I had a screw in one of my tires. I called Montesino & Sons and they told me they could fix it but there was a few cars ahead of me, which was ok by me. I showed up to the shop 15minutes later. I walked into the storefront and there was no one inside. I came outside and there were about 5 men just talking and chatting animately. One man was working on a car. This was around 10am so not lunch time. I then stood there for about 5 minutes and was ignored. No one looked at me or acknowledged me. Left because I'm not going to beg someone to take my money. Ended up at Big tire shop, which fixed my tires in about 15 minutes and for $35. Go there instead, it's also on Blue Hill.

They were super quick, kind and affordable. The guy first tried to fix my existing tire and had me come in to show me exactly what s wrong with my tire and then gave me the option to buy a tire there or somewhere else, whatever worked for me. 10/10 would recommend this place

I had a good experience at this place! The prices were just right, and they were super fast. They fixed my flat tire, changed the oil, and balanced my tires in no time. I was totally satisfied with their work and how quickly they got things done.

Best tire place in Boston... respectful people... you ever go there ask for Lee Junior, and tell them CrazyFreddy sent you. To get hooked up with a nice lower proce... that's new wheels, and tires just put in. Fast service...

Very nice family owned business. They always see to it that you save. The tires are good quality and the price is most of the time pretty reasonable. I recommend to everyone. Check them first before going anywhere else. Three thumbs up!

They were amazing! I went to my regular mechanic because my front end felt weird. He told me to go over to Montesino and so I did. They seen immediately the issue somehow my lug nuts had been undone and by the grace of God I didn't lose my tire. I'm telling everyone I meet to go there

These guys are so nice and helpful. $10 to plug a hole in my tire. Work was fast and good. Highly recommend. If you re lucky they ll show you the pigeons, too.

Had a nail in my tire, stopped by on a Saturday waited. Then had to go inside to grab someone. They were busy on their phones to come out. After getting helped, the tire was fixed but my Tire Pressure Sensor was now broken and the tire balcing weight had been knocked off. 15.00 nail repair will now become a 100.00 one.

Gave me a bald tire that went flat in two days. Never coming here again. This was my second visit my fist visit they played me with the price. Maybe because I'm a woman they thought they could get over on me . I went alone and got a price told them I will be back needed to get cash. Had a male friend bring my car back and they charged him $15 less.

These guys know what they are doing at great prices! Tires, brakes, struts, anything like that, especially tires or wheels related. Very nice staff, great old fashioned customer service !!

My sister needed the whole new engine on her Camry and this guy Lee told her that he will do it for $450 labour and $560 used engine but we have to pay him for the engine in advance and cash only. We paid him $560 in cash and the car was towed to his place the next day. After a week we called him to find out what is going on and he told us that yes we have the engine but it needs to be programmed and we need another week. So we waited another week and we called him again here we go another excuse that the mechanic father is sick and he left for couple of days.Now after 45 days and in the period of those days we called him many many times and visited his garage bunch of times but our car was not even touched.Finally we decided to take our car back from him and to do that I had to call Boston police on him to give us our keys back, now we have our car back and it's missing some stuff. For the $560 that we gave him we are going to take him to court.Do not go to this guy he is a big scammer. His name is Lee and his business name is montesino & sons on 13 Bluehill ave Roxbury.

I have been going to this tire shop for years. They get the job done quick and at a WAY!!!! better price than the chain locations like P boys and NTB.

This is good place to get some neccessary things done but, because it is very small this can cause customers to leave. Otherwise the location is in a great place.

they cash only, I paid cash, every time i go they told me my tires are not there yet. I lost the receipt and they took advantage of it, never installed my tires nor got my money back. Don't go there.

Never know how early they're open, but they're good guys. Fast and helpful. Prices can't be beat.
