When I needed an engine replacement, Fogerty's was recommended to me by a friend, as I was comparing prices at various local mechanics. Randy and his team were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, clearly explaining the options to me as well as the time it would take, given what were then delays in the supply chain. They kept me regularly updated on how the work was progressing and made sure I returned a couple of days after picking up my car (with new engine) to check that everything was running as it should.A few weeks later, when I noticed an odd noise in the engine, I called Fogerty's and was told to bring the car right over. They quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that the engine had a mechanical defect (which was not their fault). In less than a week, during the holiday season, the defective engine was replaced. I've since visited Fogerty's additional times when I've had concerns about my car and they are always friendly and quick to help. Although they may be known for towing and salvage, my experience with their car repair/mechanic services was top-notch. (As someone raised in the northern Midwest, Fogerty's reminds me a lot of the old-school, family-run mechanics I knew growing up.) I recommend them highly!

Called looking for an after-market part. They called back after they found it and had great prices.Droppped by to check it out. They've got parking. CJ was very helpful. Unfortunately, the part was for a similar model and didn't fit.

Jay T or jay's auto it's pretty sad that your going to bash our service when you said yourself we senta driver to pick up the transmission as soon you said there was a problem and apologized for what happened. Thank you for stating we didn't try to even hide anything. We never would that isn't what we do here we believe honesty is the best policy. If a mistake is made or a mechanical part brakes we correct the problem. You gave our driver a hard time because you needed to use the transmission until you got yours rebuilt. You use the transmission for 30 days until your transmission comes back from being rebuilt and call us when you finally have it ready. After 5 days we didn't drop everything to run out there a second time after you used the transmission for a month because you needed your van in service. We never said we weren't going to make good on the transmission we just assumed you would be understanding that we wanted to pick it up when we were in the area. We were understanding when you needed to use the transmission until yours came back and now you bash us and lie about losing $500. Very unprofessional on your part. You know we will be there to pick up the transmission and I hope you correct your post your own or at least apologize to our driver. I guess we will soon see what kind of person you are because we will still do the right thing lets see if you will.

My dads been going to these guys for years, anyone who needs anything done on their car, fogertys is where he'll say to go. The guys here provide great service and truly care that you're in a safe vehicle. Not to mention everyone is very friendly. They even go out of their way with things they don't usually do, for instance they just did an oil change on my car which they don't typically do, and I got my car back within a very reasonable time frame. Couldn't thank them enough.

I needed my car towed home this afternoon. Randy arrived ahead of the promised time, was quick and efficient. The inside of the truck was clean and warm. He dropped my car exactly where we needed it and couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. I even found out that Fogarty's carries used car parts which is fabulous since I drive a 13 year old car!

Great guys they understood how to get the job done the right find the first time going to the car quickly without no damage. They went out way he didn't even charge me extra jumping the car. They were just there to unlock the doors but they took the extra time to make sure the car started right up great guys love doing business with people like that

Trusted family mechanic for 25 years and will try to save you $$ on parts if they can for repairs. Saved me $150 on a control arm last time but it took another few days for some other place to deliver. Totally worth it.Important thing was to me they gave me the option on the phone.Really appreciated that.

I have been coming to fogerty's for sometime and i have to tell everyone they are outstanding. And always there for me. Today Randy was outstanding he went above what he had to so my car would be safe for me to drive . even if i have to wait i will because i trust them every time.

I got a referral from Manny s Auto. I ve called a few closer places to the wreck and no one picked up.I cannot thank the company enough for the services they provided my family. And the heart they had to ask if we were ok before asking other details. It was a scary situation where my mother lost control of her car and totaled it.Mark came out to tow the car, take plates off, take care of the missing random pieces from the totaled car, and had a check ready to go.Efficient, professional, and I really felt grateful that they came all the way to Fall River.

I just want to say this guys are more then fair and understanding. I requested a motor that they where able to get and promise to me in a few days it took a while for me to pay for the motor in full. Long story short I didn't end up picking up the motor and they gave me a complete refund no hassle, free. Thank you again I will refer to friends and family.

Called around looking for a rim. I was told by every other shop in area Fogerty's had 4 rims & price for one. They (CK & Louie...) said it was in computer and had to check physically. I was told on 3rd call, they Definitely have it on a vehicle & need to take off, will call when all ready for me. After calling 4 times (between 10:45 - 3:30), which I was told I'd get a call back each time, I was told, at end of day (most places close @ 4pm), they had another rim that SHOULD work. Liars. If you don't want to break set, be a man & tell me, not a weasel & drag me along all day to lie to me. Your lies cost me 2 days off work. Funny thing is every other place told me they could order & have next day, for an upcharge. Fogerty's had it listed for $45 on computer, told me $50. Every other place said $75, they would have tomorrow. I'll be taking the word of every auto recycler with a grain of salt from now on. Shady people in a shady business. Honesty & intergity are not part of their business plan. "I'll get to you when & if I feel like it" seems to be their plan. Ridiculous. Not a fan of leaving Bad reviews, but they cost me 2 days of work waiting for them to lie to me. I probably would have bought 2, if they had been truthful about situation. If someone says they'll call you back, keep searching, almost as good as a no.

Called and they offered a price, got there and wanted to give $100 less and they weren't friendly. Immediately left and went to everett's in brockton. Gave me $150 more than fogertys. Don't waste your time with this guy. Go to everett's, way more money, much friendlier and quick service.

First off if this stays up long be careful dealing with. Bought a transmission off line recommend page. Listed as an "A" part. Means they checked out and represented as a good part. They dropped off at my shop with a warning the trans pan was removed for inspection and fluids remover for transportation, Waste. We installed and first alert was the front speed sensor would not fit correctly. Then we removed the pan to replace the gasket and filter as instructed. Only to find metal shaving ans sludge in bottom of the pan. Never was it inspected nor did they even noticed the metal to at least wipe it out to hide it. Long short trans is no good. Called and they said he would have some one call me back in reference to the pictures i sent and the inop trans. No call back until the next day a driver shows to pick up the unit. Never instructed to pull. When i call to asked whats up and states he was so busy he forgot to call to tell us the driver is coming to pick up. Multi stories, forgets story starts another. 13 days later unit still here. Wound up ordering and buying reman FORD unit. Says have to wait until he is in the area to pick back up. Thanks but i will eat the $500. Learned lesson. Will not edit my review. You might want to speak to your staff again. and read his e-mails with pictures the day we installed the transmission from me. Also his comments that day and the next morning when i call him while your driver was hear. Stated he forgot to let me know a driver was coming. he was so busy that morning and thought bought it when he saw the driver leaving. I was waiting for his return call to see the next move, then for you to find a replacement. This conversation went on while your driver was hear listening. Looking at some of the other reviews we can see this is not the first time this has happened. Recheck your information with them first. Verify with the original driver. And as far as driving on it fr 30 days. Take a minute and try to pull the front speed sensor and you can see it can not of ever be driving after install. Yes the bell housing is now broken but from sitting around for 3 plus weeks waiting for pick up when u "come into this area". I will be by to pick up this transmission i paid for in the meantime. I will get the hours of operation from your web and notify you when a driver will be there to pick it up in advance.

Iwas pleased with the used tires I Recieved.new valve stems sealed the beads with the glue for leaks..and took great care in the reapplying of the lug nuts with proper torque.very pleased.

I've used Fogerty's for the last 9 years. Never had any issue's from salvaging cars to buying New and Used parts they have always been more then fair. If your from the area and have used other junk yard around here, This will be a breath of fresh air compared to most of the rest.

Excellent. I called regarding a part I had to have. Guy I spoke to searched and called me back right away. I drove up there and they had it waiting for me. Five stars.

I have been buying parts from them for years always have been great to work with I have found that its better to have them take the time to check the wheels before you buy them I've bought wheels from other yards that didn't take the the time to check them got back to the shop mounted a tire on it go to balance it and the wheel is bad then you have to dismount the tire go back to the yard get another wheel and start all over again better to have right the first time the fastest service isn't always the best

Horrible landfill, do not load in that place, they destroy your trailer, Rodney broke my trailer in my face and told me that it was like that, they destroy the floor of the trailer and the walls

In the many years I have chased used auto parts, I always felt Randy and the the staff at Fogerty 's has treated me like family.I always check with them first.
