I was at the Raynham location last week with a flat tire and to me that is like the end of the world. Charlie AND Tim were EXTREMELY helpful!! Super nice and understanding. I must have called 20 times in one day to make sure my car was okay because I was not with it. They understood why I kept calling and gave me peace of mind. They were the best and made this anxiety filled experience very smooth and relaxing! THANK YOU!

I went there on a Tuesday and questioned a battery problem that my mechanic called out. Potential fluid/ acid. The young gentleman that helped me, Aaron was very professional, asked my phone number to verify my purchase on the car battery I made 2 years ago. Replaced it and then installed it after removing the old. Pleasant to business there, but ask for Aaron .

Bought a battery. One gentleman was great and quick to help out. One lady at the register had kinda an attitude. It wasn't outright rude... But definitely borderline.

I went into this AutoZone and there was a gentleman Jeff, who assisted me and searching the computer for the kind of oil my daughters car needed, as well as came out to my car and assisted with filling it up! what made it even more amazing when he was a little bit unsure he asked another associate bill to assisted with filling itup !! One of them had perfect customer service skills The other one had amazing car skilled.. The combination of them tobith was amazing !!!!I would come here. I don t even care if I had to drive the 20 minute drive to get here of choosing the one next to my house, I would come here any day. They make sure that my daughters car was completely full of oil all set as well as. Adding windshield washer fluid.. Plus they had to a few trips in and out of the store on a frigid afternoon and they still had a smile on their face and continue to help me. I m so grateful thank you guys.

If I could rate this specific store with a higher rating I would! I went in a little before closing to get some oil and a head light. Sales Associate, Ian, was more than helpful and customer friendly. He helped me add oil to my car and replace my headlight. He was so knowledgeable about the type of Camry I own which made me feel better. The store manager, Randy, was insightful and had to help me too! He was patient, friendly, funny and was able to get my hood to close appropriately which was clearly an unknown issue before I got there. All in all, thanks to them I was able to drive away feeling well taken care of at this store!

I've been here a couple times and have had an excellent experience with every customer service representative I encounter. A couple days ago, Randy helped me find the perfect sizing for my new steering wheel cover, took the old one off and put the new one on for me. It was much appreciated!

Very happy with my experience.Bought a battery 6 months ago battery died brought battery back six months later still under warranty but I had no receiptChris said no problem what is your phone # he looked it up verified warranty was still in effect.Chris found that it was he went and got me a new battery had me sign my name told me to have a good day ,he sent me on my way

The sales manager (Randy, I think) went above and beyond to try to help me out with a car issue in the cold and in the dark. While he wasn t able to resolve it, he truly tried his hardest and I felt safe and well taken care of while we were trying to figure it out. I would definitely go back to this autozone for any additional issues.

Its Autozone but I've gotten the wrong parts one too many times. I asked one of the employees there who sadly I think is a manager a simple question what was the difference between the two diagnostic tools. I could not see as they were behind the counter and she said one does more and cost more not like haha, I'm all about sarcasm but like she couldn't be bothered to do her job. I'm actually interested in buying it, so she isn't paying attention to me at all it's not like she was filling an order or dealing with another customer. I had to say well can I take a look then and I felt like I was destroying her world for wanting to look at the capabilities of the 2 machines. Feeling like you have to double check there work every time you order a part from them is annoying and just a fact. They really need to hire more knowledgeable staff and staff that cares about their customers and has customer service skills. Good products you can rely on that's why it's not a 1.

Great Customer Service! Headlight blew out at night and due to recent surgery, I was unable to replace it myself but 2 employees had no issue at all coming out to do it for me. It wasn't the easiest of tasks but they got it done and it was much appreciated. Thanks to Jeff and Stephanie.

I went in as I needed to check what was causing a light on my dashboard to turn on, I was helped by 2 employees initially. I know during the times of Covid they were unable to go in my vehicle to connect for the test, however a friendly employee was able to explain to me a little better where the connection needed to go than the first. As I went inside to get the results, a third employee printed them and gave me the slip with a very unfriendly recommendation and walked away as I tried to respond. I understand they are not mechanics, however I would have appreciated being able to respond before the employee walked away to the other end of the counter with no other customers in the store at that.

the manager has run this store for a while and I can remember when she just started, very good employee which is why she went to manager in a short time, but unfortunately she has not kept up with what makes a company grow, which is why this store has declined and with no shortage of parts stores nearby or online, being the biggest doesn t mean the best, and may soon make room for the rest, so much for guaranteed for life.

Most of the workers are nice and helpful but there is one woman their that I had to deal with that needs training on customer relations and some personal adjustments to her personality dealing with customers, not a warm encounter.

Out of the few auto zones I have been to, this one is one of the best. Most of thier staff is very knowledgeable and the others will refer you to who can help if they don't have the answer. My dealings so far were very good. They are honest and even have given recommendations to go elsewhere if they can't get the part I need in a urgent manner. I personally would rather just go here and though not perfect, I am very happy with the service I get.

I have been going to this AutoZone for a good number of years.the people that work here are helpful and they always get it right the first time.i do a lot of mechanic work and I have to make returns from time to time and any time I returned an item here they took it back or exchanged it no questions or hassle's period.that make my job all the more pleasent.

Sent in and was surprised. Usually pleanty of assistance but not this timem they also had a few people in there. Felt the power sterring dluid was a littke exoensive went to walmart down st and saved 3 bucks on the bottle

Middleboro is good but be very wary and double check your parts and part #s because that Taunton Store needs to get retrained on reading and checking proper parts especially when called in from the sister store.. for that specific vehicle also to apologize to the customer when your wrong pal.

Great customer service. They stand behind what they sell. I bought a Duralast Jumpstarter with Tire Inflator from them. The first time I tried to use it was in January and it broke. I thought I was going to get a hassle trying to exchange it because I bought it back in November. Nope. No hassle what so ever. They exchanged ot on the spot. I'll be doing business with them over and over.
