These guys are great. They are very knowledgeable, they installed a remote starter in my wife s car and fixed the remote starter in my car. Their prices are fair and their service is exceptional. Highly recommend you give them a try.

I had Superior wire up my off road lights and install the switches as needed. I couldn't be happier. Pricing was fair and the quality of work is great. I would highly recommend them for any of your automotive electrical needs.

Outstanding JOB !!!! They were the most reasonably priced no games or gimmicks trying to over sell they understood the assignment the results were way better then I expected and when I called they took me in within the hour this is the way to do business if they had 10 stars I would give them 15 very impressed with the service and outcome!!!! Don t shop around these are your guys !!!

I set up an appointment to have a pioneer Head unit and rear components (alpine x series) speakers bill the owner did the work absolute professional he rewired all four speaker leads that was a absolute mess from a previous installer and redid all the wires behind the head unit zip tied everything nice and neat what a great install! Helped me with all the settings on the head unit basically didn't let me leave until i was completely satisfied!! The system sounds amazing I've gotten so many compliments on the sound! Everything was done on time, price was much cheaper than other installers I've been to!! Superior radio will be my go to install for all my car needs! Highly recommend!!! Very relaxing environment, Dunkin donuts 100yards away!! Thanks for everything bill ! See ya soon!!

I was at Superior Radio almost a week ago buying and installing my Compustar alarm system with Drone and a kill switch for my Durango. Brian was awesome in communicating everything with with me about the product and installation process. The whole front staff was very nice also. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thx to everyone at Superior Radio & Security.

I went there to get a dash cam installed and at first I was not to happy with my purchase after talking to Brian he was able to do a swap of dash cam and now im happy and content! and it took less time then expected. Thank you Brian and to the men who uninstalled and restalled the new one with no issues!

Got me in within a few weeks. Wrong part was sent by their supplier so had to wait. Got me in 2 weeks later. Whole day (2019 BMW 640i GT/M). Pricey but understandable as the car is expensive/complex. Used existing BMW remote to program (1 remote has to be installed in car) and has internet capable app (quite a lot of info - windows/trunk/door/sunroof open). Remote trunk release and Auxiliary functions to program. Great people!

first time upgrading radio ever i have the ILX509 alpine. bought it online right before i found out about this place. (bad timing) the thing was giving me problems i couldn't get the update to work. i rolled in there and they helped me right away. i'm a customer for life now. they are knowledgeable and respect and love what they do. i bought my alpine back up camera and bunch of alpine grilles. thinking of upgrading my amp and i will go no where else but here. i couldn't recommend more. there is a reason they are busy and have a short waiting list. they are the best.HEY ALPINE if you see this...Superior Radio saugus are the reason i didn't return the unit. i was frustrated now i can enjoy all the features!

I was very excited about all the reviews for Superior Radio & Security. Today I finished the installation of a remote starter (with Mobile App) for my girlfriend's car. I brought my own device and the instructions to the shop.Today I picked up my car and quickly I learned that the SimCard (mobile app connector with data link) was not setup correctly. I went back to the shop to communicate the issue and the possible solution, trying to confirm that they did follow the instruction manual that came with the device, they quickly responded they did, I didn't feel they wanted to listen to my explanation of the issue.I decided that I just over paid this job and that I was going to finish it at home. After 10minutes from being home I opened the dash and ran the configuration process that is explained in the manual, after that everything worked fine.I am giving 3 stars not because they didn't know this, this is understandable since they are not used to this hardware, but because they didn't want to listen to me and were just trying to clean their hands from the actual issue. I didn't feel appreciated, specially after paying $200 bucks for a 45 minutes job.Pros:- On time service- appointment service- the hardware setup seems very professional.Cons:- Pricey- Customer service

I needed new speakers and a radio for my boat. Bill came down within a couple of DAYS and did a PHENOMENAL job installing and making sure everything was left perfect, locked and covered! He even went out of his way and fixed my anchor!! I could not be happier with the quality of the products, the professional service and the kindness. I would definitely recommend Superior to any of my friends. A+. Thank you!

They helped me out over 3 years ago on an audio system for the car, including a new radio, subwoofer and amplifier, that all still work perfectly. Everything was wired seamlessly with the existing components and was done very professionally so nothing hung out or looked out of place. They were patient with my decision process and gave me a great price. For anyone even remotely in the Boston area, I very much recommend this establishment. Top notch job.

There are 5 competing installers closer to my house than this place, however I had some very specific questions about remote start and everybody else either couldn't answer or said "maybe" without spending any time. Mike at superior was patient with me and got answers to all my questions, he even called the manufacturer and didn't let them go until he got what he needed. I appreciated the up front work just for a quote so it was a no brainer to go forward with superior for the install. The job went off without issue and I'm very happy with my product and the dealer that installed it.

I contacted them to confirm that they could install a remote starter in my Volvo.They responded promptly. After receiving the confirmation, I called them and spoke to them about the remote starter features and my needs. On the day of my appointment, they labored hard to get it installed (not an easy task on a Volvo).They tested all the vehicle settings to make sure there wasn t any changes after the installation and explained the operation of the remotes.I got what a wanted and just in time with current winter snow falls.Many thanks to Brian & the professional installer.

I went here to get a backup camera installed in my 2012 Honda Civic, and I have to say I came to the right place! These people are honest, communicative, and stand behind their work! The camera is amazing and they updated me often. The parts included me paying for a camera to install but they told me the interface came with one and so I ended up saving 80 dollars! Other places I know wouldn t even have told me that and would ve tried to make an easy 80. These people were honest enough to tell me. Definitely go here!

They have done everyone of my car systems. Billy and the installers They are the best at what they do. My car has the best sound I've ever heard. Alpine and the remote start and alarm combo is AWSOME. And the girls out front are very help full and are very knowledgeable in what they do. And stand behind the work 100%

More than radios, sounds & security systems: As an out-of-towner (Thanksgiving visitor) a few years ago who needed *emergency* attention for a baffling headlight/electrical problem on a snow-slush-&-rainy Black Friday--& sent here by a local Sears Tech who could not resolve it--I found excellent, courteous attention, as though I were a neighbor who'd been a customer for years; & excellent, honest service at a fair price. Moreover, the proprietor provided me a drawing that showed where-&-what the problem was and & how to fix it quickly, should it ever recur when I returned home (which, btw, it hasn't!).Courteous attention, rapid, expert diagnosis & service, at a fair price: you can't go wrong.

***UPDATE 11/16/2020*** Bill and team replaced my sound system amps. We thought we were going to have to go with an inferior, OEM amp system from the manufacturer. Instead, after doing the research they found a cheaper and better solution for me. This is the service I have come to expect.***Grew up and Saugus. My dad and I had been here a handful of time in the past. I came to Bill with a motorcycle project back in January. We talked through it he assured me that I was worrying about it too much and that its an easy job for him. We shared stories about bikes we have had and our favorites, etc. He was excited about my project with me. It was a rather unique task, but I just thought it was AWESOME that this guy was as excited about the project as I was.I ended up going a different direction on the project as a result of finances. Did all new LED lighting all around my motorcycle. Still, Bill, Mike and the team at Superior were nothing short of professional and extremely accommodating. While at work (as I requested) they gave me status updates on the project, read through and followed my detailed note left with the keys and allowed to drop off the bike after hours and pick up after hours. They even took the time to accept payment over the phone. Bike came out BEAUTIFULLY. Lighting was fitted corrected, tightly and functions beautifully. I ride ALOT and to know that the lights were installed correctly, I know that mechanical failure and issues as a result of weather will be greatly reduced. I have only had the bike back a few days but going to a professional to get certain things done is worth it. Very grateful!

The staff at superior Superior Radio are hands down the friendliest and most knowledgeable in the field! They always accommodate my needs. I had a sound system installed in my truck back in 2012 by Superior and after 6 years, they gave me a complementary tune up. I would recommend Superior a thousand times over

Great service had them put in a car starter in my girls car, on time very courteous and the prices and competitive. Had it installed a year ago and never had any issues. I will be returning soon for more upgrades.

If you want help with your sound or security system, this is the place to go.The staff is sharp, and will help put in the *right* system in your car. Not just the system that costs the right way. For me, they were clear and upfront about the pricing of parts and installation. I didn't see a single customer walk in who was not given rich explanations and clear product options.The installation of an AUX input cable for my car was clean, fast, thoughtfully executed, and included my input at exactly the correct times during the installation process.When I get around to installing a dashboard camera system for the car, I will not even be considering any other installer.

The Best, they put a C/B Radio in, they also do remote starters and those are Top Notch. When the Car Dealer Cry's and says we can't add that accessory, Superior says Yes and will tackle easy and hard jobs at a Fair Price. Will Definitely go back.
