Guys are fast, chill, and very knowledgeable. I m glad I went here because most places nowadays charge an arm and a leg and I know people are not crazy about the price but with these guys, they get you in and out and not have a headache. Definitely will be coming back here again

Was short on time and needed an oil change. These guys got me in and out fast. They were incredibly polite and professional. Obviously you pay a premium for the convenience of not needing an appointment. However, their price for the oil change was very reasonable. They didn t try to upsell and weren t pushy about replacing the air filters. They showed me the filters and left it up to me . I usually just replace the air filters myself but because their price was so reasonable, I went ahead and had them do it. Overall great experience. I ll be back .

Brought my NEW 2021 Silverado here from the 1st oil change to 40k miles. After the 2nd change they kept telling me il burning oil because there is no oil measuring on the dipstick. Tried selling me some oil/motor treatment. Fast forward to 40k mile oil change in march 2022, 10am oil change, 6pm truck wont start, towed to dealership, they tell me that the entire undercarriage and engine compartment is covered in oil, which shorted out the starter which shorted my battery, $1100 later and another oil change. I was down 2qts. Turns out they never were tightening the filter leading to oil straying out for months which was the cause of low oil from my 2nd oil change with them. Never told me the undercarriage was coated with oil because they didnt want to admit their constant mistakes. My truck has 60k now and hasn't been down 1 drop of oil since I stopped going there. They cost me 1100$ and never offered me ANYTHING when I went back to tell them. Just a blank look like...oh well. Learn to tighten an oil filter...hand tight and then another 1/4 turn. Simple right???? Never going back and word of mouth is a powerful tool.***UPDATE*** Speedy Oil responded as you all can see in their response. They asked me to contact them. I contacted them 3 fricken times with zero response from them. They just told to contact them to make themselves LOOK better in all ur eyes. They are a joke. Coat me 1100$ because of their mistake and they wont even offer me a free coffee.Been over a year since this post and 5 emails to speedy with ZERO response. I've heard other stories just like mine, trying to sell oil treatment with 5k miles on a truck because they say it's burning oil. LOL. I advise everyone to not go here for an oil change.

A 15 minute oil change took almost 2 hours. When I pulled up to the lot I told the attendant that I only needed an oil change. He claimed that they only had the $90 oil available despite my car never needing it before. They claimed to be short staffed but had time for a full inspection claiming I needed everything under the hood replaced despite my car passing it's annual inspection the day before. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

Been a customer of Jiffy lube for over thirty years. Lately everytime I go there I have a problem, last time they were on lunch break at 2:30 p.m. I decided to give SpeeDee a try and I was happy with the results. They were fast, efficient and I was on my way in a short period of time.

I showed up at about 515pm for an inspection, their website said they were open until 6pm. It was the earliest I could get there after work. They stop taking any new cars after 5, not sure why it says they are open until 6.

10-31-20 I had very little time but needed an oil change badly so I got there 20 minutes before they opened at 8:00 so I would be first in line. I arrived at 7:40, the tech got out of his car and opened the bay door. I was in the bay by 7:41 and out before 8:00. On top of that, the man that helped me was extremely helpful and courteous! I didn t catch the tech s name but WOW, what a great employee you have in him! Thanks for a great experience.Service: Oil change

Excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I got a very reasonable estimate and the final charge was actually LESS than the quote! Honesty is a rarity in the automotive business. These guys are great!

Wouldn't go anywhere else. I get oil changes from this location, and so does my entire family. They're always helpful and polite which is hard to find. They make the usual routine maintenance suggestions during your oil change as any mechanic would, but without the added pressure.

Went to get an oil change was blown away at how amazing the two men working were. The one helping me was Named Mathew and he was so dang courteous I forgot it was 2020 and thought I had been transported to the 1800's between the fast service and thoughtful attention to everything at no extra cost. During a pandemic when I'm sure they would rather be with loved one's, I'm floored. Thank you for your service and attention to detail you guys rock!Edit: THEY ARE NOT EXPENSIVE OR PRICEY BY ANYMEANS. I drive a VW one of the most expensive cars to do anything to. After calling 6 different oil change specialists Speedees was the cheapest I found!!

Was charged $115 for an oil change (Synthetic oil, plus $10 extra for the oil, $10 extra for the the filter. I drive a jetta ..) Advised I had a coupon. I was told the coupon doesnt show on the bill but that it would show on my CC. I logged in right then and saw it didnt, they offered me $5 cash. Not going back.

Went here for an oil change.. after finding out it was going to be $100 dollars and that I had no other choice but to put expensive oil in my car.... when it hasn't had bougie oil in it ever. I left. Wont ever go back

Awful price for the work. I was charged $400 for a transmission fluid and differential fluid change. Im not a mechanic, but I know enough about cars to know that charging $200 for 4 bottles of differential fluid thats worth $50 is a SCAM. And "labor" does not make up for the price difference. Most of the time the employees were working on another car, so im not even sure they did it correctly.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Was helped by Bryce, and I was blown away by the customer service. He was super friendly in explaining every step of things to me, and I never felt like I was being pushed for anything I didn't need. Will definitely be back here.

Fantastic, expedient auto service, performed by friendly, honest, and competent staff. If you're in need of an oil change and want to know this isn't an outfit that'll try to gouge you (cough cough JiffyLube cough) then look no further.

I was told that my car would be vacuumed but it wasn't so I called SpeeDee and the guy was nice he said they're was a jam in the vacuum so I went back to the store and a man approached me and told me that he had checked the security camera and that my car had been vacuumed then he proceeded to tell me how dirty the interior of my car was which I did not feel was appropriate I am completely dissatisfied with this speedee and will never come here again.
