We had a very expensive AC system installed and had problems with it immediately. The installation was not done properly and when we complained we were treated poorly. It has never been fixed to our satisfaction but we had little recourse so have had to just live with it. Now our system needs it's yearly maintenance. After stringing me along for weeks I am now being told that they will not service the system they installed because I complained to the general contractor and wanted the problems to be fixed. Stay away!

Unfortunately you are required to allow a sales rep to go to your house before they will even entertain the idea of providing you a price on propane. So take a day off from work, meet a salesman with all your info in hand, let them spiel off for an hour, then find out they are actually the highest price. Sorry, but all your competitors provide this info in 2 minutes, you had me on hold for 6 to gain nothing. Thanks!

Woman on the phone was so rude. Don't bother even calling its a waste of time. It says they service certain towns but will only service certain areas within the town?????? What a joke.
