I had a terrible experience here. I got in, it smelled like weed, the workers were talking to each other about whatever while I was trying to get help, and ultimately I was given the wrong part after I was very explicit. Would rather drive slightly further to the Medford location.

When in and spoke to a young man and asked him if they replace fuses for customers and he said no they don't but some area locations do. No biggie. My boyfriend asked me to check the panel beside the steering wheel and find the fuse number and pick out the fuse. So I brought the panel inside with me and asked a different associate. His name was Felix. Which fuse do I need for my headlights because they haven't been working the high beams work but the regular beams aren't. And he was so kind so helpful. Help me find the fuse check the car check with fuse took his time. Had patience come to find out the fuse didn't even need to be replaced and I was just using the lights wrong in this old 2000 Honda. He kindly returned the fuse that I did purchase and explain to me how to properly use my headlights. Long story short, if you need help at this AutoZone on Washington Street in Somerville, ask for Felix. He's the greatest. I wanted to give him a tip. I didn't have any cash. He was so humble and so kind. I couldn't think I'm enough for making this old girl feel not so stupid. Thanks again, Felix!

Best auto service experience ever today. WILL is a manager at Autozone 160 Washington St Somerville MA. WILL went out of his way to "steer" me in the right direction. Both my headlamps suddenly died. I thought my headlamps blew a fuse. He doubted it but got out behind the desk and pulled out the fuses: all good. He put in new lamps: problem solved! Routine? Not for me. Can't drive a car without head lights. I have no time to fix my car problems, etc. But WILL fixed this in minutes!! The professional and respectful way he did this I will always remember. WILL the manager at Autozone Somerville: truly the best. BTW that store is busy and overall excellent with great selection and obviously great customer service.

Do not come here. The man working was incredibly rude and would offer no help. Refused to replace my battery and was of no assistance. Horrible experience here again do not come here.

I was just denied a new Duralast Gold battery despite only having had the battery since Feb 2023. They refused to give me a new battery because they had already replaced it once under warranty. How is it my fault that these batteries do not last? Is there no customer satisfaction guarantee?? I have been a loyal autozone customer for over a decade having even been an employee before, and this is how you treat your customers??

Have been purchasing parts here for different businesses for multiple months now. Always get great customer care from the Comercial team. Martin, Ernesto, Jesus, Miguel. The guys are awesome

They are always very helpful I have a lot of warranty on car parts and I've never had any problem with my warranty returning parts and getting another replacement they are excellent to me I give them a five star attitudes are good I'm very helpful real quick

James and his colleagues were super helpful and friendly. James helped us swap the head lights. Our car model wasn't the easiest to work on but James was really patient with the process. Definitely one of the best AutoZone I've been to.

Carlos the assistant manager was beyond helpful. He came out and tested our battery, starter and alternator, all for FREE!! AutoZone does it for no charge, saved us from spending $200 on a new battery. People should definitely know about that, get your systems checked out, takes 5 minutes.

Will R. at AutoZone in Somerville on Washington Street is a true Godsend. Honestly, it was raining Elephants and Rhinos and he stood in that storm and replaced my rear window wiper!Awesome Sauce! Sorry about your wet sneakers, Will! Thank you!

This location has a relatively new manager that moved here recently from Georgia I believe, I am not positive of his name (possibly David) but he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had purchased around twenty different items and charged incorrectly by the cashier at my original visit. The new manager who I spoke with on the phone the following day knew exactly what to do and solved my problems. He was great on the phone, reconciled each item I purchased with me, and corrected the error accordingly.Greatly appreciative of his help and high quality customer service. They ve got a great manager in this guy.

Some of the best service I ve had at an auto parts store. Lalo was incredible; he set me up with some great places to visit as I m new to the city. The other guys inside were also amazing. Just superb service and also great conversation. Will return for sure.

The staff Gabriel was amazing. I was looking to buy some scratch-off but he helped to remove those himself! The store had professional staff like him, that is truly making a difference in brining honesty back to the industry. Highly recommend.

Francisco D. was one of the best and most courteous auto parts personnel I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He helped me change out my battery after a stressful afternoon fraught with car difficulties. He was polite, informative, and helpful. He went above and beyond to provide the best customer service and education/instruction on best maintenance for my car. I would highly recommend if this location for any of your auto needs.

THIS PLACE IS MY GO-TO! They're always friendly, knowledgeable and the prices are great. I bought some new wipers and one of he guys working installed them for me! So thankful to get such amazing customer service at this AZ location.

It took forever to be helped, the guy hit on me, Pretty sure he was high.He rang up everything incorrectly and charged me like 30$ more than I should have been. I even showed him the sale sign that was next to the register to show his the deal. He said He entered it, but he didn t.When I came back in after seeing he did it incorrectly he was asking me how much I want to pay for it, I said I want to pay the right price. He kept telling me random prices I could pay and that I had to tell him what I wanted to pay.He asked if I wanted a air freshener for a dollar. I said I ll take 1. He rang two packages up at $1.50...He ended up taking off different items and not charging me for the correct ones. The price was almost what it should have been but was a few dollars more than it should have been. I just wanted to leave after being in there for almost an hour just to get oil. But then I had the wrong items on my receipt so I couldn t exchange or return if I needed to.No I don t want you to come to my house and change my oil, we will not have a good time. And you can not hang out at my house after.

This location was absolutely amazing!! I had an associate named Andres help me find what I needed. He was super helpful and very enthusiastic. Made me feel very comfortable asking him questions to make sure we got to where I needed to be. I will most definitely be back here!!

Great service. Sorry I didn't get your name but thanks for installing my wipers, advice on what wipers to get and on the windshield fluid reservoir situation. Oh and in my next life, I want to come back as your hair - my son and I loved it! The length, black sheen, texture- everything! Great service dude!

Moses, the store manager, is absolutely fantastic. Top-notch customer service. I had bought a 2.25 ton, low-profile jack for my garage and found it was badly damaged when I got it home. There was an insert in the box that instructed to call the manufacturer for warranty claims, and to NOT return the jack to AutoZone. I spent the past 3 months calling the manufacturer weekly, and sending them emails, all of which went unanswered. Upon calling the store to explain the situation and hopefully reach some resolution to my issue, Moses was incredibly kind, understanding and accommodating. He told me the hours he would be at the store and to come by to get this resolved. After a friendly chat at the register, Moses completed my return and refunded the cost of the jack (they didn't have another in stock to replace the damaged one). Very satisfied with how this was handled.

Excellent customer service! My car was in desperate need of a new battery and would not start. Diego went out of his way to change it in the frigid cold weather. A complete life saver. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I got amazing service today from an amazing group of guys! It was frigidly cold weather and they installed a battery in my car within 20 minutes even though the old battery was rusted. They really saved the day before a snowstorm!
