Buying my daughter s first car at Bachetti s couldn t have gone any smoother!! Art was amazing! Very helpful, supportive and communicative. In fact, the entire staff and owner were helpful. The car is fantastic and I will definitely be buying from them again when it s time to replace my car. The whole process was enjoyable and easy.I just have one minor thing to share: they said the interior and exterior would be cleaned, but it really wasn t. My bad since I didn t check until I got it home. The exterior was pretty dirty (looked like it ran through a large recent mud splash on both sides) so I had to bring it to the car wash. And I touched up the interior dirt / stains, but they cleaned up fine with a damp cloth). So if those kind of things matter to you, I just recommend communicating clearly and checking it was done before you leave. BUT they did all the agreed upon repairs which is way more important anyway AND they did surprise me with new car mats - and that was really nice and appreciated!Other than that (which isn t enough to make me take off a star because honestly they were amazing) they went above and beyond making sure I was a satisfied customer- and I sure am!! They deserve all 5 Stars and I ll def buy from here again without hesitation.

I told Art I would leave a review when I was picking up the car in October - I went to do it when I got home and decided I would wait until I was through the warranty period to see how everything worked out. So Art, here I am leaving my review for the 2018 Subaru Forester (manual) that I bought back in October.They made the process very easy, were very transparent, and I would buy another car from them. I picked up the car with 60k, did the 60k service, mechanics found no issues with the car, and I've now put about 3k uneventful miles on it.If I were asked if I would recommend buying here based on my experience, I would say yes. Great folks to work with.

We purchased a 2018 Yukon XL Denali today and both Art and Gregg were super helpful. We live in Sheffield, so Bachetti's is conveniently located 10-12 minutes away. We are parents of 3 kids and 2 large dogs, so we are very busy! The paperwork and pickup was easy and I'm surprised we haven't purchased from Bachetti's earlier during our 20+ years in the area. Highly recommend!

I really had a great experience buying a car at Bachetti's. I knew that I would have to buy a car soon as mine was old, having multiple issues and had lots of mileage. Then it broke down and I was out of a vehicle. From that point to when I drove off the lot with my new-to-me car, it was less than a week. I worked with Art Davis and he made the process easy, stress-free and efficient. I felt like he really took the time to talk to me, explain everything fully and make me comfortable in the process. I appreciated the small town local quality of our interactions and didn't feel like just another sale like at a large dealership. I definitely would recommend working with Art and the Bachetti's team to someone shopping for a vehicle.

We bought our first car from Bachetti's over 25 yrs ago and just purchased our third one. Art, as well as all the people there, has been in the car business a very long time and is very knowledgeable. We shopped around a lot, and Bachetti had the best deals - clean cars at reasonable prices. They're a local business with a great reputation and a good service dept. So far we love our new vehicle!

My daughter bought a car at Bachetti's 4 years ago. She's been very happy with it, so that's where I went when I needed one. It was so amazingly easy. I used to live in GB, but have moved about an hour away, so it was not convenient for me to drive there often. I was able to both shop the lot and fill out the application online. Artie and I spoke on the phone, and when I came to the shop to sign, everything was waiting and in order. Artie and Leanne made me feel like I was their only customer, although I could tell by the busy phones that I was not. The car was exactly as described, clean and ready to drive. They did the inspection on site, switched the plates from my trade-in and I was on the road. I recommend Bachetti's.

These guys are great and very friendly. They are ideal for people who don t know a lot about cars, so helpful and not intimidating. Art sold me a 2016 Subaru legacy. He was helpful the whole way through, he dealt with insurance and dmv stuff and did my inspection/oil change so I wouldn t have to later. Highly recommend getting a car here or getting a repair!

Bachetti's Auto is the best! I worked with salesman, Art Davis and he was amazing. He made the process of buying a car easy. He took his time to explain everything to me and made sure I was taken care of. I am so happy with my purchase and the quality of the service I received. I would highly recommend using them for your next car purchase. They made sure that everything was perfect with the car I drove home.

Wow, these folks are the BEST!! I have no relation to anyone there, and have never dealt with them previous to my recent purchase. I have nothing to gain except knowing my honest assessment may help others. Greg, Art and LeeAnn are super to deal with. Honest, friendly, professional I can t say enough about my positive and quick experience while buying a used car. I recommend them highly, and wouldn t hesitate to purchase from them again. I took a perfectly good car to this so-called inspection Station. Not only was the person unfriendly, but he put the jack under my rocker instead of the correct jack spot and then lifted the car. That caused major damage to my car. When I indicated the damage done to my car, he declined having done it. This is a lie, because I was less than six feet away and watched him all along.After this experience I will never return and clearly must warn everyone to avoid this so-called inspection station.

I recently purchased at Bachetti s. What an unbelievably easy process it was. This is a no fear used car dealership. Every person is honest, friendly and very helpful. Love the new wheels. Will buy from there again and again. Highly recommended.

Art let us walk round and choose the Subaru to test drive-didn't hover....We were there checking out all the cars.....They are greatI can not say enough...Looking for a car ...go to Bachetti's (they even go and register the car for !!!!!!

Art is such a pleasant and kind man. I got my car serviced today and he greeted me at the door with a smile. Joe directed us to a lovely waiting area outside with a picnic table in the shade. Phillip completed the service efficiently and drove the car right to me when done! Everyone is so pleasant and genuine; checking in on me and my family. It truly made me smile.

Hi,I would absolutely recommend Bachettis's in a heartbeat to everyone. They provide outstanding customer service, and make you feel very much as ease. They are not only super-efficient, but friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and the loveliest people you'll ever meet. Art, Greg and Leanne were amazing to work with, and went above and beyond to be helpful. I usually dislike car dealerships in general and avoid them, but I am converted as they made my transaction seem effortless. I will go back again and again and have recommended them to all my friends and will continue to do so. So lucky to have honest reliable dealers close to home.

Art from Bachetti's Auto was straightforward, efficient, kind, and very, very knowledgeable. I had researched this car online for a couple months and when I pulled the trigger, I came in on a Monday and by Friday, was driving it home. Art took care of everything. First rate service. Highly recommend!

Best car buying experience ever. Artie gets to know his customers and their car needs. He is patient and works with his customers to make them very happy. That also can be said about the whole team at Bachettis. The personal service I received not only from Artie but the service department (Chris, Joe and Glenn) made me feel that I went to the right place and will continue to do so. The Subaru that I bought was spotless inside and out and runs beautifully. My next used car will be purchased at Bachettis!

A few weeks ago and my car broke down, and I was left unable to go anywhere. I'm not exactly right next door to Bachetti's, but going there was absolutely worth it. They made getting a new car really easy. Bachetti's has great customer service, and I have been recommending them to everyone I know who is looking for a car. Overall, I would say, if you are looking for a car go to Bachetti's.

I am Brenda's husband Bruce I purchased a 2011 Toyota Tacoma from Greg today. This truck was so clean it looked new inside and out. I was very impressed with the dealership and Greg who was great and very helpful NO STRESS what so ever Art, Lianne the mechanic explained everything and were also great. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have earned a new customer and a very happy one at that !

Recently purchased car through Art, he went out of way to ensure purchase was hassle free during crazy Christmas season. Art was fantastic to work with and Greg was also great help. Fantastic place to buy a car, great customer service. Easy and clear communication, no fast talking or pressure to add anything we didn't want or understand. Purchasing a car from Bachetti's was enjoyable from start to finish! Unlike my prior misadventure with a no star Pittsfield dealership, Bachett's was ten stars all the way.Working with Art and Lee-Ann is what makes Bachetti's such a fine place to do business.This dream team's professionalism, combined with their know how and sense of humor made for a top of the line experience.If you're in the market for a great used car, while having the opportunity to work with two of the BEST in the business then Bachetti's is for you.

Stopped by for a last minute vehicle inspection, and they were able to take my vehicle right in. They had a great waiting room with A/C for me to hang out in while they finished the inspection. Everyone was super nice and very professional. I'd travel out of my way to go here again. 10/10
