So my truck got totaled during the snowstorm, and I had to get a replacement vehicle. John was extremely helpful every step of the way and made my purchase as easy as possible. Dormans auto has a very nice selection of high quality vehicles and their staff is professional and very helpful. I ve also noticed their fees are the lowest around and they don t have xtra fees just to make money off you. Again everyone here is amazing from the Manager Lou to their representatives like Tony Domonte and sales representatives John Dubois. I highly recommend Dorman s auto as they are 2nd to none .

After looking around at a few dealerships. I happened to drive by Seekonk location , it was the lot itself that caught my eye. New building , new lot and all the vehicles were gleaming. Upon pulling in I met Big John , not only is he just a great guy to deal with, the entire staff treated us above and beyond! John helped ensure I got exactly what I was looking for as well as a seamless car buying experience. So much that I wanted to take the time and give them a great review . It is rare these days that I encounter a business that the entire personnel treats you the customer with noticeable attention and respect! That your purchase means a lot to them! , John was awesome! He helped us ensure we found the best vehicle for us and made the process incredibly seamless. So, please give them an opportunity ! If what your looking for isn t on lot, Big John will find it for you! He did mine!!

I believe in checking the reviews first. I had a great experience speaking with the manager a the Seekonk location he directed me to my salesmen John. I was dealing with bad use car places until I met these guys in Seekonk. My intentions was to buy a work van and that what I did. It was by far the easiest time I ever had buying a vehicle. I went in on Saturday and had my van on Tuesday a day earlier than expected. If you see it on the lot and you are interested in it definitely make them your first and last stop. I appreciate you guys changing my feelings on going to dealerships with prevestly owned vehicles. When the time comes i'll be back and also referring anyone looking. I'm even leaving your plate trim with your info on my van, just my way of saying thank you.

After searching high & low with my wife to find a truck, not only did we find a perfect one! Dormans was the best all around! John was great, made everything smooth & easy. Lou was also very helpful and easy going to help! Would suggest to anyone to go there! Thanks guys!

Had the pleasure of working with John Dubois on the purchase of my F150 Lariat. Easily the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Honest, fair and on top of his game all the way through from walk in to pickup. Shout out to Derek in service as well for making sure I was well taken care of with the final touches on the inspection. Recommend this dealership to all looking to purchase a used vehicle in the area.

I bought my 2015 Chevy Silervado HIGH Country from them last March and have had nothing but a great experience with the dealership and my truck! 10,000 miles later and not one issue. Definitely recommend their services and my sales guy Jon has been really helpful and continues to check in with me to make sure everything is going smooth!

Dorman s auto treated me like family. I purchased a van all the way from California. They made sure everything is in order for me and the van was delivered to my house as seen on the screen. John and Louis were very honest and very thorough with the process. Again, I felt home instantly. I appreciate you guys

Easiest and fastest car purchase we ve ever experienced. Saw the car online on Saturday, came for a test drive today on a Monday around 1pm and left with it before end of business day. Randy and the Dorman team were amazing. They worked with us to make sure I left with the best deal. This is my second Maserati purchase but I have to say this was my favorite! To top it off, they even got me a bow (I didn t get one from my first purchase elsewhere). They were efficient, friendly and customer service was top notch. They worked like a team and gained a happy customer. Would definitely recommend!

Had the pleasure of working with john over the last week to secure me one of the few 370z 40th anniversary editions. He made the process very easy and was very insightful with information on my vehicle. The short and sweet review is when I need another vehicle this is the first place I'll go.I hit a lot of dealerships big and small before ending up at Dorman's. I've never met such laid back easy going salesmen before. Absolutely zero pressure and none of that "I talked to my manager and if you buy it today......" stuff.I worked with John who made the whole process very simple. He was knowledgeable and able to answer the majority of my questions. If he didn't have the answer he said so and then found it for me. Salesmen at other dealerships just made up what they didn't know. There were some hiccups with my online insurance company and John was even able to help me out with that.Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Dealing with Tony and crew was such a refreshing, laid back experience. There was no pressure and they went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. We brought our 8yr old and she was thoroughly entertained with coloring books, crayons, and a few toy cars which also made the process easier since she was entertained the entire time there. Absolutely recommend this dealership and would absolutely buy there again!

Excellent car experience and sale with Ahmad. Ahmad was patient, knowledgeable, and able to get me in a car I never thought I could afford, with affordable payments. He was able to explain all options to me and even was able to explain to me thorough next steps. Will definitely be referring friends and family to this dealership. Great people and great employees!

This was our 2nd time buying a vehicle at Dormans. Our first time was such a great experience we had to go back to them when we needed our second vehicle. Their customer service is outstanding, never made us feel pressured into anything and did whatever it took to make the process possible. They have a great selection on their lot. After an exhaustive search, I purchased my dream car - a generation 1.5 Dodge Viper - from Doorman s Auto Center. From the moment I connected with Lou, my sales agent, I was blown away by his responsiveness, fairness and transparency. Despite purchasing my vehicle from many states away, Lou and his team went out of their way to ensure my purchase was painless. I couldn t he happier with my car OR the experience. My son and I drove all the way from the Lowell, MA area because the car my son wanted was a good deal. John was great! He took care of everything and communicated with us throughout the whole process. When my son arrived to pick up the car, it was fully detailed looking even better than when he test drove it! Bruce gave us a fair deal on our trade in and made sure the car my son was buying had fresh oil and all fluids topped off. I would gladly drive all the way to Seekonk to buy a car from Dorman's again.

Stopped in on my way to NJ to look at the used van. Ahmahd was fantastic, put a deposit on it and back on the road. They took care of everything, the easiest purchase that I have ever made. I ll be back to purchase another one.
