Highly highly highly recommend!! They are absolutely lovely, friendly, honest people who do business right. I was recommended to this place after experiencing some not so honest mechanics, and they literally blew me away with their amazing customer service, transparent pricing and communication, stellar work, and convenience. They re very popular, no wonder why, so I recommend calling for appointments. I got my headlight changed here and my brakes repaired, and they have very competitive pricing and quick service. They ve become my go-to mechanics!

This is best place to go!! Completely transparent business! Work is flawless!! Jimmy and Steve really look out for their clients! Most reasonable cost. Its a great feeling to know that Collette's will take care of you at more than a FAIR price!

I was very pleased with the work done at this shop. I was rear ended and needed a navigation system, bodywork and paint. Bobby worked with my insurance company making it a seamless transaction for me. I received status updates on the progress via text message and phone calls. The workmanship was excellent quality. I was able to return my rental car to the shop when my vehicle was ready.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I have been using Collette Motors exclusively since moving to the area about 2 years ago. They run a really good down to earth business. Not pushy, fast, and extremely friendly. I've had multiple oil changes, super quick! I've also had body work, as well as some light engine work. Every visit is welcoming and and thorough, without the inflated price. I can say I would recommend them to anyone!

Spectacular experience! They repaired my car after a minor accident. They worked flawlessly with my insurance company, gave me regular updates on my car, showed me pictures of the interior damage, and even cleaned my car prior to me picking it up. They made a stressful situation super easy. Will absolutely use them again in the future!

I brought my Jeep to Jim at Collette Motors after being rear ended. Jim was very responsive, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure my car was in perfect shape. When I got my Jeep back, it was like new and it even looked cleaner than when I left it! I would definitely recommend Collette Motors and I will be bringing my car there for repairs if needed in the future.

I needed a tire plug and was in and out in 10 minutes. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I told them I just moved here and they sent me on my way without paying and welcomed me to the neighborhood. So grateful to have a friendly and reliable shop so close to home!

I cannot recommend Collettes enough! They are a uniquely proficient and trustworthy auto shop. I ve never felt as though I ve over payed for the work they ve done on my car, and the owner always takes time to explain in detail what is wrong with the car and what they will do to fix the problem. This review is based on the second time I've used this shop for body repair. First time I was rear ended and needed a little paint on my cars back bumper. Since they did a great quick job the first time I figured I would try a second time when I was once again rear ended and had my trunk pushed in. Brought my car in no problem. Said it would be a week, not too bad since I had a rental. Got a call my car is ready. Do the walk around and in drive off because I was in a rush to get back to work. Only to realize my taillight was still broken. I call them to let them know he instructs me to come right back and he will swap them out. I go back and they did not have the right tail lights to replace the broken ones. Instructs me to come back the next week. In the meantime I go to use my trunk and its offsides, they never fixed the actual trunk. Must've just bent it back into place. He said he would take care of it next week along with the tail lights. Go back the following week. Has my car all day, no problem but never fixed my trunk. Go back 2 more times and it's still not fixed. Have a gap on the side and doesn't close right. Basically gave up. Car will eventually be traded in.

I went here to get my oil changed because its not too far from where I live. Excellent service and good people who make you feel comfortable. Will definitely recommend for future services!

Collette Motors is a family run business in South Grafton. I can t say enough about my first experience beyond the five stars that I have given it for a rating.Except for the fact that I brought it in for brake issues and they were completely above board with the fact it was the right rear brake caliper and not the brake pads that was causing the issue (and, good news on my bill is that labor costs are much lower to replace a brake caliper then brake pads).Which made absolute sense (after they informed me about the resolution) due to the sound and the location where I heard the sound. But, as everyone knows, being in a car, it is sometimes tricky nailing down The precise location of an issue.I can t say enough great things about Collette Motors, based on my experience so far! I had previously been going to Grafton Tire (which I think is also fantastic), but I am switching to Collette Motors due to its proximity to where I live and my first experience with it.

Knowledgeable and trustworthy repair shop, does both mechanical and auto body work. Insurance authorized. Gives honest estimates of needed work. Also gives rides to home after drop off.
