I had my brand new condition, only 2 years old, car hit a deer and I was devastated. I researched the best options and called my dealership both came highly recommended to Collision Center. They did an ABOVE and BEYOND excellent job on my car. It looks exactly how it was before I hit the deer. It is like it never happened. I was more than thrilled. The service was beyond excellent. The team well informed me every step of the way. Their friendly staff was easy to talk to and very detailed with the work that they were doing. They wrote to me every other day with updates. They ordered all new parts and guaranteed them as long as I own the car. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their car fixed after an accident. They will work with your insurance to get the best parts and price for your repairs to be good as new.Services: Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

My car was hit and my driver's door was smashed in. Collision Center did a great job, always communicated where we were in the process, including updates about delays due to backlogs and parts delays, communicated with the other guy's insurance company and handled communicating with my ongoing need for a rental, plus returned my rental for me. Great service, very nice people and the car looks great. Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The body shop repaired and painted a rocker panel for my car (Nissan 370z). They completed it in a timely and professional way, keeping me updated along the way. Such a friendly environment to work with so grateful for all the people here who made sure the job was done to the highest quality, I could not be more happy with the results. I included a before and after of the magic that was done. I reccomend The Collision Center to anyone looking for quality body work, what an amazing team!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience getting my MINI serviced here. The estimate on how long it would take was made correctly and I had my car back in 2 weeks! I was even able to pick it up around 7:10am and they only open at 7:30. Will definitely be back if any need for repairs come up in the future!

Great experience working with the Collision Center to have my vehicle repaired. Lucia, Grace, Jerry and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed throughout each step of the process and made sure that the work was performed properly. I rarely ever write reviews, and I don't think I've ever written a review for somewhere that I didn't end up going. I dealt with Grace in customer service to make an appointment (I ended up canceling because I had to go somewhere else for my maintenance plan) and she could not have been a nicer or more pleasant person. She was a delight, especially in a field where you have to deal with customers all day long. When my year is up on my current maintenance plan, I will definitely return to the Collision Center Coastal thanks to Grace!

The people at people at the Collision Center were very friendly and the service was excellent. I was always kept up to date on the repair of my vehicle via text and they fixed my car on time. I also liked how they coordinated the cost of the repair and my rental with my insurance company so I could concentrate on other things that I had to do. All in all it was very pleasurable experience and i would highly recommend the Collision Center to anyone that needs auto body work done on their car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The Collision Center is the best in the business. Excellent work on high end vehicles. i always find the work returns the vehicle to like new appearance and performance. They work well with insurance companies and always keep the project moving. Their communication with the customer is excellent with prompt texts and calls on their progress and any issues. So happy my dealership recommended you. A bad experience turned into an amazing experience. The communication and level of professionalism was amazing. Thank you for answering my questions when I couldn't get the insurance company to answer them. And to have a rental car already arranged for me just amazing. I had an amazing experience at The Collision Center Coastal from start to finish! From the very beginning, Kathryn, Dan and Lisa were very transparent about the progress of my car and even helped me out when I had questions about insurance and a rental vehicle. The quality of work done on my car is excellent and they even went the extra mile and did a minor detail job on my car (vacuum, wheels, wipe down of windows). I will continue to bring my car here if it ever needs repairs again!

This was the first time I have ever had to have body work done to any car I've owned. Not only were The Collision Center Coastal staff helpful and responsive, they did a great job explaining all areas of the insurance claim process to me. Unfortunately I had to use Collision center twice in the last six months, but fortunately for me I did found Collision Center to fix my BMW. They did awesome job to repair my car both times for two different reason . My BMW X1 does look as good as new . Besides, that they are particular and great in what they do, they also kept me informed at every step what they were doing.

Incredibly friendly staff. Amazing work done here. I have brought my car to be repaired twice and each time I felt like I was driving a brand new car home. The quality of work is unmatched and their customer service is fantastic. Updates via email or phone call to let you know the progress they are making on your vehicle daily. Best in the business.

It doesn't get any better!! The entire staff at The Collision Center are extremely friendly, and professional. If you want to get the best service and ,get your car back like new... Bring it to The Collision Center. I am a repeat customer and each time I was more than satisfied with the work. I have had two of my vehicles repaired at this collision center - they were prompt, excellent service and over delivered on the timing of repairs. My car was cleaned inside and out! Would highly recommend!!!They also fixed those annoying small dents from other car doors hitting my passenger side door.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've had a nightmare experience at this place. They had my car with minor repair to left rear corner for 3 weeks. I was repeatedly given false updates. Told the day I dropped it off, it would be able to be repaired before my 30 day rental period would be over. Given the damage, it should've been able to be done way before. At day 18, my car hadn't been touched and I was told I could not pick it up, but had to have it towed. I drove the car there from the Cape. The representative, Dan, hung up on me when I insisted on an ETA on repair. It was necessary to drive back up there on day 18 from the Cape and pick up my car. I would call the police if they didn't give me my car! Geico was wonderful! Backed me up and I was able to pick up my car. I took it to another body shop who informed me that the Collision Center hadn't even ordered the parts for my car as yet. Dan, this representative at the desk when you walk into the Collision center is very unprofessional with tattoos all over and wearing a knit cap. He's on some kind of a sick power trip in this position!! Would not trust this place with my car. People at this place are difficult, rude and overall very unprofessional and disorganized!!

My experience with Coastal was definitely by chance and as it turns out, by luck. I found myself in need of help as I was driving on the highway because my hood appeared as if it was going to pop open and smash into my windshield (I had been in a minor accident the evening before this and thought the car seemed fine to drive that day). So of course I took the next available exit and Coastal Collision happened to be right there so I drove over. From the moment I walked in I was treated with kindness and respect and the issue with my car was given prompt attention. It felt as though Dan (the service manager) truly cared about making sure things were handled properly for me, and he was intent on ensuring they would be.The level of professionalism, attention to detail, follow through, and quality employees sets Coastal apart from other collision/repair and body shops I have worked with. I highly recommend Coastal to those who have a want or a need for any auto body related services and/or repairs. You will NOT be disappointed!C G

I would go back anytime they were professional, updated me regularly and my car came out beautiful. They even detailed it !
