his time. These guys are fantastic. I just moved to Grafton and did not have a mechanic to turn to that I knew. I needed to drop off the car and pick it up in their off hours. They collected payment over the phone and I picked up the car that night. They were very professional and more than willing to work around my busy schedule. I unfortunately, did not have an opportunity to meet these in person. The car was repaired and the price was very reasonable. It is obvious that these guys believe in charging a fair and honest price for an honest days work. I highly, highly recommend Tony's!

I can't recommend Tony's enough. Have already sent a number of friends there. They ALWAYS provide excellent service at fair prices. THE MOST HONEST MECHANICS you will ever find. Everytime I bring one of our vehicles in, I know I can trust what they're telling me and never worry about getting ripped off. Don't bother looking anywhere else. You won't be disappointed. There's a reason they have so many positive reviews..

These guys deserve every bit of praise they get. They're honest, hard working, and definitely won't try to screw you over. Prices are incredibly reasonable and they work very quickly, getting your car back to you in a short amount of time. Love recommending this shop to people because I know they'll be treated with respect and taken care of. No need to worry about your friends getting taken advantage of at your recommendation! This is the kind of shop you want to have when you say you know a guy. Seriously the best shop in the Worcester area

We have been bringing our cars to see Stephen & Tony for a couple years now. They are very honest, straight-forward men and very knowledgeable in their field. What more could you want in an auto mechanic? Their pricing is also very reasonable. We live 40 minutes away, and still continue to bring our cars there because they are so great. Highly recommend!

No complaints. They (Steve and Tony) really do communicate with you about what you need and what you DON'T need. Honest and quick service at a reasonable price. I love that they are a full service shop. They are truly knowledgeable about cars and provide the bets service. They communicate effectively. I love that I got windshield wipers (as every time I went to the store they were out). The simple things.

The best mechanic's shop I've ever patronized, by a fair bit, all because Tony and Stephen (Steven?) are such decent, honest people. They have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to find quicker, cheaper solutions to problems that I thought were going to be rather involved. Their prices are quite reasonable as well.If you live at all nearby, check them out.

By far one of the best shops I have been to, very friendly and knowledgeable. Super fair with their work and everything is done in a timely fashion. I have brought my trucks and cars to many shops, but this one has been the best and most honest with me about what needed to be done. I am very happy with their service and will no longer have to search for a reliable mechanic. Steve has been great to me and my family with all of our auto troubles.

I have taken my civic in twice now, once for a new muffler and today for new brakes. They do a great job and at very reasonable prices! Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend. Went in for an oil change and a checkup after jumping my car. He changed the oil and charged my battery up. Can t beat the price and didn t try to upset anything I didn t need. I went to Tony's for the first time a few days ago. I was referred from a friend. Once I called, they offerred to take a look at my car right away. Within minutes they solved the issue as well as filled my tires with air. The cost of the repairs was far lower than what I feared it could have been. I've had oil changes, brakes, and suspension work done here and I'm always satisfied. The prices are reasonable (I've called around to compare) and they are pretty accommodating when it comes to fitting people in. The brothers are nice and it's easily located. I used to live down the street wich is how I started going there but even after moving in happy to make the drive

Words cannot describe the feeling I have to finally have a place I can bring my vehicle for service and KNOW that I am not being ripped off. Tony's Automotive Service is second to none. Thank you for always being quick to diagnose, quick to get my vehicle in and also extremely reasonable in your price. Definitely the place I send my friends and family to.

If you want a honest assessment of the problem, Tony's is the place to go. I know so many people who have been told one expensive fix after another, then they go to Tony's and find out they didn't need the major part, only one piece for 1/2 the cost or less! If you do need the major part, they will search and find the best options for you at the best cost. You also pay their cost for the part unlike many others who resell it to you at a higher price. Their integrity and service are by far the best I have ever dealt with. Definitely the best place for automotive repairs AND maintenance!

I am so glad I live right down the street from Tony's Automotive. Fantastic work at a very fair price. Never any "surprises". They are extremely trustworthy and only charge for the time they actually spend on a vehicle unlike so many places. My daughter who lives in Boston has been overcharged for work at other places (such as $120 to "diagnose" the problem) and as a result now has all her work done here as well. Even if you don't live as close as I do, Tony and Steve are worth the trip!

Very competitive auto mechanics. Honest. Reasonable pricing. Dropped off my car earlier than I was scheduled due to upcoming snow storm and Steve still managed to get it repaired before the storm hit us. Thanks Steve.

Tony's Automotive is by far the best auto repair shop in the area. These two brothers have soooo much knowledge and experience in this field that they could handle any problem thrown at them. Their honesty and integrity that these guys have is amazing. Highly recommended and a 5 star in my opinion.

If you want your car properly maintained for a fair price, then this is the place you want to go. And by a fair price, I mean inexpensive. I guess technically fair would mean that it is good for me and good for the shop, but I don t think they made a lot of money working on my car, judging by the price. At least it was fair to me, and that s the important part.You know what s cool about this place? There is a guy named Tony who is actually there. Try that at Jiffy Lube. There is nobody there named Jiffy. I asked. And I wouldn t suggest walking in there and asking for Mr. Lube. I m pretty sure Mr. Lube is in a different kind of business.Anyway, Tony runs the place with his brother, Steve. These are all around good guys. They may look like they will ride up in a motorcycle gang and challenge you to a fist fight that you will definitely lose, but as it turns out they don t do that. They just fix your car. I was pretty relieved.The honesty and integrity they have is pretty impressive. They are more likely to educate you about what s going on in your car and explain the best and most cost-effective solution than you will get at a lot of other places. I think sometimes people can associate auto mechanic shops with legalized thievery due to the exorbitant charges. You know what I m talking about. Sometimes other places will charge you for made-up things, like refilling your headlight fluid, or replacing a faulty kinibbler pin. At Tony s Automotive, they give you the straight deal. They even hooked me up with a new flux capacitor because I guess my old one was getting worn out.I m just kidding about the flux capacitor, by the way.If you want your car properly maintained so that it doesn t break in the first place, this is the right place to go. They know all the little things you can do to help your vehicle run better and longer. I am really impressed with how thorough they are.If you re at all curious about prison rape, just try taking your car to one of the big auto repair companies or a dealership. I m pretty sure it s a similar sensation.If, on the other hand, that doesn t interest you, then just go to Tony s Automotive in South Grafton. If you don t live near South Grafton, then you should move there.
