Very honest, fair & kind. Extremely compassionate toward my situation. Explained everything along the way with all repairs! They really go above & beyond. Even the receptionist is awesome! She was so kind, hilarious & helpful! We had a payment issue and she helped us resolve it & made us feel like we were not a burden to her. I d 110% go back & recommend to others for their auto repairs!!!

Justin the owner was so kind when I showed up stressed out and thought my engine was about to blow up. He calmly put me at ease by offering to check it out right away. This is a top notch, honest, professional establishment. They were very transparent through the entire process of fixing the power steering in my Jeep wrangler. Rather than replacing everything at the onset, they did their due diligence to be sure they fixed only what was necessary to be fixed. They took their time to solve the problem and were 100% transparent through the entire process. I live in NH and am only on the Cape from time to time, but will be going back to them regardless if I need work on my Jeep again.

Justin and his crew are friendly, efficient, and best of all, honest. They've done a few repairs on my vehicle, and saved my wife from some nonsense one of the area dealerships was trying to pull. I've been really happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic in the area.Update: Same great service in a new location. Worth the drive up to Sagamore.

Good service can only exist if the human behind the company is a decent, honest person. That s Justin. From the moment I reached out to him about installing a grille on my camper van, he was responsive and kind. The grille got delivered late and he hung on to it for over a month until I returned from a cross country trip. Upon my return, he got me right in. His team mirrors Justin s qualities. I will use them again when a need arises.

We brought our car in for a noise in the front. Morrison diagnosed it as the wheel bearings and we paid Morrison to replace them. Shortly after the repair, we noticed the same noise, during our road trip, to and from Florida, so we brought the vehicle back, when we returned from our trip, and were told that it was not the wheel bearings, but that the transmission was failing. We brought the car to the dealership mechanic as there was no reason for the transmission to be failing. Their mechanic told us that the transmission was fine and that it's unlikely a non-certified mechanic would even be able to get into the transmission, to diagnose it, as it is proprietary and, therefore, only accessible by the dealership's mechanic. The dealership mechanic replaced the wheel bearings and we no longer hear the noise.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We dropped our Mercedes Sprinter van off for an oil change while we went out to Nantucket for 3 days. The guys in the shop were great, and they met us on Saturday morning to settle up and get the van. Great service, great price, and very friendly! Thanks!

The guy knows what he's doing....he saved me from a hefty air condition bill..I went to get my ac fixed and instead of quoting me on it he told me that my car was piece of junk and that I should get a new one rather than fixing this....it's drill running..with no ac..and I wanted ac for the summer....he could have just fixed it and I woulda been happy....instead I'm stuck in a hot car now and gotta find someone else further down the line this summer to get it done..becaue I can't afford a new car and not fixing stuff that I don't need to seeing as this car isn't going to last ..it's a 2003 sable so...ya know....old ocean state cars...always loo rusty but this specific series of cars are beasts and will get an extra ten thousand miles putting barely any money into it.....idk cheaper than making payments that equal more than what I'd pay to fix...like I'd get a new car when this one is basically unsellable...when I just got this car a year ago....I just wanted cool air man and a quote that I never got..idk why I couldn't get the quote anyways....had all day to figure it out...thanks anyways for all the knowledge u shared about my car tho and checking it out for super minimal price..he even fixed a couple small hints that he didn't need to...good guy...smart mechaic...I'm just wierd that's all

We are vacationers with a problem and limited time to sort it out. Justin helped us figure out a problem with our Subaru in a very timely manner. He was very helpful and had a strong technical understanding of our car's problem. He was very fair. Am very glad we found his shop.

I had an excellent experience with Morrison Auto Works this past week. The staff took the time to explain the probable cause for the check engine light, and how to handle the situation in a cost-effective way if the light came on again. Justin and his crew were so helpful! We had an emergency truck repair while we were at the Cape Cod Boatbuilder's show in Hyannis. He was able to squeeze our truck in and we were back on the road in no time! I can't thank him enough! He was kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

We had our car towed to have our surpentine belt replaced and tensioner pulley repaired. They had our car for entire day and no calls were made to let us know what was happening. We called at 4 and were told they just wanted to get out of the heat. The following morning we called and Justin was not even there and car was still not fixed. We had it towed to another repair shop and it was fixed in 2 hrs. We were on the road back to NY. By 1 p.m. Very unprofessional shop.

The problems with my 99- 911c4 were too many to list. But here goes....replace water pump was the main problem. Oil change. Tune up . checking leak .ignition . and on and on. They stood by their quote and the date the car would be completed. Thanks a million, Morrison Motorworks!I am an engineer by trade and I have a German car and German cars are fantastic until something brakes... You can go your brand dealership (and be in a world of financial pain) and even then the techs are so isolated from you by the management that you'll never find out what really went wrong with your vehicle.Or can save yourself a lot of pain, money and headaches and simply go see Justin at Morrison Motorworks! Justin is polite and an engineer at heart! He will go through every single detail with you, point out (literally) exactly what's wrong and provide future recommendations - all without trying to upsell you on any other services.This time around Justin has replaced all my belts, idler pulley and a water pump with coolant. The engine bay was as clean as a whistle when picked up my Audi.Thanks a million, Morrison Motorworks! I'll definitely be back again!Happy Customer

If you were like me and have lost faith and trust in auto mechanics then call Morrison. I brought my suv in here to be fixed and instead doing the work and making the money (like the previous mechanics did) they called me and went over some pretty scary safety issues about my vehicle. They will be my go to auto mechanic's from here on out.

10 days ago i get check engine light. I buy scanning tool and check codes. I call this garage to inquire about appointment. Get appointment. I come 1 hr early and walk to mall to wait for a call. Hours go buy then i call and they tell me to come back. Report is intake manifold needs replacement. Ok. Cant do it now. Ok. Will call you with estimate. 10 days later no call, vehicle is surging rpms. I am stuck afraid something will break and will end on side of road. Thats garage for hospital employee in Hyannis. Thanks bunch guys, i will not be back.

Morrison Motorworks has done an outstanding job handling the maintenance and repairs on all of our light trucks, suv's and vans. Morrison's is a very reliable service platform to perform almost any task! With a large fleet running 24/7/365, it needs to be in tip top shape! Thanks to Morrison Motorworks, I can rest a little easier! They are honest, upfront and you always know the deal! Would highly recommend anyone on Cape Cod to bring their vehicle by and see for themselves!

Great place, I came to Hyannis from the South shore to look at a truck at a local dealership and he inspected it for me prior to my purchasing a truck. Honest, knowledgeable, professional and an overall nice man! TY so much!
