BMW in Shrewsbury is an excellent place to buy a car. I just bought my second car from them. I went from a commuter 328i to an X5 for our large dogs and grandchildren. They have gone through my stages in life with me. My sales rep, Ryan, was capable, understanding and extremely likable. I ended up with the perfect car for me, after three test drives and i spent less than i thought. The purchase was seamless and we had training on the new features. I can go back and get additional questions answered after I ve driven the car a bit. The place is comfortable, spacious and the fun coffee machine a plus! We are lifers here (plus repeaters get a discount). Safe driving!

I came to this dealership in need of help with a recall in which the official repair was yet to be published. My service advisor Lance was excellent at keeping me informed on the status of the vehicle, went in depth with my options and they helped engage regional and national resources to get my 328i back on the road! I must say I have never had such a good experience. While it required lots of patience at times, the outcome was worth the wait! I will be bringing more business to this dealership in the future as a result! Thank you!

I recently purchased my first BMW 5-series from BMW of Shrewsbury. The entire experience from start to finish was as smooth as I could have hoped for.Working through the framework of a deal with Yvonne and Marc was a straightforward experience and I appreciated their ability to work on a deal we could all feel comfortable with.When I picked up my car, I was greeted by Doug who was able to spend time with me in my car getting it configured through the App. Doug's passion for the car's features and overall knowledge about his product was impressive. I left feeling confident in my purchase and excited about the features I didn't even realize existed before purchasing.The entirety of the experience with this team pleasant and I am sure this won't be my last time working with them.

Matt Roy and the service staff are great at this dealership. Five stars for the front office team. Management has made some poor decisions on service, in my opinion. When it was owned yby Wagner and I brought my car in for service they d give the car a thorough cleaning, vacuum the car, and even give pretty effective interior cleaning. Since new ownership has come in over past few years, corners have been cut. My car now comes back with a coupon for a free wash at Scrub a Dub / better than nothing, for sure, but I much preferred the personal touch and effort Wagner staff made to return my car looking like it was off the showroom floor. Even Jiffy Lube will vacuum the car and wash the windows with an oil change for about $200 less. The coupon makes it feel more like self service vs full / premium service that you d expect from a luxury car dealer. First world problems, I admit, but you asked for my feedback. Took me 20 minutes to stop and vacuum my car on the way home and will drive to the closest Scrub a Dub tomorrow, probably wait in line for 15-20 minutes to get exterior cleaned. Not a big deal but I think McGovern is losing sight of why people bring their cars in to the dealership for service - which in my opinion is that white glove treatment that is now missing.

The entire experience from beginning to end was smooth and pleasurable. Our sales person Nate Reindorf was responsive to all of our questions; and was there from the beginning when we arrived in the showroom; right up to the point I drove off the lot. I have been bringing my previous vehicle there for service, and have always found the customer service to be top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend BMW of Shrewsbury.

The whole experience of going in and looking at the vehicle to financing and eventually purchasing was completely painless. They made it feel very transactional in the best sense. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of and instead felt like I had all my option told to me with ample time to make the right decision. Excellent customer service! Lance Notified me when they began working on my vehicle and when they were done. They also provided a voucher to wash my car elsewhere since their car wash was out of commission. So thankful to have my car in such good hands when needing service. A+

BMW of Shrewsbury once again did a great job. I had a broken tire valve and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. I do have a few other things I need to have fixed but what I appreciate the most is how they are helping me schedule the work over time. There agents are very helpful. I ve been working with Lance in particular for a couple years now and he s excellent. I appreciate all of his help and attention. Very professional. Highly recommended.

I've always disliked the experience of buying a car. So much that I put it off, and my "new" car was from 2010. But this time, we had an incredibly smooth and painless experience buying our X5 from Mohammad at BMW of Shrewsbury.For our test drive, he happened to pick out what turned out to be the exact car we wanted to buy. So, in a single visit to the dealership, we found the car we wanted, traded our old car, completed the financial transaction, and drove home in the new X5 within just a matter of hours. That was an entirely new and pleasant experience for us. Adam, in Finance, and John of the Genius crew, were also extremely helpful and efficient. Highly recommend this dealership and its staff!

One of the things that are unique in all my car buying experiences is that I was assigned someone I could reach out to and ask questions about my new car at any time. I own a retail company so I realize what kind of responsibility that is. People aren t all that nice anymore and customer service bears the brunt of it all. Lance is my guy. I don t know how he does it but he s always responsive, pleasant and gives me straight answers. I must confess that my wife has BMW x7 and Lance is her guy too.so it was nice of BMW to keep us together. I love BMW s approach to personal customer service and fortunate to have Lance

I purchased a 2017 Infinity Q50, and I to say that the level of professionalism is well above elsewhere.Starting with their communication since I placed the appointment for the test drive, all the way to handling the paperwork and the inspection of the vehicle.Grateful to them and especially to Mohammad, Nelson and Sergio as they worked with me and were willing to listen to my requests.
