Mike went over and above in all aspects of my buying a truck from his dealership. Soup to nuts he was nothing short of a class act and a super helpfull and honest family man. He did way more then needed to make the experience easy and dropped off the vehicle to me and I live in New Hampshire. I would recommend his dealership and crew 100 percent all day everyday. I bought a Toyota Tundra from r&m recently and let me tell you, I had the best experience! Super professional and Mike comes highly recommended from everyone in town. I had the truck looked at after purchase and they stated it was one of most structurally sound and well kept trucks they ve seen. It seems like they invest their time and money in good quality vehicles. If you re looking for a local and reputable car dealer, look no further!

I bought an older Tundra from Mike a considerable distance away, sight unseen. This was the first time I ve ever purchased a vehicle this way and needless to say, it takes a considerable amount of trust. Mike was incredibly informative, agreed to provide all requested information, provided videos and even pointed out the known flaws the truck had, which were minor for the year. He then arranged to have the truck delivered, which incredibly was the next day! Upon delivery I was even more impressed with the truck in person than in the videos. I waited a few days to drive it around and see if any issues were hiding, and I haven t identified any areas outside of what should be expected with a truck this year. Overall, I couldn t be happier. Mike was one of those few out there that really seems to love what he does and really tries to give his customers the best he can provide. I wouldn t hesitate to do another deal with him in the future, and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends. Great experience and thanks again Mike! Highly recommend!!!

This is will swedberg I purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback been driving it for over a year never had any issues great price good salesman haven t had to put any money into the vehicle besides oil changes and tires I highly recommend this shop.

Edit in may, 23: unfortunately this sale didn t work out as we thought and hoped. Turns out Mike sold us a car with two non-functioning brakes. After bringing the car in when we heard metal on metal sounds, we found out that both rear brakes were completely rusted over and seized, and clearly hadn t worked in a long time. Have video proof. This meant that the front breaks - whose calipers were also rusted and not in great shape - were doing double time, causing the assembly to fail quickly. How did a car with two completely non-functional brakes pass inspection 3 months ago? With the mechanic Mike sent us to? We did reach out to Mike to rectify this with him directly, got no response. This five star review now turns to a 1. Stay away.Mike is a great, reliable guy and so are his cars. I've purchased a handful of used cars in my life so far and this was, by far, the best experience yet. I took the car we ended up buying to my mechanic for a second opinion, and very quickly he said "that's a good car, I'd buy it." Mike is trustworthy, a straight shooter, one of the good ones. I will be back the next time I need a vehicle, 100%

Mike was great to deal with. I was buying a truck for my son for his birthday and made every effort to make it a great experience and went the extra mile. He even had his driver tie balloons on to the truck before they pulled up. I think he might have been more excited than I was about my son getting the truck. We bought a quality truck that had a lot of work put into it at a fair price. He prepared all the paperwork and walked me through the things I would need at the registry. I have never liked dealing with used car dealers so I m making sure people know how great Mike was to work with. Thank you Mike!

I bought a Toyota Tundra Limited from Mike about a month ago. The ad was posted on Facebook market for a while and when I finally inquired about it it was on hold for another customer who had a deposit on it, I asked him to please let me know if it didn t go through. He got a hold of me a week later, he did and we went for a test drive, the whole transaction (including bank financing happened the same day) We ve had our truck for a little over a month and we absolutely LOVE IT!! Very pleasant to do business with, he even arranged our inspection the same day at no cost! 5 stars!

Mike is super friendly and easy to talk to about purchasing a car. Not only does he let you take your time without making you feel rushed, but he also walks you through the car buying process. His used cars are top notch quality and fairly priced, from my uncle who purchased his car four years ago and is still running strong (with out any issues i might add), to my car purchased a week ago. Mike was able to provide advice on where to finance which worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend R&M Motors to anyone looking for a good vehicle. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Mike at R&M. He was super upfront about what the truck still needed done, and held it for me on my word, no deposit needed. When I showed up at the dealership, we had a great conversation and I felt no pressure. He had it delivered to my place and picked up the trade-in, and reimbursed me for a couple of repairs that I found when it arrived. I felt comfortable asking him questions about the truck. The whole process was easy, laid back, and trusting. Great experience, highly recommend.

This was our family's second time purchasing a vehicle from R&M. My husband and I bought a Camry back in 2014, and our son just purchased a Tacoma two days ago. They have a nice selection of quality vehicles at a decent price and were also pleasant and easy to work with.

There is no way I could possibly say enough about the amazing buying experience I had at R&M Auto. I just moved back from living abroad and once I got a job secured here in the states, I needed a car- fast. The day I went to R&M, I had a few cars on the agenda to look at. Instead, I fell in love with the car I saw at R&M, and test drove it with Mike, who was friendly, informative and accommodating. I loved the car and the way it drove so much that I asked if I could take it to my mechanic that day to have him look it over. Mike was completely obliging and allowed this to happen, even though it was a mechanic he didn't know who was over an hour away. After the mechanic said it was one of the best used cars he had ever looked at (new tires, very well maintained, the works), I decided I wanted it. My mom and I put a deposit down (Mike, again, was extremely accommodating and allowed us to put down less than he normally asks for because I was in a tight spot) until I got the offer letter from my new job and could secure a loan. I won't go into all the absolute chaos that ensued, with dealing with the loan, having an out-of-state license, etc.... what I will say is that the one person who made the car buying process so much better and easier for myself and my mom was Mike. He was a dream to work with, and went so far above and beyond for us that I still can't believe he's a used car salesman... he doesn't fit the stereotype at all :) My mom called him our hero and insisted on taking a picture with him when we picked up the car. My 2013 Camry runs like a dream and I've never been happier about a car purchase. Thank you Mike... I continue to be so grateful. If you are looking for a used car in the Orange area, do not hesitate!!! I will absolutely buy from Mike again when the time comes. Thanks again!

There is NO Better place to buy a car....and NO better person to buy one from than Mike LeBlanc. A man of honesty, integrity and high standards. This review is a long time coming. After looking as I usually do for cars I was So fortunate to find R&M Auto Sales. The 2010 Highlander i purchased was in excellent condition. In addition, I looked at Mike's other vehicles and was amazed of their excellent condition also and told him so. Other dealers I've visited lacked in comparison to R&M's high standards of vehicles. I'm still very much enjoying my Highlander.

Two weeks ago I (The Palmeranian) bought a Toyota Tacoma from Mike at R & M Auto Sales. If you research vehicles before you buy we all know how stressful it can be. Mike didnt come out and pressure. He answered all my questions, he told me a couple things that were wrong with it and he told me hed fix them.He fixed them, was a real decent guy to deal with, made my experience of shopping for another vehicle less stressful. He was a real down to earth business guy. I live an hour away and it was worth it. I highly recommend you going to his auto dealership for your next vehicle.
