Pay attention to your check engine light. I didn't and our 2013 Volvo XC70 started to overheat on the interstate. We were more than 100 miles away from home and I was worried that the car would go into limp mode. Fisher's was a mile away from a small hotel we found (lucky!!!) and I took the car in early in the AM and they cleared a spot on the schedule for me. Turns out a belt was shredded, and thus the water pump was not working. Car was fixed by afternoon and we were on our way. The bill was quite reasonable, and they were courteous, understanding, responsive to travelers in trouble. If I could give ten stars I would. So thankful that there are still businesses out there like that.

The only place we take our cars. Everyone is so friendly (especially the woman at the front whose name I regret not remembering!), knowledgeable, and honest. It's cash or check to help them save on CC fees, which is the least you can do for a local garage full of great people with honest prices.

After my girlfriend came home from Firestone, crying because they quoted her $400+ to swap a tire onto a new wheel, I did some googling and found Fisher s Garage. I called, made an appointment, and when the day came I was in and out in under an hour and for less than $40. Friendly people, great service, and they treat everyone with respect. Frank at Fisher's Garage gives his personal attention to each job, keeps his shop immaculate and charges totally reasonable pricing. The best in local repair shop qualities! They accept credit cards and prefer if you pay by check or cash to reduce their cc fee expenses . Always a very pleasant experience and very ahopy with their work. Highly recommended!

I was on my way to driving almost 200 miles away from home when I realized something was leaking from my motor. I called them like a maniac woman and asked if they on a Friday at 1 pm could just look at my truck to see if they could find the leak. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to help this maniac woman to diagnose and repair the situation that it was and took in stride like champs that I was a maniac. I can t recommend them enough. They saw I was panicked and did what they could to help me. Every single mechanic in the garage came over to my truck to lend their expertise and help to diagnose the problem and all of them spoke to me like I mattered and didn t once treat me like I was the maniac I was. That is service! Ten stars from this gal!

I got a flat tire on my drive to Virginia and ended up at Fisher's Garage three hours before they opened. The owner got there an hour early and helped me the best he could. He even put my spare on for me and directed me to a tire place down the street. He didn't charge me anything for the help and work, and said "I'm just happy to help you"If I was a local I'd go here always. Thank you, sir, for your kindness. I made it to VA, no problems.

This place is excellent! Every time I've gone here I have gotten a honest and easy explanation of the issues on my truck. It is always taken care of in a fast manner and at a good price. I recently moved about 45 minutes away but will return here for auto service. A+

Frank does great work. He'll assess your vehicle, provide a remarkably easy-to-understand diagnosis, and offer you the pros/cons of each repair option available (without any pressure). I can't say enough good things about Frank, Karen, and team.

With this being the only mechanic nearby in South Deerfield,I've been going to them for about 2 years now since I moved in recently,the lady at the desk is always really nice and helpful,the guys working are really knowledgeable,I've never had a bad experience there. I never feel like in being swindled and I trust them with my car and money. Very sad that they don't do Massachusetts inspections anymore though :(

Been there a couple of times for State Inspection. Had to bring my work vehicle in for repairs. Can't say enough, Great job!!! As a small business owner myself. It is awesome to bring a vehicle into a small town trustworthy business.

The receptionist was lovely but the older tech with the goatee was extremely rude. All because I had forgotten to hand my keys to the receptionist when I got there and she forgot to ask me for them. Do you have the keys, or what? Is not how you speak to people. I told him he could have asked me politely and he must have been annoyed and asked what I said. I said, never mind and walked away. From here out, I would just avoid that one tech. The others actually seemed to understand how to be polite.Like hell, it was inaccurate!! He was very rude! Maybe you are used to speaking to people like that without anyone saying anything but I m not going to post a review without reason! Learn customer service!! And as a customer I have every right to review my experience there. Don t like it?? Then LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE POLITELY!!

Visited for an inspection sticker. Friendly, genuine staff. Quick service. Garage felt professional and clean. I liked that the waiting area was a part of the service floor. Local business - try to make your transaction with cash.

Frank & his team have saved my bacon more than once- they are always courteous, thoughtful, prompt, and expert- even with my 11 year old Mini Cooper.The team at Fisher's take care to fully explain my options to me, and never over-sell.And they have the most beautiful puppy in the office! (Be sure and request a greeting from Molly)

I drove my roommate here to get repairs and they got a lot of things fixed way faster than they had expected it to take (tires, something to do with spark plugs, some other things)

Monday was dreadful and I would have understood if Frank had decided to close for the day. . . but there they were and my small service job got done because they made the appointment and stood by it.
