I gave this 2 star review because the management was poor, the mechanic broke my clips (this may have been due to poor management rushing the mechanic), but the price was reasonable. If you re curious about the details then read below:I booked an appointment for new tires at 10 am a day in advance. I dropped my car off at 9 am expecting a call around 12 pm. 12 pm rolls around and there s no call 2 pm, still no call.So I call them and they say we can only find 3 of the 4 tires my car needs, and they can t change my tires today (why did they accept an appointment if they are out of tires, plus these aren t unusual tires I m getting, so I doubt they are out of stock). I state that I need the car tomorrow, so I ll come by to pick it up soon without new tires.Change of plans I get a call back moments later saying we found the 4th tire and we are charging the tires now. So I show up at 5 pm to pick up my car. It s been 2+ hours, they must have the car ready by then right? Right? Wrong, it s not ready, in fact it s still in the parking lot where I left it.At this point I go inside to ask about the car and the say it will be a moment and with that I see a mechanic pulling my car into the garage to start charging the tires. Just about closing time my car is done. However, they broke some of the hubcap plate clips, so now the plates rattle that s great. The only redeeming part here was the price, at least that was reasonably set.

Either blatantly misogynist or maliciously incompetent. Either way don t spend your money here.I went to have a flat tire patched after I had swapped it for a spare. They told me that there was a giant hole in the side that I just somehow didn t see, and they weren t able to patch the tire. They then told me that the tires that I had were discontinued and because I have four-wheel-drive I can t replace one tire without buying 4 brand new ones.My car does not have four-wheel-drive.I then spent 5 full minutes with two man on the phone who continued to tell me I must be mistaken about the specs of my own car. It finally ended after I asked him to check one more time . He came back and admitted I was right - my car does not have 4 wheel drive.This means two men had literally not checked my car before quoting me $800+ worth of new tires and lying to me about there being no other option.Other things that I can t prove to be malicious were:- I made an appointment to wait for my car and they told me they had no one there at the time of my appointment and would need to come back to pick it up.- When I went to pick up my car they were condescending to someone else about how he was misremembering the type of appointment he made and that he wasn t allowed to wait for his car.- I called around to other tire places and while no one had the tire on hand it doesn t sound like they ve been discontinued- I am shocked I changed the entire flat tire to the spare with my own hands and missed the finger sized hole in the side column that they claimed I had

Been a customer here 20 years and they've always done right by me. No hassle road hazard tire replacement, good employee retention.... They even pumped up the tire on our jogging stroller when it went flat and we happened to be nearby. Bus, green line, and blue bikes all nearby for easier dropoff or pickup.

Finally I got the alignment done! I went in different locations and was impossible to get the alignment right. In this location in Somerville everything was fast and easy to fix it.Thank you very much to the team and also thank you to the Goodyear auto service (Owner) for helping me over the phone to resolve this problem!Thank you!!!

Front desk is rude and unprofessional called to get a price match and was told that ("sometimes") they do price match when the company does indeed price match, before that I called and scheduled and was told a different price for a set of tires on the phone and was gonna be charged way more per tire than what was talked and scheduled completely unprofessional. Walked right out the door after all that maybe consider not losing customers and being more considerate.

I came in with a flat tire a few weeks ago and the service and personnel were all very polite and friendly however, I was then called later in the day and quite >$500 for ONE tire. Of course, I said no to this and the next day had the same tire fitted at Mavis Tires for $180. Always get a second opinion of going here as they appear to just make up the prices.

Extremely rude and condescending. I have never had a worse experience. I m a petite female and was talked down to the entire time. I was in the area while my oil was being changed, came back after an hour and a half and asked if my car was done. The response I got was Well, did you get a call? We re not just going to yell for you. And I told them I hadn t received a call but that my car was in the parking lot in a different spot so I guessed it might be done. After checking, was told yes my car was done. No sorry, no apologies. Very very unprofessional. will not be returning here.

Love this place. Got my car aligned and they did a great job my steering wheel was nice and straight and car drives straight as an arrow in about 25 minutes. Had a previous bad experience at a different location but they restored my faith that they do a great job and the guy at the seat was super nice and helpful and this place definitely earned the 5 star I m giving them cause my car was a mess couldn t even take it on the highway now it s like it s new. Thank you

I was thankful they got me in on short notice, after I got a flat on my drive out to Boston. I asked for a pair of new tires, they wrapped up their work, and I paid. Got out to my car and decided to take a quick lap around to make sure the goods were delivered and everything looked okay . . . interestingly enough, only one tire had been replaced. Buyer please beware. (On a positive note, they did install the second tire I'd paid for, after being called out.)

Warranty service honored on a replacement CV axle that needed its own replacement after 6 months. No fine print - just a new CV axle for $0 extra dollars, as promised. Done in record time and right before a holiday weekend, too Thank you John, Jose, and co!

I needed new tires for my vehicle and an oil change, along with a few minor things like a rear wiper blade. I dealt with Rob, who I believe is the manager there. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the type of tires that would work best for my truck. My truck was done in a timely manner. He even took the time to try and buff out some scuff marks from a past fender bender.It was a very positive experience, and I will definitely be doing business again with this location! Rob and the team there are great!

Just moved to Boston recently and did an extensive search on where to go to get all 4 of my tires changed. Found this place 20 mins away from my house but thought it would be worth it for the experience. I was so wrong.Terrible experience. In fact, it couldn't have been worse. After paying $1350 i get my car back and while driving i hear weird sounds from my tires. I immediately go back to them and tell them. 2 mechanics drive my car and admit that there's a sound but don't know what the sound is nor how to fix the problem while also admitting that the sound was not there when I dropped my car off. So we are aligned that whatever happened happened at their shop.They proceeded to tell me to take my car to the dealership to find out what the problem is. Am I supposed to waste more time & money to fix something they did? The worst part is they weren't even apologetic. Got an attitude and excuses the whole time. I requested to have my old tires back and wasted my whole day at this place.The manager Robert was not there but I will update this review in case I hear back from someone that actually cares about customer service. As of right now, i highly don't recommend this place and stay away from it. Go anywhere else, literally.

Booked an appointment for a tire change. Was told it would take 2h. Drop the car off at the agreed time, come back 3.5h later to hear (verbatim) our management likes to make promises we can t keep. We haven t gotten to your car .

I don t know how this place gets 4 stars review. Their attitude is just awful. I had a nail on my tire. I called a few times but nobody answered. I showed up and they told me that they didn t have availability for the rest of the day. I made an appointment and came on the next day. I dropped my car at noon but they told me it s will be ready at 6 PM. I don t understand why it takes so long for simple tire change.Of course the guy called, they can not repair the tire because the nail is not in the center. They suggested me to replace all 4 tires and tried to push me to purchase insurance.

Had a 1-4pm appointment for oil change, check my brakes, and my battery. Drop the car off at 1pm. I went to Market basket and came back at 1:50. Saw the car inside at 1:50pm. From 1:50-3:20 nobody touched the car(I have been watching). Finally, I went up to one of the tech to get an update. He went and checked with the other tech who probably informed him that it would be another 30 minutes. So the car been sitting inside the shop for 2 hrs while it only takes them 30-40 minutes to do what I requested. Last time I waited 3 hrs for a freaking alignment. It shouldn't take no more than 2 hrs to do an oil change and some. Its just rdiculous...

Great place. They fixed a flat in my TESLA tire.I had a screw in the tire of my Tesla Model Y. I have the Pirelli tires with the acoustic foam in them. Another shop I visited said that I had to change the tire, but these folks fixed it for me in no time. And the car has been driving just great since.I highly recommend this place. And if you have a nail / screw in your Tesla tire, please don't waste your money on a new tire. These folks can fix it for you.

I purchased 4 new tires today. Tommy helped me out, and his customer service was exceptional. I waited for about 90 minutes while the work was being done. He was very welcoming, polite, and professional to everyone who walked through the door. Great addition to team, looking forward to future interactions with him.

Had a 9:00-12:00 appointment for the Care Check, Tune Up Consultation, tire rotation and wheel balancing. After dropping off my car, they call me at 11:35 to tell me my brake pads and brake fluid need to be replaced. I ask how long it will take. They say, "Not long." So I say, "Sure." Still waiting here three and a half hours later and they say it will be another half hour (supposedly). Outrageous and complete disrespect of my time. I would not be so upset if only they could have told me how long this was going to take. In no universe do I consider 4 hours to do my car's brakes, in addition to 3 hours for the original appointment, "Not long".Adding insult to injury, they left the steering wheel caked with grime (see photo). What a miserable waste of my Saturday.

My experience with Gordon Hallett is A plus.. I have been taking my car my kid s vehicles and my husband vehicles to Good Year because Gordon s customer service. I will only go what ever Good year that Gordon works. Kudos to Good year for having such great employees. Mrs Salamanca
