I had an appointment booked booked three weeks out for an 8 am service. I dropped my keys with customer service the night prior which presented no issue at the time. I called at 8 am to check in but no answer. I proceeded to call 15 times throughout the next 9 hours with no answer. When I was finally able to be driven over to pick up my car the job was not done. They had me on file, never thought to call, never wondered why there was a car parked in their loading bay all day. Turns out they lost the key. Had to go hunt down several other employees and managers in the main store to see if anyone could find the key. 40 minutes later it was found in someone s office. The level of incompetence and lack of communication here is astounding. I canceled the order immediately.

If I could give lower I would. Ordered tires and scheduled an appointment about a month in advance. An hour before leaving I get a call that the tires didn t come in and to call back. I tried calling back 3 times and let the phone ring for a long, long time. Nobody answered. Had to call BJs customer service to cancel the order I was charged for already. Absolutely ridiculous.

Made an appointment for 3:00 to replace my flat tire. Arrived 2:45 they said it would be finished in an hour, well I arrive an hour later and they tell me they ve lost the tire I ordered online and the only tire they have available was double the price, so I had to spend another hour and a half waiting for my car. Clearly trying to take advantage of me being a younger female and wasted my time and money.

Terrible tire shop. Don t go here they didn t balance one of the tires, the valve stem in another wasn t tightened so the valve cap was holding the tire pressure and none of the TPMS batteries were replaced.

I had one of the greatest experience of professionalism with the staff of bjs tires in northborough.I definitely give them thumbs UP AND FIVE STARS. Fast, well handled definitely a Great JOB.

I was caught in a jam when a nail ended up straight through my tire. I happened to know one of the workers at this tire bay so I gave him a call and within roughly 30 minutes Andrew and his staff for the night fixed the tire and saved my car! With the combination of ABSOLUTELY GREAT customer service, fantastic time management and speedy work, they deserve more than a five star rating. I may know the guy but like I said I was in a jam and had no appointment but he told me to come on down and his team worked so fast they were able to fix my tire and still get to their next appointment with no issues whatsoever. If it were possible 8/5 stars.

I believe Supervisor Andrew and Ryan deserve five stars. Two weeks ago they changed my front tires and did the alignment for me. They are young but very skillful, professional and honest. When I asked them to do alignment for my car, Supervisor Andrew told me that he would check and see if it was needed. He said if nothing wrong, there s no need to spend money on that. Computer showed that my car did need alignment and they did it. After they fix it, Ryan showed me the computer result. It showed they did great job. They also went out of their way to fix my plate problems. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much Andrew and Ryan!!

my tire stem has a tiny air leakage. I left the car there for repair . then I was told the nut on tire stem got rounded up and ask me to find a mechanic. The guy showed me how he loosen the nut by rachetting it clockwise. I told him you should do it counterclockwise. He said I know what I am doing. Oh, well, did not fix the air leakage issue and have a round up nut need to fix out of my pocket.

Found a nail in my tire and brought my car in for a new tire expecting to have to bring it back at a later time to get things fixed. Despite being busy, they helped me out right away and were friendly and professional throughout it all. Tire was replaced within 30 minutes and I was on my way! Thomas, Andrew, and Ryan were all courteous and so very helpful!

I would definitely give 5 star for this service. There are many advantages buying tire from this location:1) I bought my tires in this location. First of all - price, you get the best price in the market. My dealership quoted 600 for set of tires which I got for 400 with installation at BJS tires2) whenever there is a flat tire or puncture. Since I bought tires here they fix it for free and the best thing is that they somehow book me for the same day even though their appointments are full. I really appreciate their understanding when it is an urgency.3) tire rotation: I have to pay $40 for tire rotation at my dealership. But since I bought my tires here I get to have my car tire rotation free of cost.Overall I believe it is a great saving considering all these perks that you get

I hit some scrap metal on my way home from a vacation and it shredded my tire and caused a lot of issues, after putting my spare and shredding my hands in the process, i called bjs and the guy on the phone told me to come down and they would see what they could do. i went down there and they had told me that they can order my tires and do as they do and later that month maybe 2 weeks they fixed my tire situation and the Supervisor Andrew worked diligently and had a great team with him! i want to say thank you to all of them because they were all well mannered and worked quickly!

I had an issue with air staying in my tire so I set up an appointment and they called earlier than my appointment date because they had a cancelation and git me in sooner than expected. I am happy to say that their service was fantastic and Andrew, the young gentleman that helped me was super nice and and lead his workmates wreally well and they got the job done in no time. Thank you Andrew again!

5 stars for Barry and Ryan at BJ's Tire Center, Northborough, MA! I rarely provide online reviews but I had an excellent customer experience that deserves recognition.Barry provided his expertise and patience while I compared and contrasted quotes I had in hand. BJ's price was $200 less than other quotes for the exact same tires and BJ's provides perks like free balancing for the life of the tires. The tires had to be ordered so I scheduled a return visit the following week.Upon return, Ryan was the only person on duty for the first hour of business. Despite the challenging start to his work day, Ryan was cool, calm, collected, polite and productive to everyone who arrived and called the Tire Center. Ryan managed to get my tires installed, balanced and aligned within the time estimate I was given.I highly recommend Northborough BJ's Tire Center. I especially appreciate and value Barry and Ryan's professionalism. Visit them in person and experience for yourself.

Place is a absolute joke. Dropped my car off to get wheels put on at 11:30am. They told me I'm next in line and car will be in by noon.After not hearing anything I decided to stop by at 2:30pm, car hadn't left the spot I dropped it off in lol. They apologized and said they were held up with propane orders lol.I marked the wheels in my car because I knew something fishy was going on. They called me finally at 5pm with this elaborate story about how they've been trying for hours and can't get the tires to fit even though they are the exact same size as the one I already had.I go to pick up my car and big surprise the wheels are still marked in the same position I left them. So they lied about even trying. 6 hours of my day wasted for absolutely nothing.

Ownership exhibits zero loyalty to their employee s. The crew they had of Andrew and Ryan was amazing! Business has gone down-hill since they left! Check out other tire shops!

Ordered and set up appointment online, they called 30 minutes before the appointment to say they could not locate the tires. I went through BJs customer service to cancel the order and get a refund since it did not seem like they were sure the tires would ever arrive, and they did not answer the phone at the tire center.

Bought my tires online and scheduled my installation appointment through the app. Got shipping updates for each tire. I arrived at the exact time of my appointment and they had my tires in the bay waiting. Installation took an hour as they estimated. They noted I would need an alignment on one of the wheels before I left (they don t do alignments). My personal experience met my expectations.

Horrible customer service and really rude employee. Bought tires from them for my Tesla in spring and they changed the policy recently on Teslas as per the employee who refused to give his name. Refusing to rotate my tires and re-balance them. shade folks, stay away.

Good place to get tires. Prices are really solid--even better than Town Fair down the street. Employees are nice, patient, and know what they are talking about--they do not try and upsell you. Would suggest making an appointment--which takes only a few minutes to do--but they do a good job of sticking to the time table that they estimated. It took just over an hour to get four new tires installed. I would suggest going an hour or so before closing to get a quote----it should be less busy then--and make an appointment for a time later in the week. Overall one of the best tire buying experiences I have had.And for people giving them a hard time for not answering the phone--have you ever tried to get ahold of any department at BJs? Their whole phone system is super inefficient, so I would not blame the tire center. Example, I once called for the bakery and the guy at the gas station down the hill picked up because that is how their system works. I was stuck in a transfer loop with him for over 10 minutes. Just go in person--they cannot take credit cards over the phone anyways.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I made an appointment a month ago to get 4 new tires. I dropped the car off waited 4 1/2 hours just for them to tell me they don t have the right tires and to come back next week. Came back the next week to wait another full day for them to say they only have 1 tire. Unbelievably terrible service. I don t know how anyone could do business with these clowns

Wait time is horrible. Went there at 9.00 AM on a Monday and job(changing 4 tires) got finished at 12.00 PM. They had Only One other appointment At 10.00 AM. Only 2 guys were there. You have to hire more people and set a cut off time for any job.

Ordered 4 tires and had to wait a month for instillation. Arrived to have tires installed only to find out the tires were never ordered. Place is a mess and way under staffed.

I love my new tires, on my Cah (yes I am a New Englander lol and my appointment was for 6:30 I got there at 6:05 And my Car was ready at 6:51 and the price was great and lots of savings plus free installation. Can't beat that with a stick. And life time flat repair, balancing air pressure check, and rotation. I am a happy woman
