Anyone like me, who isn t exactly a gearhead, should listen up!Imagine this: My car gets all banged up, and I'm left scratching my head. But then I stumble upon Somerville Auto Center!From the get-go, they were like speedsters, super quick to respond and getting my car in pronto. And when some rusty parts arrived (ugh, so annoying!), they didn't bat an eye, just ordered fresh ones, and even gave me a ring to keep me in the loop.Now here's the magical part - they sorted out extending my rental with my insurance company seamlessly! They even let me drop off my rental with them and I had my car returned cleaner than it was before. Even the phone music was superior! Which I luckily didn t even have to listen to for long. Huge shoutout to the manager behind it all, Julio, who I m grateful I got to meet and thank personally.So, if you're like me, and car talk makes your head spin, trust me, Somerville Auto Center is the real deal. They're my go-to now, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Great experience with Julio and Marcelo. They took care of my Dad after someone crashed into his vehicle. The car left their shop looking better than it did before the crash! Very friendly and honest folks and would highly recommend them!

SAC did a great job replacing my cars front bumper and headlight after a small accident. When I picked it up, it looked good as new! The staff was also friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend and will come back if I ever need to in the future.

I highly recommend this place. I did extensive search in Cambridge and parts of Boston to find an auto repair shop with lowest price and shortest repair time. After going over 7 quotes, I chose this place. The quality of work is very high (see the before/after pics below). They are polite, and provided a gift card surprise to me at the end. They also reimbursed me on the cost of uber ride to get into the place to pick up my car. Excellent service overall.Service: Body & Trim

I was recently rear ended with a ton of damage to the back end of my car, and Somerville Auto Center made it look better than ever! They re super helpful and got my car done pretty quickly considering how many parts they had to order. The people I talked to answered all my questions (and I had a lot, as I ve never been in an accident or had any body work done to my car). I cant speak for pricing as it was all done through insurance, but I truly appreciate the amazing work they did on my car (they even cleaned the inside !!!). I ll absolutely be back if I ever need any more work done! Thank you to everyone at Somerville Auto Center!!!!

I am so happy with the service I got with Somerville Auto Center. They fixed my car painted it real nice that looks brand new. What surprised me is they fully detailed my car inside looks like I just bought a new car. Somerville Auto Center is the best!!! Luiza is so nice! Thank you so much

They get the job done in a friendly and efficient manner--prices are reasonable--when a young woman at the desk realized she overcharged me--she ran across the street to flag me down--to refund my money--in this day and age it is refreshing

Such a great place to go for auto work. Everyone is very kind. The owner is helpful, honest, and reliable. You get a sense that these guys really care for their customers like they're family. Family owned and really well run business. They do EXCELLENT work, the main foreman worked on Audi's and european cars for 30 years, he knows everything, Julio and Stanley will do whatever it takes to make you happy, highly recommend!!! They made my front bumper look outstanding!

Awesome people! Great service and responsiveness.I'm a stickler on any blemish on my car. They replaced a rear quarter panel that involved cutting and welding. Seamless weld and not noticeable at all. I also have a complex paint job with metallic flakes and they seamlessly matched that as well. 11/10, would recommend.

They provided a proper estimate, communication during repairs and now my vehicle looks brand new! They went above and beyond with a deep clean. Excellent service!Julio and Charlie are great guys and work with an amazing staff. I highly recommend them!

Great body shop. They did an amazing job with my car repair on the entire right side. Kept in touch with phone calls and texts and even squeezed me in for an earlier appointment when something opened up. Highly recommend

Got rear ended and had some other body work done on my Land Rover. Looks like new! They were super friendly, incredibly professional and very accommodating. They even washed my car and cleaned the interior before returning it. They definitely went above and beyond what I expected. I will absolutely use them again. Highly recommend. My new favorite.

I am very impressed by the service at this place. I got into a weird fender bender with my car and needed it to be fixed very quickly since it was leased car that I had to return in a few days. Julio was wonderful to work with. He assessed the situation and recommended a cost effective plan to fix it, when he could have easily quoted way more and make money from this vulnerable situation of mine (like some other autoshops in the area did).I felt I could trust him to do a good job which he did. I sincerely thank him for his help. I definitely recommend this place for their professionalism and work ethic.

They did a very good job both times for me. They also took a small job (painted a car door handle) and did a perfect job while charging a good price. I know they have bigger, better paying jobs so it's nice they did this job for me. I recommend them to anyone for auto body repair.

Wow, I had a fender bender and looked up auto body shops near me. They did an incredible job and made everything very easy for me, from start to finish they kept me updated on parts and progress for my vehicle.Can't tell you too much about pricing since it was covered by the other parties insurance. They even washed the exterior and cleaned the inside of my car and buckled all my seatbelts! Haha, I thought that was all very thoughtful.I am just so happy and my car looks so GREAT! I would definitely go back if I ever need repairs again. Thank you Somerville Auto Center!

My recent experience with Somerville Auto Center was perfection!!! Julio and Stanley are great, very informative. My car left the shop looking better than the day I bought it from Honda. I would absolutely recommend this Auto Body!! I will be a returning customer for any future body work. Great service and staff. Extremely pleased.

I always dread having to take my car in for anything. It's usually such a hassle and I end up spending way more than I anticipated because "by the way, you need this $500 system/part replaced IMMEDIATELY". My experience at Somerville Auto Center was anything but that! As soon as I explained what I needed, the garage manager stepped out to help me. I immediately felt he was trustworthy and straightforward. He was nice and very happy to help. I left my car overnight with no additional garaging fee and was able to pick my car up the next day. He met with me again to show me exactly what they did to fix my car. The total cost was less than I thought it might be. It was quick and painless, and honestly a pleasant experience.

I am not very big on giving reviews but I can honestly say I am extremely pleased with the job that was done on my car. I am a little younger and this is the first time I have ever been in an accident. They helped walk me through the process with dealing with my insurance company which was fantastic. They then went on to do a phenomenal job on my car. If I ever need work done again, this will certainly be my first stop.

Amazing service. The owner is super friendly and bends over backwards to help his customers. He's very patient and helpful. He even called the rental car company for me when I showed up to drop off my keys.
