5 stars every time! I ve been taking my BMWs here for 5 years and every question or issue I ve had has been professionally diagnosed or handled accordingly. The loaner is always available when booked ahead and my service advisors, currently Andrew, always go above and beyond. On the sales Team several members, especially Greg, are always ready and eager to help. Even when warranty issues came up involving corporate BMW they gave me the advice and put in the effort needed to resolve everything. They understand these vehicles are more than just cars to some of the owners- and most share the passion themselves. I would 100% recommend working with this dealer especially after the experiences I ve had elsewhere.Oh and they also do a pretty good job cleaning:

It is a very pleasant experience where I was handled by a very professional and friendly team and the whole service went smooth in a short period. The waiting area suited me to finish my work there.I am very happy to find out after my first service in South Shore BMW that it was a perfect selection in every aspect not only in buying my car.

From the presentation in the outside to the inside, you know your in the right place.We had an appointment at 9 in the morning, and was greeted as soon as we walked in.The knowledge from Hunter our sales guy was really impressive.He knows his stuff !!The entire process was amazing and painless.I've bought alot of vehicles in my life, and this one ranks up there.Thank you Hunter and the entire staff.

Today I purchased a BMW X5. My experience started off positive with such a great job by Owen Martin, my Client Advisor and salesperson, who took me through each step of the process, including taking me out for test drive to explaining all the car features and to speaking directly with my car insurance. He made me excited to purchase my BMW.Just when I thought it could not get any better I met with Jason Gebara, Business Manager. His demeanor was professional and calm at all time and made the process smooth and easy. He answered each question that I had by explaining in a way I could understand. Had a situation with my 11 year old X5 that these guys were able to diagnose immediately. Great customer service. Andrew was on top of it from my call asking about warranty information through the texts and emails with video showing exactly what my problem was to the completion of the repairs less than 24 hours later. Great experience

Nearly perfect experience having my car serviced. Communication and check in were seamless and the service advisor kept me updated during the whole process. The only down side of the experience was that while the advisor knew I was waiting, the technicians were not aware, and somehow another vehicle was on the alignment machine before mine.This made my wait almost two hours longer than promised. Elijah kept me up to speed on progress though and waiting space was comfortable. Now, if only there was a food truck....

Fotios, Hunter, and Avery enabled Lisa and I to enter the BMW world very comfortably. Lisa s first bmw, a 2022 X3 is a great car and daily commuter. My new 2023 X5 was damaged early on, Hunter and Avery saved the day pretading it to a 2024 X5 while a lengthy repair was completed. My hats off to these guys. The new X5 is a great ride, combining speed, comfort, and economy, Hunter and Avery were most helpful and understanding for my 2023 X5 experience, I m looking forward to the new software upgrade.Thanks to all!

We really could not have had a worse experience with South Shore BMW. We talked with multiple people and made an appointment to come up to buy a car they had on the lot. It could not have been an easier sale for them (we did not even ask for a test drive). We sat with the first salesman as you walk in the door and immediately asked him what types of payments they would accept (after confirming this with a sales person prior to driving 2 hours to the dealership). He said "oh, don't worry- we will make it work". He then proceeded to print out all of the paperwork to finalize the sale- walking back and forth from a 'business manager' multiple times in the process asking for help. We got through this entire process for him to come back to us and say that not only would they not accept our check- but that the business manager would not even meet with us after signing all of this paperwork. The salesman threw up his hands and said "there's not much more I can do." I am not sure if they 'sized' us up and decided that we could not afford the car or what- but this was the worst display of dealer selling anything I have been a part of. We drove to Herb Chambers BMW and bought the same car on the spot for $500 less. I hope this is brought to the dealership owners attention- if this was my business I would be pissed.

First timing trying a new BMW dealership for service.The extra drive a few minutes south was TOTALLY worth it for a different level of customer service. From booking my appointment by phone, later having to change the appointment and being assigned a service advisor in advance, this was a very good experience.The dealership is right off the highway, extremely clean, seems well organized and they have definitely been trained to be nice to their clients.My advisor kept me up to date on progress, car was ready when promised, and even washed.The techs found an issue that was covered and warranty and they were able to replace parts all at the same time.I was impressed.I will return.Thanks Andrew and South Shore BMW.

1 star is too many, original owner, and dealer serviced regularly at South Shore BMW - 2016 X3 diesel brought in for service on July 13, 2022. I informed the dealer that the car had twice in the last 6 months called for "low engine coolant" which was topped off both times - using BMW-compatible coolant. The most recent time was on a 7 hour trip over the 4th of July weekend. I thought it was odd as I have never experienced this with any car - low coolant usually would be a line leaking, radiator leaking, or head gasket -all noticeable odor or performance. Service checked the car, pressure tested it, charged me $200.13 for the service, told me there was an open recall on the car, gave it back to me & said they couldn't find anything wrong. The open recall # 21V-907 is for EGR Cooler. The EGR cooler can develop an internal leak (of engine coolant) which can cause a risk of fire.Well guess what, 9 days later- 7/22/2022, my wife was driving the car on the highway, drivetrain error messages on the dash, reduced power messages on dash, she pulls over to side of road, smoke starts coming from hood, vehicle is on fire. Fire department arrives to put it out, car is totalled. Engine compartment completely destroyed, windshield blew out, 3 windows blew out, fortunately she was not hurt.Within 2 hours of the fire I contacted the dealership & spoke with the service advisor that worked with the last visit. I was instructed to contact BMW corporate & file a claim with them. The contact at corporate insisted I file a claim with my insurance - I told him, this has nothing to do with my insurance. BMW & dealership doing everything possible to avoid taking responsibility. Terrible experience both with corporate & everyone at the dealership. I met with Avery - the dealership GM to ask for help with corporate & and be reimbursed for the $200.13 service bill. I did finally get a check for the $200.13, help with corporate's process never occurred.If you want this kind of service, you are at the right dealershipI'm not sure about the ultimate driving experience, not the 1st or only bmw owned but certainly last. If you own a BMW, I suggest you google BMW fires - you will be surprisedAs a follow up:1- I wrote the review 2.5 months after the incident to allow BMW & dealership to make situation right - never did.2-BMW's investigation determined the fire was result of the open recall.3- South Shore GM -Avery- wants me to contact him now, 2 days after I write the review. Yet, I contacted South Shore 1 hour after the car burned & never heard from Avery until I reached out to him about 2 weeks after the fire. I was tired of the run around from BMW & Service Mgr was little assistance so I called dealership & asked for GM.Like I said before, if this is the customer service you want, you are at the right dealership.12/22/22 updateSo BMW sends us a letter - Recall Campaign No. 21V-907: EGR Cooler - "We are pleased to inform you that we are ready to perform this recall" - BMW now has a remedy available to replace the EGR cooler & we are to contact our authorized BMW center immediately. Under the What could happen section " increasing risk of fire" - News flash - your 6 months late on your remedy & this car needs a lot more than an EGR cooler.Keep up the good work on the Ultimate Driving Experience

I always thought they were expensive, so I had not been back for quite a while. You know, typical dealer. However, this time, they beat the others for a front brake repair. I was impressed with the workmanship and the complete detailing. Inside & out turned out gorgeous. My 2018 X3 looked & felt new again. I'll be back.

So Shore BMW has always been extremely helpful, pleasant and very courteous. My service tech was Andrew McWhorter and he was wonderful. I received. Messages and told to return the loaner the next morning as I was busy later than expected. It s never an issue going to service or sales at SS BMW.

You are a BMW dealership!!!!! There is supposed to be a feeling of awe and incredible pride in that statement. I would say that you re offering Hyundai level service at BMW pricing but that would be too cliche. A loaner car filled with animal hair/fur should be beneath you. How could that happen? It s disappointing, disgusting, disrespectful, irresponsible, careless .well you get the idea.How can you be trusted to service my vehicle when you can even be trusted with the very basic task of giving a clean car? It s not a mistake either, No. Trash found in the trunk after a customer brought back a sedan, yeah mistake, no one looked. The animal hair/fur was in cupholder, door panels and pockets, the ceiling, passenger seat and floor, rear seats and floor. The entire cargo area .you get the idea. That screams WE DONT CARE!!!! That vehicle was driven up by one of your teammates and parked inside carport before it was given to me. They saw it and didn t care enough to take it back and replace it with something else or clean it before I got in. I was late taking my son to school so shame on me, ironically we were even more delayed after I had to clean off his clothing before I sent him to class.Little things matter, my time and health matter. Your actions were Disappointing, disgusting, disrespectful, irresponsible, careless .

Surprised that they did not recommend tire rotation, instead of replacing rear (4.25+mm). Also CBM date set to 2 years (4/2026) instead of 1 year.
