Actually I want give them 0 rating. I went for a change of winter tires after 1/2 hour they told me that the key to open lock is missing.Next day I brought a new key and booked an appointment for change the tiers. After 1 1/2 later the girl came me, the tire lock is too tight it may break the key and the lock. So to be on the safer side you have to buy the lock and key.I was so frustrated that they should have told yesterday that the condition. I wasted my total 3 hours for nothing. They just wanted to make extra money.I heard that they change stuff and don't respect of time.Please don't go to them. I will never go back to them again.

Great place, great service. When everyone said write off my 2009 Honda Accord including Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough other charged $900 to replace spark plug but did not resolved check engine light until I visited ICar on the recommendation of one of my friend. ICar charged me $510 and resolved the check engine light caused by miss fire for good Thank you. ICar.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Auto maintenance

Some service was done right and at a good price. Others not so much. For example, had alignment done here that they said they took care of but my tires are still getting worn out way too fast on one side. Also, they will offer some repairs that you don't really need to get more money out of you. If you go here, know exactly what you need and don't and read up on pricing beforehand.

I came in to get my back tires replacement and so they did. I also asked for wheel alignment and they were to charge me and they actually did not complete the alignment, meaning I had my tires screwed, and so needed to go to another professional mechanic to have them aligned and fixed properly. It s been less than 4 months and I d have to replace my 2 back tires as they are completely screwed.So frustrating and due to it I do not recommend this place for my friends or whoever ask me to.I strongly recommend you choose Pedro Auto Repair Complete Auto Care Maintenance located at 70 Wall St in Worcester, MA for that particular service and others.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Got 4 new tires here about 6 months ago, just got a flat tire yesterday and had Triple A tell me whoever did my tires last stripped the bolts. Tried to remove them and after he broke the first he decided to stop. A mechanic came and again broke another one. Got it towed to Honda and the issue is on all 4 of my tires. This shop purposefully causes more issues to get more $ stay away.

I took my 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer for a AC recharge yesterday around 5pm. It is literally a quick thing that a kid can do in 5 mins. They let me leave the car there which I understand that they ll have to finish the work before my car. But today they finish the recharge and charged me for $200 for it. I looked on the bills and they wrote $180 for the labor.May I know what kind of recharge took you 3 hours to figure it out where the hose is? If you don t know where the house is I can show you. This is not right

I have to take them to court over lost keys! They blamed me out of all people for them losing my keys and refusing to pay. Like really ? So yeah that s just unfortunate, then they refuse to put oil in my car straight discrimination . Hate. The only good part about this place was Luciano and he s in Brazil. The lady is horrible she should get a job flipping burgers. They also don t give receipts for work. Then when you pay for a alignment they don t even have a machine like why would you offer a service you can t even do right. Messed up on front suspension multiple times from over tightening or having the control arms on the wrong position. Just shotty work and place all around. Would highly recommend reporting them to the bbb for being discriminated ripped off and abused.

Highly recommend this business for any car repair needs. They offer extremely high quality service at an exceptional rate. They are transparent when it comes to their service; they do not up-charge for specially ordered parts; and they're main mission is to make sure your car is completely safe to take back into traffic. I felt very taken care of as my car was in-and-out of their shop for nearly two weeks... obrigado!!!

i bring my cars here for the jobs i cant do on my own. I get to learn and get it done at a very fair price. Luciano is the best ! Update. Been 3 weeks and they still haven't started working on my car. Making random excuses and lying.. update they havent finished my car for whatever reason and i take it personally. Its been 2 months . Why is it that you treat me so poorly you lose my keys and don t apologize then purposely push my car further and further back. Theres no excuses left no lies left to tell. Finish my volvo.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Car waxing, Oil change

After have broken Power steering pressure hose, I have a oil all over, I take my car to them, and they condemned my alternator which was new, they charge me $65 for this diagnostic, I said that it s going to cost too much so I m not going to do the job, But I take to the other mechanic guy and he told me that the alternator it s brand new it is not condemned like they say. So, they charge me for something that they didn t do, if they have tested the alternator they will know that the alternator is in good condition.

Crooked people tried to sell me a tire rim for 300$ (You can buy them for 70$). Do not go to them, they will try to rip you off especially when they feel you don t know a lot about car repairs.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Brought my truck to fix, new engine, new breaks. Had my car at the place over month everytime I called I was told an excuse. Well once I got my car and spend over $5,300, tried to use it during snow storm and it does not work. So now I am stuck with snow and I have to pay extra for a guy to come clear the snow. And not to mention the place is closed till Monday. Worst experience

Great guys especially Luciano, work on my flex pipe and charge cheap.They know what they doing as auto shop mechanics. I will refer/recommend them anytime.

I would definitely recommend iCar to service your car. The mechanic Luciano seems to be nice guy and does a excellent thorough job at an amazingly affordable price. Nice clean, professional atmosphere. Two thumbs up

Great place. I take my Mercedes E350 there and always have everything taken good care of. They buy manufacturer parts and charge a fair price for labor.

If I could rate this place zero stars i would my sister went there for an oil change and everything was fine when we dropped it off no underlying problems and 5 minutes after picking it up it died, we believe they didn't add oil in the car but since it is a older BMW there is no dip stick to tell we also paid to add coolant and they put no coolant in.

These guy's never came to the register i waited for about 20 min's they were just talking and acting like they were busy , just go down the street to Town Fair Tire there way faster!
