The owner I believe his name was Mike was not helpful. He quoted me diagnostics for around $500. He didn t seem interested in helping me. He or one of auto mechanics opened the hood jumped the battery. Mike told me I need a new battery. He also said it was running very rough and that it was spewing black spoke out of the exhaust. It wasn t. My brother and I put gas in it jumped it and drove it home with no issues. I absolutely would not recommend Hitech to anyone.

My sister had her van towed into high-tech with a no-start condition, Mike and his team attempted to jump the van and stated they looked at it. Mike called and said that would be $70 for a half hour of labor and that if we wanted him to go further it would cost $250 for a new battery and $280 for 2 hours of additional diagnostics.Luckily, my sister had the good sense to call me because she was feeling that she was about to get ripped off. I was able to grab my jumper cables, gas can, and some seafoam. Turns out the van was out of gas and the parking lights were left on so that drained the battery. After a couple of cans of gas and a jump the van was running beautifully.Be careful at this place, they re looking to make a buck and not really concerned about the truth. I fear women are especially targeted. Never again!!!

Had four tires removed and remounted to rims for a powder coating project. Mike and his team exceeded my expectations. Very communicative and thorough. We'll be back!

Been bringing my cars here for years and they do great work. Never had an issue with the quality or service, and they are honest and will tell you if you don't need something or there's a cheaper fix. Highly recommend

Wanted a simple oil change, could have done it myself if it wasn t so cold out as of late. I wasn t feeling it with the snow and all and decided to try this place. Highly recommended by friends and family- dropped the car off 9 AM. Oil change shouldn t have taken more than 20-30 minutes. Parking lot was empty, went inside and said I needed the car back by 2 PM for work. 11 AM rolled around, and still haven t had a call back from them. Figured it should be done by now. Call is immediately answered with, IT S ALMOST DONE THEY RE WORKING ON IT NOW to which I stop for a moment then say, You don t even know what I m calling for or who I am. I now hear panic shuffling in the background as this guy tries to figure who the hell I am. I ask again, What am I calling for? He stumbles over his words and then says, The Honda Accord and I say, Yes. How do you know that? He fumbles and panics again, his voice clearly worried. Uh- caller ID? I decide to go against my gut and be a nice person. Cut the guy some slack. Perhaps there is a large queue with the recent snowfall. And how long till my car is done? He stumbles with his words again, Oh uh- uh noon? 12:30? Maybe 1 because they have to break for lunch and everything.. I m not in any rush besides needing the car back at 2 PM. I stipulate this fact yet again and agree to checking in at 1 soon. I go and run some errands and 1 PM rolls around. I live in the town of Norton. Therefore I decided to stop by as it was getting close to 2 PM. To my utter shock, my car remained in the exact same spot in the parking lot. 0 cars around. I was outright LIED to about it being worked on. This is beyond shameful for a shop associated with AAA I went in and the same guy who was lying to me on the phone and took the car in the morning waddles out holding my keys. He blurts out it s not ready yet! while jangling my keys in the air. Has the car left the lot AT ALL? He looks down to avoid my eyes, No . I put my hand out, I m sorry. He waits in confusion and then asks, are you taking it or leaving it? As if I m not utterly applauded enough to give this idiot more of my time or money. He had 4 hours to do an oil change. 0 cars in the bay behind and his only excuse was I m sorry it was a hell morning. With 0 cars in the bay, 0 cars in the lot. An oil change. Done in 30 minutes at the max. Unbelievable, unprofessional. Massive waste of time and energy. Cannot stress this enough- DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Adequate service. Customer contact personnel could use some hospitality tips. For example look at the customer when interacting and speaking. Do not spend time on cell phone while interacting with customers. Make the customer feel valued rather than feeling as if they are an interruption.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

They were great, kept me updated. Just wish the AAA employee replaced my battery like I asked since I knew that was the issue. Had to call AAA to tow my car here a couple hours later only to be told it was, in fact, the battery so had to pay the extra labor fees bc AAA wouldn't replace it for free. High Tech was great even though AAA was not.

They don't work with insurance and 1 guy was actually willing to help give what I needed but don't go here trying to file a claim or you're screwed.

AAA recommended High Tech because it was the nearest workshop and I agreed because the estimate was supposedly free, I knew that the starter was damaged and I told them. They called me and told me that the cost was $875 to replace the starter. I decided not to fix it with them because the price is too high, other mechanics do that job for less than $300 dollars. Then they charged me $125 dollar for the estimate .Really bad services, very high prices and they are very rough on the phone.

Came before 5 to ask about an alignment, was told to drop the key in the "drop box". Came back at 5:30 to drop it off, when i dropped my key through the drop box they had on the garage door i heard it drop all the way to the floor, there was no drop box. Completely uncalled for, nice facility and you can't afford a $10 box to safely drop keys into. Called BMW and the replacement fob is over $400. Thanks for nothing guys hope you see this and get a box so someone else doesn't get a damaged or broken key.

Bad customer service. Went in for a diagnostic because of an engine knock left with an engine knock. Paid $193 after they picked a piece of lint off a sensor and unplugged my battery for 10 mins to reset computer. Called right away let them know its still knocking and was told they would make it right if the knock didn't go away soon. Knock still there a week later and they said I would have to pay $125 for them to diagnose the knock lol Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had a very pleasant experience here from a customer service and a business perspective. I went for an inspection and it was performed in a timely manner without a prior reservation. While I waited I was very impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of the shop and offices/waiting area. It gave me the impression that they reinvest in the business and are looking to give the customers a consistent, positive experience. I'll be coming back!

Brought my vehicle in for oil change, they took it upon themselves to inspect the vehicle for no reason at all, inspection isn t up for another two months. They have horrible communication, told me one price on the phone then when billed it was almost double what they told me. I ve heard of multiple other people in the local area with same problems with this place. Very disappointingServices: Brakes, Oil change

Very clean, good customer service. Look...I hate spending money on my vehicles but sometimes you have too. I've had work done here for years. No matter how much the bill is in the end, I know that they do good work, they stand behind their work and they tell me if theres another issue that could pertain to the issue I brought it to them for in the first place. I trust that they do the right thing with my cars. And Steve ROCKS!

We had an emergency on a Saturday, close to closing time, and they took my daughter's car right in and got her back on the road quickly and at a fair price. Guys could not have been nicer! Nice to know there's a place like this close to her school while she's away from home.

Came up with a reason to fail our car after we just left a dealership and everything was perfect said we would pass easily just they where waiting for their sticker machine to come in. When asked how much a light for the plate would cost he goes 20 which is twice the amount any where else you go including dealerships. When brought up my concern he said I will fail you then. This place is a complete scam I would recommend staying far away I heard them do this to multiple others while waiting. Stay far away from this place

Look no further for an honest, reliable, fairly priced, and patient group of mechanics. The front desk guy, Jamie, treated me and my wife like old friends he knew for years, helped me fill my tires one day free of charge, and always takes the time to explain what s going on and go the extra mile!

I m convinced they messed with my car because I wouldn t agree to a $1000+ issue after paying $400 for them to even diagnose it. Some sort of leak that wasn t anything major, especially since it s at 156k miles and I planned on trading it in. Not even a few days later my car wouldn t start.

I had my car brought there to be fixed. They way overcharged me for the parts and labor. The part that they put in should have been max $60, they charged me $130 for it. They also charge$125/hr for labor which I also think is on the high side. My regular guy charges $100
