Absolutely excellent and honest family owned company! As a Fleet Manager for a local business I highly recommend cahill s. From day one they have been an incredible asset to not only our company but our family and friends as well. Amazing staff, quality mechanics and competitive pricing. I ve dealt with several dealerships, auto repair and tires centers in the past and Cahill s is by far the best. Honesty and integrity go a long way in the auto repair business and make no mistake they exceeded at both. I love doing business with Cahill s.

I had 2 nails in my tire which could not be repaired. Kim was able to get me a replacement tire in less than a day. Ellen and Kim were very helpful ,professional and they do it with a sense of humor. We moved to Oxford almost 8 years ago and this was first time that I went there. I recommend Cahill's very highly.

Ive tried to go here several times. Havent got past a phone call. They make every excuse in the book to avoid doing work. The people at the front desk tried telling me the stock drum brakes on my tacoma where custom and need additional custom parts. Place is a joke

We had an unfortunate last minute notification from our airline that our flight has been delayed with no update on flight status - due to staff/pilot shortages. Therefore, now I must travel to my out of state scheduled procedure. Our only vehicle needed an oil change, all 4 tire replacement & they also found misc issues & addressed them this way I won t have anymore unforeseen delays. I have a medical procedure for this week that is out of state - I can t miss, Cahill Tire staff came through & was able to fix lt & replace everything in less then 4 hours. I will now make my scheduled medical procedure this week because of their dedication & superb service! Unbelievable turn of events from this local Auto Service shop! The staff is so amazing, friendly & helpful!!!Great Job!Thank you for all you do Cahill Tire & Auto Service Co.

I have taken my car to Cahill's for a couple of years now for everything tire related, and I can tell you that your vehicle will be in good hands here. They are polite, professional, and they do quality work at reasonable prices. I have never left disappointed or feeling like I got stuck paying an outrageous bill. I would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend for any tire needs. This is my third visit(1. Tire repair, 2. Alignment, 3. Four tire mount & balance), and staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. Unlike the large corporate centers, you definitely feel like your business is appreciated!

In response to the review about needing new tires same exact thing happened to me! Also my friend April I know came here and had her tires done and one of them came off while driving!!!!! They re fine for everything else just don t get tires I guess

Been going to Cahills for several years. Always do top notch quality work. Pricing is fair and they always let you know up front what the costs will be or what is needed now or later for repair. They also keep records of your vehicle so they have the history. Nice people too.

*****DON'T USE THIS SHOP*****I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO HAVE WORK DONE.OK, here is my experience with them.I go to this shop for the first time. Everyone seems nice, polite and kind. (Let's fast forward). I drop it off for an alignment. Get a call saying the left rear tie rod was frozen and has to be changed. So I pay the additional $175.00 to have it done.I get a call the car is ready, and as I was paying, Kim tells me the steering wheel was "slightly" off. (With my own visual inspection, the tires were down to 5/32 depth, the left rear tie rod had been replaced and steering wheel looked straight. (So far so good).When I start driving my car, I notice the wheel is off by 1/4" (30 degrees approximately). We are good there. I can live with this as I know sometimes it cannot be perfect.HOWEVER-------The vehicle pulled slightly to the left and right. (Thinking it was the road, I don't take it as any thing wrong.After a month of driving and the car unable to handle well on the Mass Pike in a major downpour, I got a bit nervous. I bring my car to another shop to replace the two front tires, as they wore from the "alignment" that was done. (Tires were so worn, the radials started to show through). I replaced the tires and then get a call telling me the right front inner and outer tie rod are frozen stuck and has to be heated to do the alignment, there are new markings showing they "tried" to loosen the nut. (Too bad I can't post photos).Neither here or their, the result was the alignment was NEVER done.So here I am at another shop and I am already up to $800.00 dollars with a repair bill, due to the honesty not being their. If Kim was told the alignment was done, by the mechanic Dave, (either she lied or Dave is not a great mechanic, as he cannot do an alignment.Point is this...****DON'T USE CAHILL TIRE AND AUTO****THEY CHARGED ME FOR Something that was NEVER DONE. (Yes I am angry). When I called Cahill tire and Auto, to share this lovely news, they had no compassion to offer any assistance, I did tell them I don't want it any compensation. (Hoping this bad review hits them in their wallet), I am also hoping this review hits a lot of views and Cahill Tire and Auto, realize, they took advantage of the wrong person.If they did this to me, how many more people have been deceived and taken advantage of???I will continue to share this verbally and I hope this review helps you realize, Cahill Tire and Auto is not worth wasting your time and money. They do not deserve my business.This is one of the worst shops around I have ever been too.Finding a shop you can TRUST and not make you feel afraid to drive your vehicle (is very tough and time consuming), when they say "it is not safe'' ( sometimes it can be used as a scare tactic to have you get the issue fixed and the shop can make money.

Came in in need of an emergency tire replacement pretty close to closing the other day and the lady I dealt with was super nice. Very professional, I just gave them my spare tire and they loaded up onto my wheel for me. Thank you for helping me out of that pickle!

Went here for an alignment, tread was fine. Two months later I now need new tires because it was not done correctly. Absolutely taking my business elsewhere.

Went there for them to check my rear brakes, the mechanic forgot to put the lugnuts back on my tire, it fell off on the railroad tracksabout 100feet from the shop.I called the shop, two mechanics showed up, as I was very upset one of them laughed at me.My husband showed up, and basically dismissed dumb and dumber, $1400 worth of damage, tow, and rental which the shop owner did reimburse me for.However when I told him his employee laughed at me,he said I don t pay him to be around people well Mr. Owner why did you send him!?Clearly I was upset, we also had called a police officer who said I don t do business with them which makes me think twice.They apologized, but still NOT COOL and they were my favorite auto place, now I go to Jays up the street, way better.

I now use Cahill for all my automotive needs. This is the first auto mechanic that tells me what I DON T need! Cahill has my best interest in mind and I appreciate a company I can trust! I refer all my friends to them!!

Every time I need car work done, I come here. Matt is friendly and answers any questions I have. The work has always been top notch and I never feel as if I'm being taken advantage of. Things are explained to me and shown to me so I know that I'm not being sold something I don't need like so many mechanics do today. I've been coming here for months for both of my cars and will continue to do so.

Looking for a trustworthy garage who will b honest, fair and whos work is reliable this is them. If they were surgeons i would only trust them to deliver my children. I have a fleet of truck for my business to which I take to cahills because i know im paying for work that is getting done....not to mention work that is stood behind. And when your families lives and or safety is in their hands i couldnt ask for a better bunch of guys

Performed an alignment that roasted tires. They went from 80% tread to failing inspection in 3 months.
