Absolutely the best body shop. Victor and Chris and their team is top notch. It's hard to find quality work these days and people who care what they are doing. This team and company exceeds your expectations and makes sure you're satisfied with their work. 100% would recommend this company.

Townsend Collision was amazing! A deer hit my car and we took my car here. They took care of my car great and the car looks fantastic. Thank you so much for taking care of blueberry muffin . Will definitely be coming back if anything ever happens again

Victor and his team did a fantastic job replacing part of my rear left rocker panel which was badly rusted. Work was completed for the estimated price, they took the time to answer all my questions and the finished product looked factory-new. Townsend Collision Center went above and beyond for my repair. They were able to match the paint on my car perfectly. They did an incredible job and performed a high quality repair.In addition to the quality repair, they made the process extremely simple for me as well. They took care of my rental car and were in constant contact with the rental/insurance company so I wasn't even contacted by the rental or insurance company for the duration of the repair. Townsend Collision Center exceeded my expectations to fix front end damage on my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500. Victor and his crew made my truck look factory new again. They do the job correctly and don't cut corners which is exactly what you want with an auto body shop.

My car was damaged when it was parked along the side of a parking lot. I contacted my dealer, Townsend Ford, and the recommended that I contact Townsend Collision. When you are not happy already about a situation, especially when the car is fairly new, the process can be extremely frustrating. However, the minute I called, Larry assured me that everything would be taken care of, all I needed to do was contact my insurance and have them fax the estimate. The process was so pleasant, easy and amazing. Right up to when I picked up my car after being repaired. They washed it to a show room shine, vacuumed out the inside (no more Christmas tree needles) and polished the leather. I could not be more happy. THANK YOU, Townsend Collision! I appreciate everything you did for me.
