I have been a customer of Berkshire GMC over 10 years and through the course of 2 separate businesses both requiring large fleets of vehicles to operate. This review is long overdue. I find this to be a true family outfit. Old school. The mechanics are second to none in our area and the owner is extremely involved and cares deeply for this county and for his customers that I can attest to wholeheartedly. Beyond that the service manager James is beyond knowledgeable accommodating and a complete gentleman as are all of the mechanics. If you are looking for a dealership to purchase your vehicles at a fair and very honest competitive price as well as taking care of those vehicles once you've purchased them with the highest level of professionalism and service then I strongly recommend you choose this dealership I cannot say enough great things about these fine people they deserve your business!

Berkshire GMC has serviced our fleet of trucks as well as all our personal vehicles for decades and have always gone above and beyond with their services. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional when it comes to diagnosing problems and making the repairs, and are always very responsive and accommodating for our scheduling needs to keep our service trucks up and running properly and reliably so we can do our jobs. Its always a pleasure to get professional service of a factory dealership with the comfort and personal feel of a small town shop.

Big shout out to James and the mechanics at Berkshire GMC. Had an issue with my transmission just before a road trip. James somehow got the parts and had it repaired a day a head of time!! Really appreciate that kind of effort and service

stay clear of this chop shop, had my truck towed to this dealer for a bad fuel pump, they played with wires and said it wasn t the fuel pump and charged me $870 and said the truck was fixed, drove home and same issue, i warn anyone from doing any repairs here, don t fall for all the 5 star fake reviews

If I were going to buy a GMC vehicle, Berkshire GMC is the ONLY place to go. The owner is ethical, helpful, and knowledgeable beyond belief. He helped me out of a tough situation and I am sure he would do the same for you. Thank you Berkshire GMC!

We moved to the area after we bought our Yukon and have been using Berkshire GMC for service ever since. I cannot say enough the service department here. James goes above and beyond for his customers and it is very much appreciated. He really is looking out for you. Our next GMC purchase will definitely be from here.

I just purchased a GMC Terrain. I cannot begin to express what a flawless experience this was. From start to finish the staff was thorough, organized and always called me back in a timely fashion to answer any question. This was my best car buying experience ever.

Could not be more pleased doing business with Steve and Dave atBerkshire GMC. I had a trade and a budget to stay in. Steve Davis was incredibly easy to work with and made this process seamless, hassle free and a really pleasant experience. Everything was transparent, honest and without any pressure.The pricing was very fair and we were still given a discount for a vehicle that is in really excellent condition.

Steve was great up until after the sale. My truck was delivered with a damaged passenger seat. They blamed me for the damage and would not help resolve the issue. I had to file a claim with GM and prove that they lied to me and to GM to get it resolved at another dealership.

Picked up my new 2019 GMC CANYON DENALI from Steve and Brian today. Couldn't be happier with the care, service and price. We live in NYC so we test drove, ordered, a few emails, paperwork via FedEx and then pickup. Easiest car purchase ever. Absolutely recommend these guys.

The service dept is great! I had to get work done on my Cruze that a previous dealership had screwed up and the service manager James went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was fixed correctly at minimal cost to me!

We found ourselves stranded on a weekend by our vehicle's DEF system, a 2015 GMC Duramax w/ 41000 miles on it. Our call to the service department first thing Monday morning left us reassured that we found the right place. James and crew had us on the the road the same day. For a small shop, they can certainly make it happen. (it was the DEF tank heater that failed).Service providers were knowledgeable and courteous.Thanks again Berkshire GMC!!

Staying at my lake house and had an issue with my truck. Had my truck towed to Berkshire gmc and they took great care of me. Brought my truck there in the late afternoon and got it back the following mourning. With everything that s going on in the world, all this covid stuff, they had me back on the road in no time.
