My experience with Moe's is limited but telling. On two occasions I unexpectedly needed almost immediate help prior to planned trips and both times they went the extra mile to help and could not have been nicer. Please give these guys a try.

I went in for an inspection sticker, I had gone the street to another garage and they were packed, so I was referred here.I couldn't believe how efficient they were. I went in and gave the young man my registration. He told me this is invalid. I looked and it was the wrong copy I had taken from the house. He asked me if I had another one and I said no; not with me its at home. His next question was is it registered. I said "yes" so he went right out to get my car drove it in the garage and I noticed that he started working on it. I was thrilled but didn't understand what he was doing. After 10 minutes he came in and said all set. I asked him "did you see the registration I have the outdated one in my hand". He said I just used the plate number and looked it up. All told I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. By the way they also do car detailing. They've been doing all this for years and years, so they know exactly what they need to do.

We have taken our cars to Moe's for the last ten years and are very happy with the price and service. When our kids started driving we took their cars to Moe's too. The only downside is that we are not the only ones that like them so they are extremely busy.We have compared service and repair prices to the dealership on a few occasions and it is not even close. Moe's comes in significantly lower and the quality is the same. I have a 2007 BMW that I am trying to keep on the road and Moe's has done several major services on the car. If I had to take it to the dealership I would have gotten rid of the car years ago.The other benefit is that Moe's is a locally owned small business and I prefer to support local.

I was referred by a friend to bring my SUV there when major repairs were needed. Great customer service and my SUV was repaired and back on the road in a timely manner. Looking forward to doing more business with Moe's.

Wanted to take my vehicle there I called explained issue never got a return call like I was told so I called back the next day...was told it would take an hour and a half with a pump to top off differential fluid and he was too busy...so I went to oil doctor it took 10minutes and cost me 5.30$..Why lie?? To a potential customer...I didn't believe the hour and half pump lie ANYWAYS..LOL .know a little more about vehicles than you thought..would NOT RECOMMEND

Recently, I brought my vehicle for an oil change and check-up. Service is great and staff is so friendly. I dropped off my car and was ready within 2 hours. Definitely recommend!

Great service. Honest and professional people. I brought my cars twice for urgent tire repairs (screw in tire) and both times they accommodated me although they were swamped. 10/10

I have had a few older cars that are hand-me-downs to the kids. They need regular maintenance as they are older and my kids are driving them. The team at Moe's is always reliable and honest in their assessment of services needed to keep the cars safe and running.

Don t use this place for inspection, I read that they did same thing to someone else as they did to me. Failed inspection due to some unknown front wheel suspension problem, red Rejection given went elsewhere and nothing wrong with it. Obviously this place is trying to sell its services shameful!

Don't even bother trying to get an oil change here i gotta drop car off at 8am and pick it up after 12 that day. What am I supposed to do walk home and back this place is a joke

Just had some new tires and brakes put on my truck. They have worked on my vehicles before.Seem like two quality humans. Fair, honest, to the point, no bullsh#t, timely... Glad I stumbled across them and plan to be back.Jake

Super fast inspection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Call ahead if you're in a rush and they'll let you know what their workload is for the day (see also: don't wait until the end of the month to renew your sticker). Recommended by a friend. Had significant work done on my 2013 Jeep. Very satisfied with their inspection, work performed, and prices. They checked the car out and contacted me before doing any significant repairs.

Moe s Auto body shop in Northborough Massachusetts is absolutely a top-notch business. They are always very friendly helpful answer questions and are 100% honest. I have a 20-year-old car that I m trying to keep going for my teenage child for local travel. They took the time to listen to my concerns and needs and became very creative in how they fixed the car for an extremely reasonable price. I ve been bringing my cars to Moe s for at least 15 years and now my oldest son and all his friends bring their cars there as well. Can t say enough about this business the owner and all the other family members that work there !!! I find the team at Moe's Northborough Auto to be professional and fair. I have been taking my numerous vehicles to them for over 10 years now. Each time they have been honest with the repair and stay within estimated budget on the original pricing. In all my repair work, I have only had one return visit and it was repaired quickly and at no cost to me. As I get older and prefer to not perform my own auto repair work, I look for a team that treats me well and they do just that. I could not be more happy with their track record and quality work. I've been using Moe's Auto for the pasttwo years. As a single car family, Moe's has never disappointed us. It is very important for us to keep up the maintenance of our vehicle as it is our only form of transportation, and Moe's has been exceptional with making sure that my family stays safe. They have always had my car ready in a timely manner and everyone I have spoken to on the phone has been very informative and helpful from scheduling the visit to calling me with diagnostic information and solutions.

Good prices, great work! Been going here for several years and have not been disappointed. My wife works about 0.2 miles away which is great because we drop it off in the morning and pick up up at the end of the day. They can work on it whenever it fits in their schedule. They always call me before doing any service and discuss it with me and the estimated cost. They stand behind their work.

My son and daughter in law hit a chunk of concrete and it took out their radiator on their way to Maine from Michigan. Since we live 800 miles away, I am so thankful that Moe s fixed it and got them on the road again. They were so nice to me and them when we called and went out of their way to make them top priority. Thanks so much for taking care of our kids!! There are still honest and reliable mechanics and you would have all our business buuut the drive is a little much.

We have been bringing our vehicles to Moe's for a couple of years now. They always do a great job and are fast!I know they aren't unique in this but their ability to drop off your car and pick it up off hours is very helpful.

I have visited Moe's on multiple occasions for various types of service for my aging Camry and I have brought my daughter's Nissan there as well. I give them a 5 star rating, without hesitation. The diagnostic skills of Moe and Amin are the very best I have ever seen. And their fees are reasonable. It's been a while since I've been to a place that goes "above and beyond" just for the sake of doing so. Amin and the guys at Moe's did.I brought in my car for inspection. The tires, being a couple of years old, failed. He gave me a quote better than what I'd get at the other tire shops, and offered to replace them and do a full alignment that same day. It was going to be a few hours, so I just walked to the library. Amin was headed somewhere, saw me walking down the road, and gave me a lift, offering to pick me up when my car was finished.A lot of guys don't do that, but Amin did, expecting nothing back in return. In addition, all of the work I've had done at Moe's has been top notch. They're honest, and go out of their way to help you.

I changed/bought a tire from this place les than two months ago for my Accord and today I noticed a opening/cut on the side of the tire , called Moes to express my concern and get some guidance considering what should or can be done!The guy answering the phone besides being rude all he could say he cant guarantee the tire, basically 300 plus $ a rip off!!!!Service: Tires

Went to get my truck inspected and was tood it failed due to faulty ball joints, and tried to sell me the repair.Went and got the ball joints looked at somewhere else and they were okay.Got it inspected somewhere else and passed inspection no problem.Might have been a simple error, but they tried to sell ne a repair the vehicle did not need.

We have been taking our cars to Moe's for 8 years. They are great! Honest, knowledgeable, and just great people. On several occasions they have gone above and beyond, even offering me a ride home when I had a sick kid in tow. They are honest enough to say you can wait on something instead of making you pay for unnecessary repairs. I have and will continue to recommend Northborough Auto to friends!

We lost our brakes on the way to Maine from CT. We found Moe's they took us in right away, fixed the brakes and we were on our way. Everyone was great. Great customer service. We will be back for more great service.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
