My tire light was on. As soon as one of the staff had a free moment. he checked each tire and put air in as needed. The light was off and I was free to go. The next day the light came on again, and I thought it must be a slow leak. I went back and Kevin quickly determined the sensor was the problem and luckily, it had a little corrosion that he scraped off. He re-set the stem and I was off and running in great time. Thanks so much for your expertise and kind assistance! Vicki

I went in there on a Saturday and they where nice enough. Told me I needed one tire on my four wheel drive vehicle, which was odd but my tired where new. I came in for my oppointment and was immediately met with attitude from behind the desk about the fact my car was a 4 wheel drive and I only needed one tire. (As I said they told me that's all I needed). I also had a problem with my spare tire aswell because it was noticeably to big, size aside. They proceeded to not only back down their claims about only needing one tire, but told me that they where going to mount the new tire on the spare rack and put the big tire on the car because it would hurt the car. (Again they told me that this wouldn't need to happen before). I will not be returning.

Went there yesterday around 3:30p and the older gentleman there helped me get my tire repaired vs. replaced. He was super honest and friendly which I really appreciate. The younger guys out in the garage were super helpful and friendly as well! They even swapped out the spare and put the original tire back on after repair. I appreciate the attention to detail when it comes to customer service. I hope this place sticks around for a long time. I can see why Orange is known as the "Town of friendly people" (or something like that). I will def recommend this place to friends/family and will always have my tire needs addressed here. Thanks for being honest, friendly and fairly priced!

Joe at Pete s was super helpful at getting me 2 tire replacements after an untimely flat during a family trip. He did some research and was able to locate 2 tires at the Gardner location (thanks to John as well at that location) that I could pick up and do a same day change. It was the fastest tire change I ve ever received as they were all set and done in 15-20 minutes. Also, there was no disposal fee/charge. I would really recommend them.

I went to get tires at Petes . The people were so nice. I had 4young men at my visit speak to me and help me. I was so impressed at there kind, calm ,respectful demeanor. I haven't had service like that in such long time. Thank you to all the ppl at Petes. Prices are great. I can't recommend this place enough. PS this was Gardner MA

Pete s Tire Barn in Orange is the place to go for all tire needs. Had my tractor tires here filled with Rimguard and highly recommend this shop. Great customer service and quality work. Joe is very prompt and quick with customer service requests and service. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

A gem of value. Great to work with and a good selection of brands names. They work to please and sometimes very busy, because they are so competitive. They have my business by keeping this service a tradition in Pete's name. Small waiting room, nothing flashy, but if it saves me money, I like it.

They literally saved me today! I am a travel nurse from ohio and my tires needed replacement unexpectedly...my husband called them and the beautiful soul Joe was able to get me tires and an appointment very quickly! He was also able to calm me down after i almost wrecked my car by explaining what was wrong with the other tires to give me confidence that it was a tire issue...btw they also saved me $200+ compared to Walmart! I highly recommend these people!!!!

Terrible experience I had 4 brand new tires i had already purchased elsewhere and just needed them installed. I called before going and I was told over the phone it would be $15.95 a piece to have mounted and they would take care of getting rid of the tires. I thought that was a fair price so I headed to petes tire barn. I got there waited a few minutes since it's always so busy and then was told it was $25 a piece then the great customer service kicked in, questioning me who I spoke to (which I didn't ask because I figured when I'm told a price I shouldn't have to ask who this is because that is the price no matter who I talk to) then I was questioned on if i called the right location (no pal I don't know how to use a phone)! Then was questioned with an attitude of why I couldn't buy the tires from them I told them they are always too expensive then stopped my interaction because it was really going poorly and decided to take my business else where. I also told the guy I know I can go down the street where it's cheaper he told me so go down the street then. Went down the street with no wait no attitude about where my tires were from and was in and out with my new tires mounted and balanced all for $76.00 and that's including getting rid of my old tires. So if your looking for fast and great service just head down the road to original tire on south athol rd I had a great experience and the price was what I was told and no wait no attitude.

Total BS. I bought 4 tires on my S60 R Volvo in April 2013- $230 each PLUS ALIGNMENT.After 10K miles in December of the same year - they are all down to the wire on the inside. I never noticed this because the tires looked fine out the outside. OK maybe that can happen. I only found out because the car suspension was acting odd (now I know it was because the tires were toast) so I took the car into the shop to have the suspension checked - came back 100% solid - no problems with the suspension - but they told me the tires we trash and needed immediate replacement! And that I should go back to the seller....So here is where the stellar customer service comes in - they said since the car was "in" alignment when it left - and that they can do NOTHING for me. They offered me 25% off a new set of 4 tires (they quoted me $235 per tire on tires that I can buy for $151 anywhere else (I checked) and a "free" alignment - like I would trust their alignment again?So be warned - I will never go there again nor would I recommend them to anyone I know or don't know for that matter. Pete's Tire Barn is total crap.

I recently bought tires for my truck I returned today for tires for my car. Both times I told them what I wanted no sales gimmicks just straight shooting people with more then far prices for the tires they are selling highly recommend the staff and the buisness.

While I can not speak for a service oriented visit. (getting tires installed). I did call and order 2 tires for a tractor.. Of which got confused as there are 2 different types 6-12" and 6.00-12" over the phone the numbers got mixed up so ended up with the wrong size.. A phone call and it was straightened out and I got the right tires..Very easy..

I have been to Pete's Tire multiple times. I have bought several sets of tires there. They have always been extremely helpful and it they have the best prices around. Trust me, I have checked.
