Leo and Charlie are both extremely kind and helpful individuals. Leo calls me by name whenever I call them and makes it clear I am a valued costumer. They always make sure I m getting the service I need and I can tell they care more about my safety than making a dollar off of me. Called the 1800 number on the website to reach the dealership. Receptionist answered. I asked to speak to someone in the service department. Was transferred right away, without an issue. George in the service department spoke with me, helped allay my fears and frustrations, gave me an idea of what it could be, and made me an appointment for tomorrow morning at 10am.Totally normal, no bullshit, awesome. Why can't everyone be like that?

They never called when the car was finished. Same thing happened last time I used them. The person said they called, only after I called them. There was no message or missed calls on my phone.

This place is awful! They do not care about you or providing good service. They never called me back when they say they would, and they left me on a dead hold multiple times. I called back the main receptionist in Seekonk twice after being on hold for 10 minutes and she would cut me off mid sentence and put me on hold again. I'm astonished!! I don't know how these people do business but do not get your car serviced with them if you can avoid it!

I have always been treated well. All service options are explained, any problems are brought to my attention before the work is done. Comfortable waiting area.
