I ve been a customer for years now. They are always friendly, go above and beyond, and have fair prices. One time I got a flat on route 1 and pulled into the Dunks lot to change the tire. I couldn t budge the lug nuts. I walked back to Yankee Custom and without hesitation, they walked to my car with the equipment to loosen the nuts and even helped me change the tire. They wouldn t accept a dime from me. Great place with employees who care.

very disappointed by this service I paid $1100 and they did not do a good job I paid them extra for details and these are the resultsdon't waste your time end money on this place

Wow Brian, manager of the Saugus location was great informing me about the new accessories that they not even carry, but install for short money . Bought and new truck and I'll be back to customize it account of his expertise and great pricing. Thanks Brian & Yankee Custom Truck !!

Play someone s star because I cannot give us zero I had an appointment. I checked and confirmed with a store manager to install my side steps. I went there yesterday only to be told that she does not install power steps, and the manager did not tell me that lying right to my face very rude person. When I asked for the main office number he told me he was owner of the company. This person has no idea about Customer Service and he should be in this business I also heard him on the phone line to a customer that has called making up excuses instead of apologizing to the customer tell him that we messed up sorry she was lying through his teeth and making excuses upon excuse open excuses should ve known better because several people told me not to trust him enough to go over there now I know why they keep trying over the help

Professional staff who know their stuff! They were able to quickly and efficiently install my older tool box on my brand new truck - when others couldn't. They were resourceful and helpful - with a 'we can do that' approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use their services in future.

Terrible experience. Ordered over $2,200 in new ladder racks and bed cover. Paid more than $200 to get from yankee (instead of ordering online( because they told me I could get by Friday (needed for the weekend). Material didn't show up until today (6 days late). I had to call multiple times trying to get a resolution and when I finally got a call back they weren't willing to do anything to make up for their mistakes. Terrible Terrible experience. I would NEVER order from these people again. Terrible experience.--------------Its a review of my experience with yankee custom as a whole. Very poor service from my local store and even worse service from the main office in Tewkesbury. The company is run poorly from the top. Location is irrelevant at this point. yankee custom isn't interested in standing by their promises and commitments. Not to mention WAY more expensive than ordering online. I would never shop at ANY Yankee custom EVER.

Wow! If you've never been to this store I highly recommend it. I went there with my new truck(my first truck), I didn't no there were so many things I could do. When I walked in I was greeted with a happy face (these days that's not always given) I told them this was my first truck and I didn't no what's out there, but I new I wanted a cover. "John" had so much knowledge of his store and products. I was explained in detail about the options of covers , and I selected the Lorado ...its been great. John showed me my options of step .... gosh there are so many. After looking at them all I picked the stainless one because they have a longer life, they wont rust. I also new I wanted floor mats, weather tech... they are a perfect fit. The technician was super as well, he took the time with me to make sure I could open and close the cover with ease. These days its such a pleasant experience to find a location where I was treated with the most respect and given so much knowledge of all sorts of products and things about my truck in general. After going there I've decided to get a few other things as well and I will DEFINETLY be going back there to get those items in a few weeks. Price was great cant beat it any where. When I left there I felt like I've known them forever, I was told to call back with any question's I had and not to hesitate. If your going there as a first time truck owner or someone that's had trucks there entire life this is the place to go, I tell everyone about the impeccable service and how clean the installation was and this is the place to go. :)

Our scheduled time for getting the trailer hitch was spot on. All parts were in evenbe shorthanded our crv was done on time. No hidden costs.

Absolute worst installation shop period in my opinion, they were good years ago when my father dealt with them. I went back to have some strobes wired up on my truck because I didn't have time to do it myself. These guys absolutely hacked it and made me real angry during a snow storm my plow stopped working and so did my strobes. Turns out the fuse under my hood at the battery that was supposedly just for strobes was not just for strobes it was linked to my plow. so I plowed with no strobe lights during the storm the next day I took it back and told him what happen when I use my strobes he says strobes and plow are separate but obviously not. his guy looks at it un plugs the switch and plow keeps working and says they are separate and says problem is in the strobes somewhere and cant get to it today. Just because you unplugged the switch doesn't mean the plow will stop working when you pull the fuse out it will stop working and not supposed to be linked. The next day I took my dash apart and found hacked wiring just pieces of scrap wire he had around green white and red wire butt connected together not even heat shrink butt connectors and the short was inside the cab that kept popping the fuse exposed copper touching steel under the dash lucky he even put a fuse or would've started a fire. And also found that they tapped into my plows fuse so that's why they would stop working together. But also realized the plow was hot all the time so even truck off you could still move plow around. This created a huge safety hazard if you have plow up and change the cutting edge for an example and someone happens to hit controller they plow could literally squish your feet or body.They are supposed to be professionals, their quality of workmanship has greatly diminished and would absolutely wish no one to go to that shop. I'm not a complaining type of person but these guy have caused nothing but headaches for me.So I hope lots of you read this review before going there to have any work done to your vehicle!!!

Absoltly horrible expirience i Drop my toyota tundra 2020 to get linner in the bed its brand new wiht 6 hooks on the bed that i need it for work bettewn this shop and the linner staff thought was ok to take the extra 2 hooks because it only comes wiht 4 out of factory well i have 6 because i need it for work i talk to mannger of the store that is pretty much useless so nobody is accountable for nothing for taking things out of your car i wouldnot recomend you this shop if you dont want anythin missing out of your truck go to different store because in this one they will take your things and nobody knows nothing and we the customer are the ones we loose our things and then when you said something they just get mad at you and then they would ignore you Horrible expirience DONT GO TO THIS SHOP TAKE YOUR BUSSINES TO DIFFERENT PLACE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR STUFF MISSING

Went in to price out a bed cover and a bed pad. Walked out less than an hour later with both installed. Truck looks great with the LoMax hard cover. Great experience.

Ordered a bed cover, they had it next day. I did have to call to follow up. Installed and out of there in about 30 mins.
