Recently ordered a replacement part for my 2016 Subaru Impreza from Patrick Subaru Parts Department. First of all I was thrilled that the part was available (interior liftgate trim panel assy) and the Parts Dept. associate, Steven Moore was able to confirm the fit when I provided my VIN number.Once the order was confirmed I received regular updates from Steve every time the status of my order changed until I received the item which was a perfect replacement for my damaged trim.Arrived promptly in excellent condition and a perfect color and fit for my Impreza.I did try some other online Subaru Parts sellers first but the communication was very poor and I had no confidence in their ability to provide the correct information needed to order my part.I feel purchasing from Patrick Subaru saved me a lot of aggravation, time and money by getting the order right the first time.

Ripoff place. Target Inexpericeced ignorant young drivers with mechanics. I went there few times and they have many young people. Suburu cvts are terrible to.

Ordered 3 parts for my daughters 2016 Forester and found out I did not need one. I visited with Steve who showed me how the part I had should work fine and how it worked and allowed me to return the one I purchased that I ended up not needing. Great service and much appreciated. 5 Stars for sure!

I have never dealt with sales and it s been years since I ve interacted with the service team, but my experience with the parts team over the last few months has been awesome! I ve been overhauling my SpecB and have called them probably a dozen times to order parts and placed a handful of online orders. They are extremely helpful and I ve yet to have any kind of negative interaction with anyone. They ve been an all around great team. Also, when I order parts online, they always send the items out quickly. Thanks for all your patience and help, parts team!

I have mix feelings about Patrick subaru. For example, i placed an order last week, On Monday the 21st of Dec. The very next day I received an update email stating my order has shipped and it even included an UPS shipping tracking number and information. Which as of today Dec 27, UPS states the item has not been pick up, or it is not in the hands of UPS. I emailed the customer service representative provided at patrick subaru and i have not heard anything yet from them. That is NOT good customer service at all.

Mats fit like a glove but not like OJ's! Your model number and vin number makes for a customized fit. Just perfect!
